Singer Kittredge: what do users think?
Robert Dupuis: They perminently closed their walk in store...
Ron Pioggia: Everything you could need for a residential or commercial kitchen under one roof. Highly recommend.
Dave S: This place is open to the public and is a hidden gem. I found food grade containers here that were less expensive than I found them for online. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
Cindy Cates: The store is a Chef's wishlist and the staff is friendly and helpful.
Bob Goof: Very Good customer service and veriety of items. On top of that, it's open to the public
Loretta: Been going to Kittredge for 6 years. Staff was always helpful until yesterday.Had couple questions about equipment customer service rep was too ignorant to get up from his chair and show around .
Mike Calvente: Thts were I work great place to work at
Fred Richard Jr: Always a pleasant place to shop, the staff is always courteous and being in the food service business all my life, it's like walking into a candy store!
Joseph Nunes: Great service great people pleasant doing bussiness
Janelle Horne: Great company. Need something food service related, this is the place to go.... as I was taught, they've got everything from toothpicks to walk-ins coolers. Employees are awesome and always willing to help you get what you need.
mike jones: We worked with Kittredge to put together our restaurant's kitchen in Boston and could not be more unsatisfied. From day one we have had countless issues with everything from the tables we ordered to the equipment installed. To start, after ordering dining tables months in advanced, days before we opened they brought completely different tables than what was ordered. The size and functionality what not what we had planned and it effected our layout and ability to properly seat. We were forced to wait multiple months for the replacements and caused issues that could have been easily avoided if anyone competent worked for their company. On top of that, we have had issues with every piece of kitchen equipment installed. A total of five coolers were unfunctional. When notifying them about this, the service was horrible. It took months for anyone to respond to our service calls and even after they came to 'fix' the issue the equipment would break again shortly after. From the ovens, coolers, ice machine, dish washer, alto-sham, etc. there have been problems with everything. Our restaurant has been open for barely a year and we have not had one piece of equipment function properly. From start to finish we have been extremely unsatisfied with every aspect of working with them and would not recommend Kittredge to our worst enemy. UPDATE: We recently spoke to Jake W***** who is in charge of Sales and Operations and he told us that he would have never recommended the equipment that was sold to us. This was a $400,000 dollar project and they have been no help in trying to fix these issues.
Phil MUCCIARONE: Great kitchen supplies
Jeff Ross: top notch restaurant/kitchen supply retailer, remodeling though so no 5th star as of yet
Dave Sacerdote: This my go-to place for kitchen equipment. Professional cookware at very reasonable prices - there is no reason to go to Kohls or Walmart to buy low-quality cookware branded with some TV Chef's name when you can buy the same stuff the real pros use at lower prices.
Lisa Vecchitto: What
Shane Sullivan: As a homeowner looking for quality kitchen ware at bulk prices, I was disappointed. While there had a large selection of items, they didn't really have different types or brand of those items. The prices were pretty high for some of the things and pretty cheap for other things. I wouldn't let that discourage anyone from checking it out but it might be a waste of time if you don't own a restaurant.
Sean Bobbin: They have everything and anything you could ever want to use in or around a kitchen. Definitely worth the drive!

Express Kitchens: what do users think?
Kelly Macneil: There were so many issues with this from the beginning and Sharmin was our customer service rep and dealt with everything. She was very prompt on responding to questions, and resolving some major issues I had incurred. Thanks to all of her help and professionalism , it ended on a realPositive and satisfying experience.
Cathy Terry: The purchase experience was a little disappointing, as the advertised amount for a 10 x 10 kitchen was very misleading. But, the installation went smoothly and the cabinets are very nice.
Tammy Sullivan: Hello Expressions Kitchen installers were amazing, friendly and professional!!! I would recommend them to everyone !!!
Kathy Reipold: Right from the start we had a positive experience with Russ in Springfield on Boston Rd.Charmine was our go to girl and she has been awesome as well.Arthur and William installed our cabinets and were both very hard workers and cleaned up well. They did an awesome job. This Thursday we will have our quartz counter tops installed.Ricky came and did our template and he was also very friendly and answered all my concerns. We are very pleased with everything at this point.II would recommend Express Kitchens. The price was also very fair for the work done.Always let us know well in advance that they were coming and always there on the day that they promised. This is very important.Thank you,John and Kathy Reipold
Bill Schnabel: I'd recommend express kitchens to everyone! Courtesy people, Great comunication, Great product, and impeccable installation! Very happy with my new kitchen!!!
Stancil Family: Ultimately, my new kitchen countertops, sink, and faucet came out nicely, however, it took much longer than originally planned. My project was to be completed in one day, however, the installer did not measure the sink correctly and damaged the new countertop. Additionally, the installer damaged a kitchen water valve which resulted in water flooding a portion of my basement. I then was told that I had to wait another 3-4 weeks for a replacement countertop. Express Kitchens sent a plumber the next day and he fixed the valve and installed a temporary sink and partial counter top so I could use my kitchen (I still was unable to use my dishwasher and garbage disposal during this period. Also the temp countertop did not cover everything so there were empty spaces where a countertop should have been). When the new piece came in (3 weeks later), I was told that my new countertops would be installed on a Friday, but the plumber would not be back to reconnect the dishwasher, disposal, etc. until the following Monday. I immediately called to request that the plumber come on the Friday my countertop was to be installed. I was told that they would try but could not guarantee this since reconnection usually occurs the next business day. Fortunately, the plumber was able to come on the Friday, which I did appreciate. Overall, everyone I dealt with was very pleasant. The plumber and the installers that ultimately completed my project were excellent, however, due to the damage to the first countertop, the flooding of my basement, and the project being completed weeks after the original date, I will not be using Express Kitchens for future projects.
S S: In all my years of dealing with contractora this company was the worst .We started a in Sep.2020 ,and procject was finish mid.October '21.We got cancelations almost 8 times and months would go by before we would hear about updates .When we paid for this project we were told that counter tops amd cabinets were in stock ready to go from the wearhouse in Ct, but because from they company did not measure and calculate the countertops we had to wait longer .We were left for 2 months with some heavy objects on the top pf the cabinets ,not safe and for few weeks we had no sink.Thy brought us wrong shape and color backsplash on one side whlie the other side was peft without backsplash and sink piece was already broken . We have small kitchen and simple project.I would not recomend this company .
Jacob Coite: I walked in expecting a restaurant. The bright yellow and red design made me think it was fast food, especially given it used to be a KFC. Was getting a tire fixed and decided to give them a try. Boy was I mistaken. Got the dirtiest look from an employee and what I assume is a couple picking out a counter top as I opened the door and immediately turned around and walked to the near by McDonald's.
Norman Drapeau: Both guys were very professional and did excellent work the look great, would recommend them
Charles Muthua: I would like to thank Russ Messenger, the Boston Road manager for making my dream of a good kitchen come true. He is a true professional. He helped with designing and the process that seemed insurmountable to me became an easy one when I encountered Russ. I had shopped for kitchen cabinets elsewhere and am glad I met him. I d not regret walking into his store. This was my first experience and it will not be the last. I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks Russ
Roy Roldan: Express Kitchens did a great job on the installation of our new kitchen. My wife is very happy with the new cabinets and countertop. I would like to especially thank Russ Messenger who was our project manager. Also a big thank you to Jay Gonzalez who install our cabinets, he did an awesome job. Also thanks to the countertop installers, Leo and assistant they did a great job. I want to also thank all who were involved in making this happen.. Thank you for making my wife enjoy here kitchen.Sincerely Roy & Deborah Roldan

Gillette Restaurant Equipment: what do users think?
Surburban Life: Wonderful customer service!!
wendy orszulak: Customer service was Excellent.
Thomas Little: I went in looking to purchase a stainless steel table. I didn’t know exactly what I was looking for. I’ve been in sales my entire adult life, when someone walks in and they are unsure exactly what they want it’s my job as a salesman to steer them in the right direction, they seem to be much more interested in their breakfast. Keep up the good work!!
christopher parker: Chris is always very helpful, everytging you need under 1 roof
Red Fox: Best place for kitchen stuff
wilson fuller: Gillette is the best place to get your restaurant equipment great staff
My way: Good customer service
Brian Trotta: Great selection of new and used commercial kitchen equipment and supplies.
Stephen Ferguson: Always knowledgeable and polite
Scott Kluger: I'm not sure how Ann and her team stay in business by selling old junk. Perhaps they pay nothing for it, because it it worthless, and then sell it for as much as they can possibly get. Most recently, we bought, among other things, three pieces of refrigeration equipment: a 27" undercounter, a 48" merchandiser, and a single door upright. We plugged everything in as soon as we received it to make sure it turned on and got to temp. The 27" immediately stopped working and needed a new thermostat. The merchandiser did not hold temp and only after hiring my own refrigeration tech, were we able to determine that it was not fully charged with refrigerant. Maybe it has a leak? I guess time will tell. The single door upright cooler had the most problems. Over a two month period, from when we started using to when it stopped working completely, the light stopped working (not the bulb, the light), the evaporator pan inside the cooler had holes in it (holes in the stainless!) and started dripping water all over everything. And then 1 week ago, we found the cooler at 60 degrees and had to throw out all of our product.DO NOT BUY USED EQUIPMENT FROM GILLETTE, THEY SELL JUNK!And the 5 start review below from Tim Grady? He was my sales rep at Gillette! He works there!
Toby Van Aken: I called and asked for prices and they never called me back
Tim Grady: Professional service, completely attentive to all my needs. I cant say enough about this place. I had an idea of what I wanted, but the Gillette crew made my ideas so much more. From the first meeting to discus my vision, to the detailed CAD drawing, to the equipment recommendations. To me the name Gillette is synonymous with razors, the Patriots and restaurant equipment. Contact them, you will not be disappointed.
A M: I can't believe this place is still in business after the repeated issues I had with them. NEVER buy used equipment from them - from a freezer that showed up with a 30 YEAR OLD compressor, a rolling rack so torqued it cost me as much to fix it as the sold it for, and the topper, a $1600 refrigerated display case that they put a ridiculously undersized compressor in. After my refrigeration guy called them they agreed to pay for the correct size, took back the wrong compressor and never paid for the new one - and did not refund a penny to me! I threatened to take them to court, but in the end it was not worth my time.So because they stole the compressor, I paid $1600 to them for a dry case, (worth about $50 - $200 on the open market) and another $1000 for a compressor.I believe in Karma Ann Gillette, your day will come

Restaurant Depot: what do users think?
anthony torres: This establishment is well organized and user-friendlyStaff is amazing they attend to your every need
Melissa Sepulveda: The workers there were so rude. It was my first time there! So I wasn’t familiar with the store. I asked an employer for help, and he refused to help me because they were closing. I had just needed two more items, and I would have completed my shopping. It wasn’t even five past seven, and they were all staring me down to hurry and finish. I felt very uncomfortable, and I will never shop there again. Kudos to Joe for trying to help me until he got yelled at by someone who may have looked like a manager smh “saying no, they were closed.”
yidi dong: I bought fish here today and when I counted the price, the price was different. They explained that the fish was different, and the price was misplaced. We consumers should be careful when buying things and look at the price when calculating the price.
Obed: Overnight available 👍
Matt Frazier: Product selection is fine. The problem is the miserable staff.
roman m: Unloaded fes
Sandeep Singh: It’s a nice place to delivery , you can park there overnight but they take you by appointment only , there a 50-50 chance is that they will take you before your appointment time depending upon how busy they are but they are quick when you get on to the dock.Just in case you wanna head into the grocery store and buy something , they provide you with day pass and clean bathrooms are provided.
Bradley Marks: One of their smaller locations. Things also seem a little more hap hazard here. Organization is only ok and not a lot of effort put into keeping the place visually attractive. Being smaller it seems like they are more likely to be out of things, especially fresh food. However the non perishable stuff seems not to be hit by runs on products as much as bigger locations.
Dale Swanson: Always find what I need/want nothing has changed getting ready to open the golf course so I guess you could I'm back
ThatDude Himself: One star for room to park, and overnight parking. Heavyset Spanish guy is very rude. I'm first one at the door, yet he walks right by me without acknowledging me and give two Spanish guys a door. Finally comes back to me and says put number, and I have to go in and ask some other guys 2 Caucasians am going to be called for door or given a door then called when done? They both said he didn't tell what door or anything? Nope, just "put number" I swear customer service and common curiosity is a foreign language. Restaurant depot upper management you need to handle this type of behavior with a stern vernacular.
Miguel Velez: Manager here is the worst. Embarrassed at what Brianna the manager put a family through. The teller told the family they could bag the groceries and when Brianna came she yelled at the family and started looking through their stuff. There were two items on the the turn thingy and she insinuated that the couple was going to steal it. Strawberries and butter is what she was referring to and the teller put it there.....but they paid for ribs, steaks and other items....lol.She talks about customers and is disrespectful and I'm done shopping here. The family and my family will.never shop here.
Valeria Mudrenko: I try to return something back and they did not take it. We always buy stuff from there, but this time I am disappointed
jie wu: Very very bad. Customer service. People here especially managers and some cashiers are racially discriminatory
Dave Hastings: Great place beware though you need a membership and it's basically for business restaurants deli etc
Jason Lamb: First time there. Had everything you could think of.....and a lot of things didn't think of !
Victor Encarnacion: Good Good Good food
Kevin CrabApp (CrabApp): Needs a public wifi. No cell service here.
Ryan Davies: Huge selection for restaurants and other businesses. Great in a pinch when your truck order doesn't come through.
Idalia Guzman: Many tempting purchases, great prices & very helpful & professional employees. My first time, but will definitely be many more to come.
Rebecca Kwao: We bought rice 100lb ,we ask for help nobody comes,so we put it in the car by our self
Michael Carter: Friendly helpful staff. Scott went above and beyond to help us find what we needed... Reccomend them to all in the industry.
