Dani Malawista: Went here based on reviews. Didn’t feel like it was anything special that we would go back for. Would go again if someone else really wanted to, but just wasn’t for us. Wife had the Dom omelette and it wasn’t quite finished cooking and stuffed with way way way too much cheese. I just had over easy eggs, toast and home fries… it was fine. Didn’t love the home fries.
Nicole Gaudreau: My veggie sandwich was saggy. Veggies did not have any seasoning or flavor. My daughter’s steak and egg sandwich was dry. In addition to that I was unpleasantly surprised when I was told that the restaurant accepts cash only.
Gary C: Very disappointed in Nemos today. I've had it in the past and it was pretty good. Today however, my pancakes were way undercooked to the point of being almost raw and my home fries were cinders. I don't think I'll be back. Staff was nice but the food didn't meet expectations or price.

dayna germinario: We were in for a convention this week from Friday-Monday, and ate breakfast there all 4 days. Food and service, especially over the weekend, were great. The weekend staff behind the bar seating counter hustle like I've rarely seen, for such young employees. They were great and super attentive. Our coffee cups were never empty either. Michael Stromberg: Sunny Side was my fiancé and my favorite place to eat for breakfast ever!!!! Egg benedict is the best however, the wait time can be very long (longest one time has been 45 mins on average is 30) and there is no place to stand while waiting. It is a very crammed entrance way and They do not take your name or anything. They do not clarify that you need to write your name down to be on the waiting list. Even when it is your turn (if you know to write your name down) if you are not in the door way you lose your spot. They need to find a better way of having people wait. They hopefully will expand or have a way of getting groups that are eating out quicker. Also, families tend to finish eating and lounge around for a while.

Eric Anderson: Until today experience has been good. Today I was bypassed on the seating list 4 times. I watched others on the listed chased down outside so I felt confident waiting outside until to groups outside with us were called before me so I went inside and watched 2 more seated before me. I asked and was told my name is on the list. Won't waste my time again. Left without eating. Food is usually very good but 3 different people bypassing me is to much.

The options were good and I think I should have tried eggs Benedict but instead I went for an omelette and ended up paying couple of extra bucks because I did not realize that for every vegetable you’re adding you have to pay an additional $.99.
Arsenio: Food was good. Get the corned beef hash extra crispy or it might be too soft and mushy but that’s all personal preference. Staff was pleasant and attentive. Portions were great. I had the omelette with bacon and it was packed. Prices are also reasonable. Would definitely come here again if I was in the area.
denise miltimore: Sunny side up is a small place in West Springfield Mass. Located off Riverdale Rd across the street from CVS pharmacy. They have very friendly employees. The food is really good and for a breakfast & lunch nook it is small but cozy. They have a wide range of menu items and, their food portions are generous. I would definitely go back there again.

Barbie Chase: Putting the long wait aside, because I understand that with one person working, things take time. I ordered the avocado pesto, fresh mozzarella and arugula with added bacon and a cup of butternut bisque. Was not impressed with either. The "pesto" was just pureed avocado with no sign of seasoning. The bacon ... Something wasn't quite right with it as it has been repeating on me since lunchtime and it is now after 8pm. The bisque just had a weird taste that I couldn't figure out what it was. But it wasn't pleasant.Now for the Serve safe practices. One would think that gloves would be worn during the making of a sandwich, but not today. Then with those bare hands the worker rang out a customer, took cash, made change and went back to making sandwiches. Um... Hello there is a sink right there for you to wash your hands in between touching dirty money and food. I won't be back. And I don't recommend this place at all. Just dirty.

S T: This is a gem of a little place to grab some incredibly tasty food. We got sandwich offerings, soup and dessert to go! They also offer glass bottles of local soda and they are delish! Really the hardest thing was choosing which items to bring home! Fair warning! This is not a knock at all but if you are western or Midwestern as I am, the chili was a huge surprise. It has a sweet kick to it! Almost like a bit of brown sugar? It was delicious just not what I was expecting at all. The corn chowder was totally as expected, also delicious. I don't imagine they make anything that's untasteful. Will definitely be back!Vegetarian options: They have some!

They always have a fresh take on "basic" sandwiches, creating something new and exciting on a regular basis. They always use fresh, quality ingredients and their soups are to die for! Even if it sounds like something I wouldn't like, I will try it and I always end up loving it. The kale and white bean soup was simple yet complex in flavor, to die for! It's always a pleasure to support our local businesses, and this is one I will continue to support on a regular basis.

However, the soup of the day was the chicken and rice and I do have to say it was not good at all from just the look of it I could tell, almost no chicken in it and it had a foul taste, however the sandwich which was there version of a steak and cheese was great maybe will try again depending on what soup they have
Natasha Klug: Amazing taste. I had both breakfast and lunch here. Both incredible. I asked for my bacon to be crispy and they made it to my request. Kind owner. I loved the pecan brownie and homemade rice crispies. I tried the chicken noodle soup and it tasted like mom made it very classic comforting taste. The Achilles heel sandwich was the best vege sandwich I've ever had. It was beyond delicious. I had the mountain man breakfast sandwich it was so good the biscuits are incredible.. the jam the sausage everything incredible. I tried the sweet potato biscuit with my soup the biscuit wasn't dry and had so much flavor. I'll be back time and time again thank you for the amazing quality food. Rebecca Morgan: Good! I got the fig and goat cheese panini, and at 7 bucks, the sandwich is a great deal including the chips or coleslaw that come with it. My partner got the black bean filo special, and it was packed with flavor and a rainbow of beautiful natural colors. The cafè is tucked away in the arts alley, and very artsy itself with cute paintings and an eye towards beachy decor. Def will be returning!Update 2 years later (I did return!) : the fig and goat cheese panini is still delicious, though 8.50 now, which is honestly still a decent price for how tasty it is. The black bean burger with the filo casing is absolutely delicious!! Atmosphere and service spot on. Nosh is truly a gem of an establishment.

Heidi Cipriano: Wow. This place is impressive. We got takeout. Street parking was available across the street from the paid lot. The inside is good vibes for sure. If I lived remotely close to Nosh I might be there every day just for the London Fog latte. It was the best I've had. The caramel latte was also delicious. We tried the kielbasa melt, the sweet potato sammie, and the pork and pickle. I was blown away at the brilliant paring of flavors in the sweet potato sammie. He loved both of the other sandwiches and thought the kielbasa was a unique idea. We still haven't tried the red velvet cheesecake brownies because they were very cold like they're stored in the refrigerator. Not a problem, I'm sure they'll be delicious when they come to room temperature. Will be back anytime we're in the area!

Emily Cote: Nosh is AMAZING! Truly a Diamond in the rough. Terri is such a talented chef and just knows good food. We have used her and Nosh twice for baby shower sandwich platters and our guests (and us!) can’t get enough. Everyone always asks where they can find this place! So many delicious choices and alternative ingredients made with the most quality food. Not to mention all the times we’ve been in to the actual restaurant and are blown away with how hearty healthy and amazing her menu is. There is nothing else like Nosh around. Highly HIGHLY recommend Nosh for your event needs and also to go grab some lunch. THE BEST!

Intuitive Kat: The 3 stars is for the food and Tea as it is ALWAYS delish! I/we Went to the West Springfield Crepes Tea House on April 29th, at around 4:30pm. I have been there several times. I have NEVER had such poor service as I did. received water and our drink order, ordered food, and no one came back to give us more water or another drink. Food came dropped and no one came back. Other tables complaining also. Then with food to be packed asked if we were ready for the check. We ALSO listened to waitresses making fun of a customer after they left AND how one waitress made $400 in tips WELL YES Gratitiy added to bill. I just am so sad as I love to visit. I came from Connecticut for THIS? Someone needs to teach them how to provide good customer service or guide them to another job. They also missed out on extra sales as we all wanted another round of Tea and I wanted to take some home. Very disappointed!

JR. B: This is my second time coming here, let me tell you it has became one of my favorite breakfast places. Good atmosphere, it’s a family owned business, nobody is rushing you, the staff is very friendly and they have a menu that covers everything, I mean everything, you won’t be disappointed. My daughter loves to come here for the tea “over 100 selections of tea” and the crepes of course lol. If you haven’t tried Crepes Tea House yet, you most need give a try.
Spirit Nectar: They have gluten-free options and it’s amazing. You can’t always trust the Crepes but when they do it right, it’s amazing.
