Anne Connell: Went to get my LTC. It was cold,but nice!
Jonathan Beaty: The best thing I like about this place is the private pistol ranges. Bring your own favorite targets or even clay pigeons to set on the back embankment. No pressure, nobody watching or waiting. It's great. I also use the archery range, although if I miss the target entirely my arrow is lost in the forest.

Lee Douchkoff: I purchased a Mantis X3 shooting performance system from Zack at Guns Inc in December as a Xmas present for my wife. She took it out of the box to use for the first time the first week in January and it didn’t work properly. Took it back to Guns Inc and Zack said it was my problem because it was an electronic device and they aren’t responsible for electronic devices even though it was brand new out of the box. After much complaining on my part Zack agreed to take it to deal directly with Mantis warranty department. I went to Guns Inc today to check on the status of this device I paid $180 for. I was hoping that it had been returned from Mantis. After seven weeks the device had not even left the store to be fixed. This is even after I went to the store last week after six weeks and was told they were waiting for its return. This was the worst customer experience I have ever had. I retrieved the device and contacted Mantis just now myself. They were incredibly helpful and are shipping a brand new device to me within several days. They apparently know how to treat customers right. I will never buy anything again from Guns Inc. Buyers beware. Real poor service. All my friends in the gun community at the various clubs are going to be informed of my experience.
Google USA: 2022 update: this place is becoming worse. Their employees are very disrespectful and they know nothing. They talk big game and have 5 maybe 6 guns for sale. LolTheir employees have a terrible attitude and if you ask a question they look at you like if you were stupid. Plus the place is over priced and do not have much to look at. Great way to treat customers.

For a beginner they made me feel welcome and gave me all the advice I needed. Being my local range and shop after my first experience I most likely won’t go anywhere else. Thanks guys.

Daisy Gaines: At age 15-First time shooting a gun at Guns.Inc (Hot Brass & Bow Range) located at 1050 Main Street, West Springfield, MA 01089 in order to receive the Firearm Identification Card (FID). Richard Parenteau was by far best in informing, guiding and instructing Dez how to properly handle and shot a gun safely. Very proud of you Dez did not flinch. Dez enjoyed every moment. I highly recommend if you want to start your child early Hot Brass is the place to go! ❤️

reinaldo roman: After the previous experience I had a lengthy conversation with the owner who apologized and made me feel like I can revisit the store with better customer service. I will definitely visit this gun shop again and give this establishment another try the owner was great to talk to and thank you for the free range pass.I went in to make a purchase of multiple guns and when I walked in there was 2 employees 1 was helping a customer already so I approached the other employee who had his head down looking at paperwork I asked for a specific gun he kepted his head down a replied "smith and wesson doesn't make that kind of gun" which he was wrong never changed the position of his head and continued to look down very rude and will never buy anything from this place with employee like that. I was asking for the Smith and wesson M&p 15-22. Well he must not know his weapons because they have one on their website.
Gioventino Terni: Staff is knowledgeable, prices are very inflated bought a blue label item for upper retail. Which they advertise blue label prices, however you can have the same item sent in from several online retailers and save your self 175 dollars. I would shop else where and the entire store has practically no selection in stock.Yes they did offer a hour range pass which is actually great. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. However when you advertise blue label it would be awesome if thats the price you sold it for. Now to your point my coworker just today ordered a g17 gen 5 stock sights for 398.20 shipping 19.99 tax was around 27.00 the dreaded transfer fee 25 bucks. 470.19 two day shipping . If elect night sights add 78 for a total of 548.19. your blue label prices are the exact same as retail is all my point is.Thanks again Happy Holidays.
Angel Sanchez: Great experience. Went there for my first gun. They were very helpful and got to try out several guns out to see which one was for me. They had a ton of information, they didn’t pressure me into a gun, they wanted to make sure I was satisfied with my choice and I was. and I learned a lot from my first purchase. Dave Cooke: Mundane, vanilla inventory. Majority of the shelf products are comparatively over-priced. A better buying experience awaits not far away. The staff, while trying to be helpful were not well versed in firearm knowledge and needed to run outback to get advice from some unseen person. No machine gun inventory.

Josh Ilnicky: Had a family membership, taught both my younger sisters to shoot here, and spent a ton of time in the past forming great memories with friends. A few months ago, my sister was there shooting her first handgun purchase. Someone approached her, and made an extremely inappropriate comment to her. I won't get into detail what it was, but she still thinks about the situation months later. The gentleman who made it, then identified himself as a board member, and told her, that even though we had a family membership, she couldn't be there without the person who held the membership. What's the point in paying extra for a "family membership"? Then?Anywho. We were told that we should make an apology to the club for ", violating their rules" even though we didn't feel we did anything wrong, and the board member was way out of line. Our membership was then suspended and we weren't allowed to renew.10 years ago this place was fantastic, I hope they fix some of their internal issues.
