EVIE EYSENBURG: I cannot say enough good things about my dealings with ST Flooring. I chose the carpeting, it was promptly ordered and received, and the installation was flawless. All of this happened between the week of Thanksgiving and today - three weeks while they are moving their showroom and warehouse to Chicopee. Excellent choice of wool carpets, and they used environmentally-friendly padding. The installers did a great job and left my condo cleaner than it was when they started. As for those who claim rude service - I cannot imagine what they are talking about. Maria was incredibly accommodating, and I am grateful to her for managing to squeeze in my small space installation before Christmas. Five stars all the way!!!!

At this point ST Flooring has been back for 5 projects and has installed the flooring in our entire house! Every time is a pleasant experience with Sergey and the team. They have successfully and beautifully installed hard wood, tile flooring, shower tile and a beautiful hand sculpted tile shower floor. Service is quick and they always work with you on issues or changes.

alex carlson: Chet and the Ace flooring team did an amazing job repairing, sanding, and finishing the floors in our new house. The house and floors are 70 years old and we’re in good shape but the floor was covered in glue from old carpet, tons of staples, and some extensively damaged boards. Chet took a look and was unconcerned about all of it, gave me a quote for the work that day, and started and finished work the same week.He explained the options between water based and solvent based coatings, how any repaired boards would go, and what level of shine I wanted to use. He also gave me lots of information on the history of the house construction and how to care long term for the white oak and inlaid boarder on the floors.You can’t even tell there was damage to the floors, there was one board in particular that had termite damage that was simply cut out and replaced, you’d never know now! The house was also clean and pretty dust free when I came back after it was done. Quick and great work, highly reccomended!

Ann Marie Boisvert: Chet did a really good job on my kichen and bedroom floors. They were 50 years old and they look brand new now. He was very professional and knowledge and took the time to give us all the options. It only took two hours to set before we could walk on them. He also was the only company we called that answered the phone and kept in contact. The price was very reasonable. He uses a very low smell polyurethane which was important to me because my daughter is highy sensitive to smell. Great guy. Great job.

The quality of their carpets is very high and the expertise with which they sell and install the flooring is perfect. Danielle Dickstein: Can not recommend. Similar to others experiences, the group came recommended but was a complete nightmare to work with. Never showed up on time, excuse after excuse as to the no-show behavior. The finished product was a complete mess along the edges. They left stain on our cabinets and walls, beat up our walls and cabinets with their sanding, and failed to bring the stain to the edges of corners or along the kitchen cabinets.I honestly think I could have done a better job myself, and I am not a handy person. I wish I had cancelled after his first no-show day, and gone with a real professional.

The son however after alot of back and forth of excuses through text. After Alot of excuses and no responses he said he will come tmrw. After tearing apart my home to accomadate his schedule he was a no show and no call! Finally got a response hours later he gave us his word that THIS TIME HE WILL SHOW UP( NOTE BLEW US OFF ALREADY ONCE). HE AGAIN didnt show up, call or textVery upsetting. He kept delaying when he would show up, with repeated excuses. We lost confidence that he would ever show up and actually finish the job, so we cancelled completely after a couple days of his no shows.

Glen Buckley: Berzenski Floor Sanding was brought in by the general contractor for our Chicopee remodeling project. They stained new flooring and refinished existing flooring so that it would match. They also refinished the second floor staircase treads. They did a very professional job. You are unable to tell were the old floorboards end and the new ones begin. They came and did what they said they were going to do and on the timeline they gave. They cleaned up after themselves and gave instructions to protect and preserve the wood flooring. I give this company the highest rating.

I was needing their help on a rehab local to them, and at a distance for me. Dominick was on top of everything that I needed, providing service I could not get from any other store. Erika listened to what I needed for cabinets' function and features, and created an amazing design to enhance the kitchen and bathrooms. With their value, I purchased all the flooring, cabinets, & plumbing fixtures from them. They even helped with my appliance purchases. I will continue to use them on other projects.

Tom OBrien: Great Service! Reasonable prices. We went to the store and worked with Justin to find the right carpet for our bedroom. He came out as promised to take measurements of the room and quote us a price. The carpet came in as promised. We scheduled an install date. They came on that date, moved a very heavy piece of furniture and installed the carpet. They took away the old carpet and padding and cleaned up nicely. We are quite pleased with Baystate Rug and Flooring.

Now that their inside people and their installer left this year (for unknown reasons), I have 1 (one) floor tile that needs replacing.... photos, 14 emails, 6 ph calls, and no return call. The owner will not respond nor reply in any way. Never was I rude at all. This has been going on for 8 months. DO NOT USE this company. They have lost many contractors that swore by them (from what I hear) !Just awful ... ZERO customer service. Either they are bought up by someone or they close and any deposits will be gone forever! I don't like to write poor reviews but, they have NOT stood up to normal expected customer service service. [To post, I guess you need to hit a star but, I don't even give them one]Update:Well, after a couple of Cust Svs people being replaced, there is a newer lady named Beverly that is awesome! Diane Santaniello: Sorry to say we are going through the same thing ...had to wait a WEEK with no kitchen and bathroom because the floor was severly damaged. It was noticed of course after the mouldings were removed and the previous floor was covered with levelastic product. Off the installers went only to say "sorry your sales person will call you"Hours later with no call, I called them ...long story short waited a week. Being the positive person I am, I used the time to paint and boarder the kitchen.and had fun eating out....hey no appliances no food!In the end the product was good, the installers were amazing...my only complaint is communication. There is and was none. I dont think they understand how important it is to get dates right and products in on time, it's just a job to them, But for the customer its a huge deal being left waiting with a project in construction.I had got such a great deal from the home show that there was no way to compensate on kitchen/bathroom floor so I was given some money off on carpets for upstairs bedrooms.......ok can this really happen again...no. The sales man said this kinda stuff happens only 5 percent of the time.Longer story short, im now waiting a week for the carpets....really. My daughter is 10 yrs old and OMG....I have not told her yet that she has no bedroom for a week, and I have packed all of her things away in boxs....yup, no nothing!!! Wine time for momma.If you dont like living in contruction or rooms with nothing in them for a week I would not recommend this flooring company. I feel bad, I have never written a bad review for anything or any one.I would just like to inform others who may do business with them to keep up on the communication, dot your t's and cross your I's because they dont! And never hurts to keep voicemails ....

Colin Boisvert: The installers were great, but that's the only good I can honestly say. We met with Kathy who seemed great and helped us choose a kitchen floor, set a day and time for install then followed with a nice email. 3 days before she called to say she had bad news and needed to put off the job till the following week. That was not an option as my wife and I took time off work to have this done so she scheduled a different installer for the same day at 10am. Baystate showed up at my home about 12:45 with the wrong flooring explaining they were late because they installed the wrong carpet at the previous job. Very upset I called Kathy asking what was going on. I went to the store to show her again the flooring we chose only to find they didn't have it in stock, so I could wait a week with my kitchen under construction or choose something they had on hand....which is what we did. The next day the owner called apologizing for our experience and said he would make it up to us with a better quote on the carpet job we were planning with them. He promised to call us back that same day, but haven't heard a word in over a week. So, here I sit writing this review in hopes no one will go through the same. I found no warning online during my research. Good luck and happy renovations!

mike malinowski: Ludlow Linoleum and Carpet, Inc. was contracted to install vinyl sheet flooring into a bath, small entry hall, kitchen and pantry. A threshold was removed so the vinyl could go seamlessly into all rooms, and doors in the bath and pantry were modified. A single piece of vinyl flooring was installed into the rooms on July 15, 2016. Overall the vinyl looks flat and good and installation occurred in just one day.However, there was a definite lack of professionalism and attention to detail on part of the installers:1. A plaque in the entry hall was hanging before the install, but missing afterwards. The plaque disappeared as a result of the install and it had sentimental value. Logic dictates that somehow the plaque was lost, broken as a result of the work. The floor installers denied responsibility for its disappearance.2. A security system door sensor and associated wiring were damaged as a result of the install. The security system company charged $100 to repair the damages.3. The process of installing the vinyl required placement of a wood underlayment and subsequent sanding of the wood before gluing of the vinyl. Sanding of the wood resulted in dust going everywhere into rooms adjacent to the install rooms. No notification was given that dust production would happen and that means (curtains) to reduce its spread throughout the house would help mitigate migrating amounts.4. A bead of white caulking material was applied to the edges of the vinyl floor which met vertical walls where there were no floorboards. As of July 23, 2016 (about a week after the install) the white caulking was already cracking.5. Small areas of wallpaper on wall corners in the bathroom were damaged as a result of the install and were not fixed.Even though the overall install looks OK, the damage and loss produced by the installers, and lack of attention to detail were unacceptable. When damage occurs during a job, I feel that it is the responsibility of any professional company to notify the homeowner and either repair the damage or compensate the homeowner. None of these events happened. The homeowner is paying the company to do the work, not to create damage!Based on my experience, I would definitely NOT recommend Ludlow Linoleum and Carpet, Inc. for vinyl floor installs.
