Anthony Leger: I truly wish that I could give more than just 5 stars for the service that John has provided this past year and a half. Moving to MA and needing to switch insurance companies as well as dealing with the MA RMV was a nightmare due to the MA requirements for titles coupled with lenders not wanting to send physical titles even though it's a MA requirement. Long story short, after several months of back and forth with our lenders, (including the ultimate decision to flat out buy the lease out), John was able to secure the titles enabling us to get our vehicles properly titled and registered in MA. Additionally, he even ran the paperwork up to the RMV to get that process completed, AND drove half an hour to deliver them to us! That's going above and beyond. Also, he beat the lizard's time in saving us money. It didn't take 15 minutes for us to save, it took about 60 seconds! Again, I cant recommend John enough. When I have an issue/question, I call or email him directly and he's able to get me answers to those questions in a timely manner, or to make adjustments to my policy (like adding/removing a vehicle for example.) We need more insurance people like John!

Bigg Chuckk: Being a father of four (2 furry babies) and working four jobs takes up quite a bit of my time. So anything that interferes with that is problematic. Speaking of past experiences, insurance fiascos can be a nightmare; if it is with the wrong group. However i cannot say the same for this agent. The experience i had with Mr. Frogameni was unmatched. He provided continous comunication and displayed the ability to guide us through the process every step of the way. He was extremely professional during every interaction. As a Ct resident, I believe I could save money by using a Ct agency, but the money savings is not worth it.We can't put a price on the service we receive from the ladies in the office. They respond so quickly to our questions and never fail to help us out. We know they always shop for the best prices for our advantage. When we were in Canada, I forgot to bring a copy of our car insurance card. I called the office and they emailed to my phone a copy for Canada use. We will never leave them. Brittnee: If I could rate 0 stars, I would. Back in March, we got a quote for a vehicle my fiancé was interested in buying. The quote was about $300 less than what our actual premium was once the vehicle was added to the policy. Later in March, I also purchased a new vehicle and both myself and the vehicle were added to the policy. We received 14 (literally, 14) different Declarations Pages reflecting different premium amounts. No one could tell us what our premium monthly payments would be until we received the bill in the mail. We were treated like children when we would call and discuss the premium, we were talked down to and belittled for wanting to know what our bills would be. The day we got the bill, we found new insurance. Even though we cancelled on the last day of the billing cycle, we still ended up with a bill of about $260 because when you cancel, certain endorsements need to be paid in full, such as accident forgiveness. Um...Okay. Of course since we cancelled the auto, we lost our bundling credit on the renters policy. Not a big deal, we paid that and moved on. Come renewal time for the renters policy, I wrote a letter to Leahy and Brown advising that we had no interest in renewing as we had found better insurance that was effective the same day as our renewal, November 15. Both myself and my fiancé signed it. Then today, January 2nd, we get a bill in the mail for policy period November 15 - December 19th. I called Leahy & Brown and spoke with Frances, who told me that they had never received our letter and she personally handles the mail. I advised her that we need to work on revising this as I would not be paying anything additional to them, to which she replied that they “never had any problem with (my fiance’s) or his family’s policy until I came around.” Apparently, if you call out a representative - excuse me, a business owner on their horrible customer service as well as lack of accommodation, it provides grounds to insult and belittle previous customers. I faxed over a copy of the letter than I sent as well as a copy of our current insurance to try to get it resolved. I’m sure there will be a lack of communication and more insults to come. To get to the point, do not ever do business with this insurance agency unless you want to be consistently frustrated and taken advantage of.

CAS Finance: Contacted Tyler Ramos to correct an RMV form address for one of my clients. I was placed on hold rudely by Tyler and when he came back on the line he just simply brushed me off the phone, so I hung up! I'm going to recommend my client to another company who prides themselves at the very least in world class customer service.RESPONSE- Your client was sitting in front of me, I offered them to use our office line since their cell phone had died, but your employee was so rude that he didn't allow a word in edge wise. This had nothing to do with privacy laws, this has to do with the AWFUL customer service he provided.
