Sheryl Thompson: This store is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the store has great signage to help you find what you're looking for. If you need help with blinds or kitchen appliances or flooring, the staff is very helpful and able to price things out for you quickly. I've never not found what I was looking for in this store.

Ron Roark: I ordered sheetrock which was supposed to be delivered yesterday. When they found the mistake, they told me the order had been cancelled by there shipping, which was in another location. I told them I needed it today as I have contractors coming to install it. They assured me the mistake had been taken care of and it would be here today. Low and behold it is still cancelled, I have no sheetrock coming and what's worse is the money still hasn't been refunded so I have to continue to call and figure out how to get my money back. Come to find out they also have misplaced the shower head I ordered. I will never go to a home depot again. No regional manager you can speak to and there customer care line, which is the only reprisal, is a joke. They obviously don't want the complaints because they don't care. Never again.

LOGIC. im holding the key I wanted her to copy in my hand. said she would have to order it, 2-3 weeks lead time, no I have to go to a locksmith, or to my rental company, gj home depot your officially helpful

Adam Krassler: The Home Depot is the best place for anything you need! The workers there are very nice and they always have everything restocked. There was not one thing I couldn’t find! The Walmart down the street from here had nothing and mean staff, so if your looking for a productive shopping trip come down to Home Depot! I promise you will find anything you need, even a wife because I met mine at no other place than The Home Depot!
Jennifer N: I went to Westside and Westfield on the same day for different reasons but when I was there I was also hoping that they had outdoor pot filling plants and there was VERY little variety! The regular plants should have already been in and there were none!! I visited here 4/15... very surprised!!

Miss Zenn: Bought a $20 plant last weekend..It’s now Tuesday, I haven’t watered it once and the plant has root rot. It’s dead, completely dead. What a waste of money. Please teach your employees how to water and NOT water plants. I’ll stick to the Enfield store, never had a problem there.
Josh Mackey: This is a great store! Not a huge fan of the big box concept but this store had a local feel to it. The staff that works here is awesome and I’ve noticed a lot of folks have worked here for many years. This tells me the care about what they do and it’s a good place to work. This is an above average store within the franchise.
Mike Feldmeier: This location is the best one in the area. They're not perfect, but they at least appear to try, and that goes a long way with me. It's relatively clean and well organized. The staff is usually pretty helpful and friendly. The customer service desk is staffed by people who can actually relate with other human beings.This place is heaven compared to the West Springfield store.

Nina: The older man at the paint station. Picks and chooses 2ho to help. I had problems finding paint at had bought prior. I was there for a while while he helped someone. I thought he would help me next, but no, he decided not to even bother and pretend he was busy. I just figured it out myself. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOME DEOPT. GO TO CHICOPEE INSTEAD!

Karen Lysik: Helpful staff and good selections at reasonable prices. Not being a big DIY person I find the staff here extremely helpful and understanding when I have to come in for something out of my league.
Cate Amrich: I'd rate 0 stars if I could for customer service. We received a shipment of 2 pallets of pellets for our stoves and at least half of a pallet was compromised with water. When calling, home depot suggested that they would not refund or replace any of the bags unless we physically brought the bags in and had them swapped out. So we would have to load up almost 40 bags of compromised pellets and haul them back to the store even though we had to pay the $80 delivery fee already. Ridiculous. We won't be shopping here again and we spend a lot here every year.
