Joseph Otero: The staff priortized patients over other office activities. I appreciated that. The provider was courteous and professional.I liked the bone conduction hearing test being included with the normal hearing test.I also like that a sound-proof chamber WASN'T used. It meant that hearing is tested in a normal environment which better replicates reality. Sound chambers can give a false sense of hearing ability.I had no need of a hearing aid, so my review ends here.

Nicholas Woodburn: Hearing life is a great place to go. My first visit was free and it went very thorough. I was referred by a friend and couldn't be happier with the service. When it comes to doctors this is one of the best.
Wendy Delcamp: My Dad's hearing aid wasn't working and the staff at Hearing Life Center in West Springfield MA was great! They had to send the hearing aid out for repairs and they kept in touch letting us know how long it would take and they were flexible with the appointment to pick it up. When it came time to pick it up his other hearing aid wasn't working quite right and they fixed it on the spot. We are were very happy with the whole process!

Ron Scherban: Had a good experience with my hearing aid consultant and like the hearing aids. However when stopping by with a question or needing tips or anchors I feel as though I'm bothering help at the desk.
Avril de la Cretaz: I had a great experience at the Costco Hearing Center in West Springfield. I received a thorough exam and a detailed explanation of the exam results and the programing and use of the hearing aids. I have been pleased with my hearing aids, with the follow-up service and of course with the price which was about 1/3 rd the estimate I had received from the audiologist at doctor's office.
William OMalley: If you spend $1,599.99 at Costco or any store you might think the product would work for more then 7 days NOT HEARING AIDS from Costco. You might think that after 3 phone calls the person you spoke with might have some idea what they were talking about when it comes to hearing aids, well not at COSTCO. If you are in market for hearing aids DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT COSTCO

WE LEARNED TOGETHER HOW TO KEEP MY HEARING FROM GOING AND MAKING IT BEST. THE COST IS REFLECTIVE IN THE SERVICE THEY OFFER. NEVER WILL I GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
Allan Hardy Mccarthy: Had a hearing loss, and needed to get it taken care of. Jessica F. at Miracle Ear has been such a great help. She was able to get the right model, and spent the time to explain caring for the hearing aid. Something that never crossed my mind. With an investment like this it's good to know they are in town and willing to help. Never would I ever get this service at a big time retailer. I want to say hearing is going strong and the joy I get from hearing my grand kids is beyond words.

Linda Ryan: I have a problem with my left hearing aid cause it keeps losing battery power and goes on and off so he switched battery from right hearing aid to the left and the left to the right to see if it was the batteries. As I write this the battery that was in the right ear and put in the left hearing aid is losing power faster then the right hearing aid.
