Daniele L: I was in a hurry and short on time because they were about to close.I needed important tax documents printed from an email, there was nobody in that area but someone came over quickly to assist me. The woman that came over was extremely helpful. She walked me through everything, I couldn't have done it without her.The guy that was supposed to be in that department was In the bathroom at the time but did come over and got pretty cranky when the woman tried to ask him a very simple question.I did comment to her about him being too cranky, but she was wonderful and so wasn't the kid at the register.I had to return the next morning, it was just as smooth then too.Thanks for making things so easy.

Sharon Dunphy: My experience with the West Springfield printing department was a very positive one! I had a printing job that needed to be done quickly and your employees made it happen! Dillon & Rosa were friendly, patient, and went out of their way to help me expedite the printing of my labels. I ordered online with Dillon who called me immediately when he saw that my image wasn’t the correct size. Then Rosa was so patiently, kind, and friendly. She spent time on the phone, making sure I felt comfortable with my template and when I dropped off my blank labels, she assured me that before she left, she would get the job done! Even James was friendly as I was waiting! I left the store very happy pleased! I would definitely go back because of your employees!

Miguel R: Just was told to go basically go screw myself. Went for a few copies of some documents and needed to figure out how to make them double-sided. I asked a nice young lady but she didn’t know how to do it but pintes at the guy who knew. I approach the guy who doesn’t even look up to acknowledge me and ask him whether there is a way to print double sided. With his grumpy face still looking down at the screen, he points and says with a disdainful attitude “it’s in the menu!”. I wanted to say something but I try to be civilized. I just, through a series of trial and error was able to figure it out. This is disgusting, Staples!

Wendy Lin: I called the pharmacy as a healthcare provider, and couldn't even get a hold of anyone. I spent 20 minutes on hold and then the phone continued to ring for 10 minutes before the staff hung up on me. My colleague attempted to call and was left on the phone for 45 minutes before they hung up on her. Absolutely unprofessional. I'm glad I wasn't an ER staff member calling to figure out what medications an unconscious, trauma patient was taking because I likely would not have been able to get any answers from them. Completely unacceptable.

Jeffrey Goulet: Always seems to have what I am looking for. Little snafu with price on the shelf, vs what the product rung up as....but that happens, and it got fixed.
Carissa Vargas: Total waste of a trip. Phone call went fine and in store employees were nice, but we were still completely turned away without much of a conversation. We had called before coming in, but were told something totally different in person. Somewhere the line of communication was dropped and it was a total bust. We were just told they were too backed up and our order wasn't really listened to, even though the store was mostly empty.
Jammer 2omega: Front entry was entirely dark. Broken lights.Stood for 10 minutes waiting for assistance at the print area. While a single employee helped seven people. They called for help twice. Management and threw other employees stood there talking. Within sight of all the customers. Doing nothing.

Both went above and beyond providing me with an excellent shopping experience. .I only wish I had their names. I should have asked to speak with the store manager when I was there.

Jackie H: I went to stables to have some important documents laminate it… I was under the assumption that stables wasn’t doing as well because it seems Walmart and target are taking over our industry, however when I walked in I was greeted by at least five employees all genuinely saying welcome to stables and they all looked like they were happy to work there ! I can’t remember the young lady who helped me but she gave me a quote of how much it was going to cost she listened to my concerns knowing that it was important documentation and had it ready the same day… I went back this weekend to pick up my items and I actually walked through the store which I must say was beautiful well organized well-stocked and I wanted to buy stuff just because everything looked so pretty even though I didn’t need it… I actually talk to the manager outside he’s a great guy and genuinely wants to help his customers and have a good experience… If I need anything from Staples in the future I will definitely go to that location and I definitely recommend it for people who need office needs even if you’re closer to another stables I’m going to tell you to go to this one!

I have been turned away now twice trying to be covid tested. They would rather I continue to walk around while potentially having this disease and spreading it to others. It’s pretty gross that they find this to be acceptable especially after hearing that other Walgreens are willing to allow people to be tested without a vehicle. So, do better.

nataly mo: Negative star if i could. Worst customer service ever, my daughter tried to coupon at this location and the cashier told her shes not allowed to coupon their. Mind you she was using mfg coupon and a catalina in 2 transactions. Clearly the cashier was not happy my daughter was saving money. I definitely called corporate for not wanting to show policy and keeped saying we shouldnt coupon and she was going to take the catalina machine aways because its not right that we ate saving money.
Omar Silva Charbonier: I’ve never seen a Walgreens’s Pharmacy so disorganized like the one on Springfield St, Agawam.They do have enough employees (I’ve seen 5 behind counter) and yet no one picks up the phone plus these employees have NO knowledge of pharmaceutical services! Terrible services at this Walgreens’s Pharmacy which may cause dangerous consequences. I had an incident with my mother who’s diagnosed with Lewy Body Dementia and high risk Diabetic however the person who picked up the phone at pharmacy didn’t have a glue what dementia and diabetic was🙄. It took 3 rides to pharmacy, several long wait calls to end up with no meds because the person who answered the phone misinformed me the actual problem and said to come pick up med.The issue was an insurance denial for new med, because PCP wrote script for a “brand name” which Walgreens were charging $1,000 for it. The employee at this pharmacy never mentioned this when speaking with her.I immediately called the PCP to request to write another script as simple as that but since it was after office hours I’m waiting for that call…

Not even an hour later my sister goes in and someone different was working and did what i was looking to get done. My sister asked if it was broken and the man replies "NO NOT AT ALL" . So here i stand the photo department stinks and the lady is lazy if you dont want to do your job then stay home
Wanda Farnum: Employee working at counter for pictures developing was completely incompetent to say the least. They lost my pictures and Don't know anything! I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of help finding what happened to my pictures as i can't redo my sons wedding.
Karen Collins: The Walgreens Pharmacy on Springfield Street in Agawam has a long wait time if you calling the pharmacy. I waited over 30 mins and the. The call drop. I call back and there are always two calls ahead that’s ridiculous. Walgreens needs to do better with its phone system.

This means confusion and multiple trips. They run out of medication, (how is this possible @ a pharmacy?). They simply let it go unless you call. Customer forced to listen to annoyingly long automated "helper." Customer only gets info regarding the med. if they continue to call back. This isn't helpful. It's poor customer service.This Walgreens is exceptional in several ways. Staff members are friendly and helpful. It's a fun place to shop. Overall, the pharmacy exceeds expectations; many of the staff here have been willing to go out of their way to assist me.While I miss several members who were promoted, I'm happy for their success.This store is much less big, impersonal corporation, more home-town fave.Thank you!

Pantson DaGround: This Walgreens is the bees knees. Staff is helpful and cashiers are very friendly. Ben is the best! I often find good deals here, like the really low clearance prices. I like that they get cool exclusive toys. There’s a Redbox our front which is handy. It’s a convenient store to visit whether you need milk or to develop photos.

Jammer 2omega: Super helpful staff. Knowledgeable and polite.I spent $20 and 1hr to find out they wanted to charge over $100 for black and white print job. Their self use printers charged me and sat there processing. Used the computer to find it was going to cost even more per page + computer time. Go somewhere else. Their printing prices are stupid.
Sounds Of Calm: This place is the most rude and inconsiderate locations but I have never imagined going to. I walked in and asked for help to find a copy machine they called someone over the loudspeaker for literally 15 minutes and no one came. There were four associates in the front tending to two customers no one helping me and then finally they said, can someone go into the back and ask if someone can come in and help this woman? For employees on the front floor helping to people and no one would help me who just walked in asking for help and nothing else. I absolutely video of myself there and I will try to upload it here but if human resources, see'd this I have a video.
Chris Allegretta: Apparently they have decided that they don't want my business because they don't let you use the bathroom here. This is a basic human need; if you want to make a customers only fine, but to say it's not available for anybody is inhumane. Won't be coming back here.

Lori Conroy: Recently purchased an office chair from the Chicopee Staples. Matt was super helpful with my selection and explaining the options for assembly and warranty information. He made sure I got what I needed, assembled my chair quickly and called me for pick up. He also brought my chair out to the car for me. All around a very pleasant experience - it's so refreshing to go someplace and have such amazing service with a smile!! Thanks Matt!
Phantoms Gaming Haven: I'm an artist who has printed out art at another Staples. It printed clean and on a large paper. I came in to this Chicopee location and was directed to these little printers. I told the lady behind the counter that I wanted to print out my art instead of offering me the quality printing on nice paper... she again referred me to the little cheap printers where I printed a cheap lo res copy.

Melissa Gardner: This Walgreens is pathetic. The store cashiers are using their cell phones while they ring you up, particularly at night between 6pm and 10pm. It's not ready until 4pm! Choose another Walgreens where work ethic matters and customers are a priority!
