Pierce Jorgensen: Previously posted a 5 star review under false pretenses. I was given a similar part to what I needed and was assured it was the correct part and that It would fit my car. Gave it to my mechanic and he called me a few hours later saying it was the wrong part. Brought it back and gave the part number for what I actually needed. They had very low supply, and the only ones were in Cali (isn't that bad cause I don't expect many people to have the part). But now my car is taking up a bay in my mechanics shop not able to move Until the parts come in, it turned a 1 day job into a 5 day at least :(. The lady at the counter was very helpful though, deserves a promotion.

Debbie Boman: Been back 6 times for the same problem. Still not working. Customer service is a joke. They are so rude. Not to mention after almost $600 the same problem still exists. If this ever gets fixed once and for all, I will never go back.
Tanner Valentine: Had and appointment for 11 for a brake light, and it took them 2 and a half hours to look at the light, figure out if they had the part to fix it, and then fix it. I would understand if I walked in and didn’t have an appointment but I did have an appointment. I would think that this fix would be 30 or 40 minutes tops.
Nick Suter: Been going here for a long time spent a lot of money over the years. Will not be returning though. Had a bad experience with their customer service not there installers. I brought my truck in to have a light bar and intake installed. They mounted the light bar and installed the intake but when they realized they didn’t have a wiring harness which I told them that they would have to make up because I wasn’t happy with the switches that were online they could not finish the job when they definitely could make a harness for the light bar. I had an appointment set for the whole day to get the job done. They did not finish their job. When I asked if they could finish the job and make the harness, they said they would have to make a later appointment. I have my own business. I would never treat a repeat customer like this ever.

Daryl Gauvin: Extremely disappointed with the time it took to make the repair. When vehicle was picked up parts were missing on the ladder rack. We were put off several times with many reasons given such as the technician that needed to do it was not available Or they lost our paperwork and forgot to order the parts. Ended up costing 40% more than we were originally quoted. At the end we were given a small refund and given the parts for us to install ourselves.

Jeffrey Barker: Had them put on weather tech guards on my 2017 sierra. Sold me or cracked the front ones, and still installed. When the tint company took them out to tint the front windows he pointed out they where damage on both sides. Had to return for new fronts. I notice the back ones where lopsided. Watched a video of how they should be installed. And these guys at cap and hitch put them in wrong. There is two gaskets to pull back to install the rear clips. They only pulled back one to install the clips. If you can't even install rain guards why would I have you install anything else. Hope your gonna fix this problem
