K Wil: I recently had a dilemma that prompted me to call Bumpy's at 5:58pm (closes 6:00pm). Nick answered the call, confirmed the product was available and waited for me to get there-about 5min later. He very well could have said-"sorry we close at 6p", but he did not. I am very appreciative for his actions. This store is a great place to shop-lots of products. The owner and staff are extremely kind and helpful. Great to have Bumpy's in our neck of the woods!!!!

From the person at the door to everyone at the counter, I was pleasantly surprised at the wonderful customer service. Tammy Gardner: The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful ... they go above and beyond to help you get the products that will provide the needed benefits ... plus the topical lotions that they sell are absolutely amazing, I suffer from significant nerve pain from a back injury and the Kayle lotion was the first product that offered relief ... the Kayle lotion was unavailable and they started selling Avexia lotion ... I was afraid to try it because the Kayle lotion worked so well I couldn't imagine anything even coming close to it but with their incredible return policy I decided to give it a try ... I was shocked it actually worked better than the Kayle lotion, in fact, in fact it's the best topical pain reliever I've ever used and I've used A LOT of them!! I would hands down recommend both but if you have a choice try the Avexia

Michael Basile: Friendly knowledgeable staff. The selection of products are good, but like other dispensaries, the cost of flower is high vs "other" sources. The medicinal status is worth it not only to treat your ailments but to also make your purchases more affordable. Prior review was 5 stars."Affordable" for medical patients is an after thought for Insa now. Many of the appealing discounts patients received are useless unless your buying medicine at the full price. This wasnt always the case. If you were a Vet, low income, senior, etc there where varying discounts from 10-40% off and a awards system for loyal customer/patients. You could use these discounts at ANY time for ANY purchase which made marijuana a viable option over prescriptions of pharmaceuticals. Now those discounts apply to full priced items only and the prices are high in comparison to other options. The issue is the lack of notice of this change via email or posted in the store or anywhere. In fact, the sign touting the discounts is proudly displayed on your way out with no mention of the change. Its a bait and switch and unethical. If you can update your website to push the ridiculously overpriced "growers reserve" strains then you can inform your patients of policy changes in a timely manner.
MookY Pooky: My experience @ INSA over the last 2 years or so has been great. The staff is very friendly and are always looking to help.My only major complaint is that (for reasons beyond my comprehension) they refuse to stock shatter consistency concentrate.Shatter has the best visual aesthetics, and i prefer to use this consistency over others because its easy to handle and you can create a "dab" by breaking off a little piece, and with the warmth of your fingers turn it into w/e size you prefer.I know quite a bit myself about how to create shatter and while there are many variables to consider, I fear this is the reason they don't stock it. It's simply easier to make "wax" or "batter". Shatter consistency is somewhat strain dependent, although purge temps play a big role as well... I feel their complacency in not bothering with shatter consistency is a bit concerning.Great place but just stock some shatter please in the future! I know you can do it, others can.
