Douglas: This is such a great place! I was so happy they were opened when I stopped by the other day. The pandemic has been crazy, but it is always comforting knowing I have the Herbarium. They have kept me healthy and out of the doctors office for a long time now. Cured my acid reflux, allergies, and muscle pain. Having a knowledgeable owner who doesn't sugar coat things and fixes the problem means a lot to me. My Doctor would always send his intern in to treat me and shoot me up with pharmaceuticals. When the world goes sideways and there is sickness all around you places like this matter. 5 stars!

Danny Colon: I went to this location at 10 am on a Tuesday and the store was closed. It was not a holiday. I waited ten minutes to give them some time to open but it did not look like anyone was there. Lights were completely off and 10 am is already a late time to be opening. It’s annoying to drive to place to find them closed during their hours of operation. I ended up going to the vitamin shop in Holyoke instead . . . They were open. Highly recommend them over GNC now.

Matt Werleman (Matty Fate): Used to be a member for years and got along great with the staff as long as I spent hundreds of dollars. I ended my membership due to career changes etc and I went with a more natural approach. I only needed one supplement that I couldn't get anywhere else and I was talked down to by the store manager after her associate tried to upsell three times with no being my response all three times. The associate asked if I was a member and the store manager rudely interrupted stating, "No he's not a member anymore." This put a very sour taste in my mouth and I haven't shopped with GNC since. Lots of locations are closing and it's not due to lack of good products but; poor management and poor attitudes.This is all too unfortunate because I love one of their products which I wont list because I don't want them getting any revenue from this comment.

His name is Phil! Kudos to him! Good job!

Wendy Lin: I called the pharmacy as a healthcare provider, and couldn't even get a hold of anyone. I spent 20 minutes on hold and then the phone continued to ring for 10 minutes before the staff hung up on me. My colleague attempted to call and was left on the phone for 45 minutes before they hung up on her. Absolutely unprofessional. I'm glad I wasn't an ER staff member calling to figure out what medications an unconscious, trauma patient was taking because I likely would not have been able to get any answers from them. Completely unacceptable.

However the pharmacy technicians here are a bit unprofessional, today the main window was broken and there was a black and white sign, highlighted would’ve been helpful, ( I did witness insult of people’s intelligence) however I went inside to pick up my mothers prescription, thank god there was a lead there because the young curly hair woman almost gave me the wrong prescription for my mother! This has been my third issue with this location and I will be transferring my mother’s medication to a better location with more professional staff.

The staff in the pharmacy be talking inappropriately about customers and other employees. Only one of the young lady's that works back there is helpful and knows exactly what how many refills I have on my medications. And I highly recommend that you don't go there at night. It's not a safe place at night.

For some reason the prescription was canceled by the "head pharmacist" I don't know who that is, but my doctor had to order it again, and it was canceled again.I spoke with my health insurance company who told me the prescription was 100% covered, and they don't know what the problem is with the pharmacy.I've offered to buy them from the pharmacy, who WON'T sell them to me because they say "a prescription is needed for them and there's no current prescription, because the head pharmacist canceled it" -----🤔REALLY???It's a very NEEDED specific vitamin-mineral supplement and I now have to go to eBay to bid on them.
