John Dobosz: We went there for a wedding cake consultation. When we walked in the door we were immediately impressed with their bakery and products in the display case. However that first impression did not last long. We sat with a representative who doesn't even make the cakes so she had to keep leaving our consult to go consult someone else. First she said she was not sure they could do our cake. Then after showing her a photo she said " that cake is dated" . Really??? Then she said they could not accomidate a tier being foam. Then she comes back from consulting someone else to give a price 40% higher than the 3 other bakeries we visited. After declining her offer she was extremely snotty and dismissive. She easily made this the worst wedding planning experience we have had. My advice, if you want a quick cake from the display case this is the place, but go elsewhere for wedding plans.

Bridgid O'Connell: Cupcakes have gotten much smaller and have gone up a dollar. Definitely not worth 3 dollars. I asked the lady behind the counter where the big cupcakes were and she said 'these are them'. When I asked why they got smaller but more expensive she rudely said 'well it's because of cost of living etc.' I get that everything has been going up since the pandemic, but changing a dollar extra and making the cupcakes half the size as before is ridiculous. Other people in the bakery were complaining too, and someone even walked out, so it is not just me.I don't think I'll be coming here as often, but definitely not getting cupcakes.P.S- The chocolate fudge cake is yummy though. That went up as well, but the size didn't shrink unlike the cupcakes. Still a good price.The cake raised the stars.

fardowsa M.: Amazing pastries, you can get custom cakes. They have freshly made cookies, pastries and coffee etc I enjoy the fact they offer slices of cakes in many flavors. I have moved from the area, but whenever I am in the area I stop by get pastries for my friends, family, and myself of course ☺️

I have NOT received one subpar pastry. As a person who has been to buddys pastry shop (cake boss guy) in both manhattan and Hoboken NJ… Cerratos is THE BEST pastry shop I've ever been to!

Avi Smith-Rapaport: Wow is all I can say I was referred to this pastry shop when I asked a friend of mine if he knows of any shops in the Springfield area he recommended a couple of things at Cerratos and when I got there I got a lot more I'm very excited to share all this with my family and celebrate our weekend in Todd was lovely and explained all the different pastries and I look forward to visiting again next time I'm in the area

J&A Rod: My husband and I went in to eat pastries for the first time we order 2 cappuccino that was delicious, we also ordered 2 Rum BaBa I should of read that they had rum which I didn't, don't get me wrong we drink alcohol but I think the lady should of ask if the pastries with the rum was okay and she didn't, we really didn't enjoy it because in our opinion it was drench in rum, and it was really hard to even enjoy or taste the pastries, sadly we forgot to get a picture if the desserts. Also We have ordered cakes from this place before they are amazing and you can tell it was fresh.

Latoya DK: Horrible customer service. I called to ask if a special cake could be made. I was told they could make the cake and would need 2 weeks notice. I was told I would need to come in and pay in full. I drove 40 minutes to place my order and pay in full just too told they could NOT make the cake AND they would need 4 weeks notice. Needless to say I will not be back!!
