CAS Finance: Contacted Tyler Ramos to correct an RMV form address for one of my clients. I was placed on hold rudely by Tyler and when he came back on the line he just simply brushed me off the phone, so I hung up! I'm going to recommend my client to another company who prides themselves at the very least in world class customer service.RESPONSE- Your client was sitting in front of me, I offered them to use our office line since their cell phone had died, but your employee was so rude that he didn't allow a word in edge wise. This had nothing to do with privacy laws, this has to do with the AWFUL customer service he provided.

Paula Flint: Important papers sent to address we have not lived at in 12 plus years twice. Told we did not respond. Wonder why! We never received a tracking number or information we were getting more paper work after accident. We had to all to find out why we had it received our paper work our check. Sad situation.
