Alfredo Sanchez: Email sent everyday of all mail I should be getting but mail carrier does not deliver. Has happened numerous times and has pushed back a meeting I have scheduled this morning with documents that shows that I was suppost to receive yesterday and did not get and guess what? Post master of Springfield, MA (Main Street) have NO EMAIL CONTACT to address this issue. Im sure this will NOT get far based on the previous ratings & comments but just wanted to make everyone aware of how your tax money is being used. You do better driving to where the mail is coming from to get your mail yourself.

Jesse Taylor: This is the worst USPS I have ever been to. I sent a certified letter with legal documents in it last week. It was supposed to be delivered to a location that is under an hour away from the USPS. I signed up for updates to keep track. I got an update that said it was leaving the Springfield USPS and was heading for Hartford, CT. When I checked it later, it was in Albany, NY. When I checked this morning, it had arrived in East Schodack, NY. (I have never heard about that town in my life.) I printed up and filled out a form to get my money back and brought it in with my receipts from the post office, including the certified mail. The woman I spoke to said they don't give refunds. I pointed to the form on the counter, which I got from USPS.COM, and said, "This form that I got from your site says you do." She snapped at me, "We don't give refunds." I asked her if they didn't, then why did I find the form on their site. She repeated, "No refunds." I said, "Thank you SO much for being part of the problem. You're doing a GREAT JOB!" and walked out.I will never step one foot in this post office ever again. They don't have any clue of what they're doing at all and they couldn't care less about providing good service. #shameonthem

Zachary Ciano: Literally only came in for a Passport renewal. Waited in what seemed to be the line for the people doing passports before being told we had to get sent back to the same line as people doing their packages. After probably 40 min of waiting in line just to be seen, we are told that we need to go back to the original line we had waited in. Completely ridiculous communication that just sends people on a goose chase. What should have been a 15 minute task took about an hour and a half because these lazy employees don’t even know where they are working. If you can, go somewhere else. This place is the absolute worst.

I am very grateful for how the passport process for my kids went with their help. Rosa is a role model to her 4 kids. Gracias. Both fluent in Spanish. Wow.

I witnessed a rude customer giving the staff a hard time and it was upsetting to watch. This staff is so patient with the public,especially a gal named Tiffany. Very impressed how she handled a tough situation! My packages are always shipped quickly and I am always treated with a smile. Highly recommend this location!

NANCY: I frequent this UPS store on Riverdale Road at least a few times a month and it's about time I write a review for the awesome staff at this location. I have been in numerous times and I have witnessed how rudely the staff is treated by a large portion of their clientele. The staff is just trying to do their jobs. Tara, Shawn & Tiffany go above and beyond in providing excellent customer service! They take the time to explain to customers how to properly pack their returns and also advise that the instructions are provided in their emails as well. I go to this location because of their superior customer support. They're always very friendly- service with a smile. Keep up the great work! Great job in keeping your composure too. Please be kind to these hard workers. Thank you!

I asked her and she said there is only 1 package, that is how I received 15 minutes ago! Just scan both codes. After trying to explain to her I simply took the Items out of the envelope and threw it away. She then scanned the other code and asked where my packaging was. Not needed I saidand walked out. She said I have a QR code for return so customer has to package it fully otherwise they'll charge 2 dollars. My item was fully packed,, I just needed a 4 inch piece of tape. I asked to speak to a manager and she said manager is not here, and the other person there also said it's a policy. They clearly lack common sense , to make exceptions in certain situations. I have shipped alot of things because of my business from UPS and I was never asked to pay $2 for a tiny piece of tape. I asked her if she can just put the tape today and Noelle that I know I will make sure it's fully packaged, but she didn't accommodate. Next time I'll choose PICK ITEM from my hiuse for Amazon returns instead of me dropping it off. Not visiting this UPS store, they can come to my house.Dear owner, my item was PACKAGED AND SEALED. I just needed a 4 inch tape, and it was right on the table which she didn't let me use. I even told her I didn't know about this policy in the future ill make sure it's fully sealed. Michael Bullock: I had a package delivered to this office. They had closed do to some kind of water damage. When I called and spoke to the Rep about when I can get my package all she said was you can't get your package and I don't know when we will be open again and basically she got me off the phone without any assurance I will ever get my package. That cost my company money. I assured my customer that I would reorder what they needed and kept them posted as one should when they want to retain customers.

I have specific instructions that it needs to be taken to my back porch. They consistently. don't. do. it. And my packages always get stolen only when FedEx delivers it. Everyone else is able to follow the instructions but not FedEx.

Today I was gruffly told to not approach the counter by Lou, a man I had never seen here before. I usually have to approach the counter to collect print orders in addition to dropping off packages. His attitude was really agressive and rude, and then he just walked away casually. If I acted like that in a customer facing role, I'd receive a reprimand.

NINTENDEX0: Absolutely terrible delivery service, I mean the very worst. I have never received a package on time or in a smooth manner. The delivery drivers are an absolute joke, even going as far as to BLATANTLY avoid my street and then updating the tracking info to “delivery exception: customer not available”. This has happened more than once, and the customer service is a useless waste of time. They simply regurgitate the same info you can find on their tracking site even when you ask for other information, they’re literally getting paid to look at a tracking site. Very unpleasant to deal with, avoid fed ex at all cost. I’d rather miss out on buying something online than getting it delivered by fed ex.

John King: Today I called the Springfield MA Fedex center about a delivery pickup. There was a girl who picked up my call and she was having such a terrible attitude that I felt like being disrespected at best. She did not let me finish talking and abruptly transferred me away. I felt robbed. I was very unhappy and I called back and asked to report her to fedex for poor customer service, some one else, perhaps her manager, took the phone and told me he was going to look up the issue and he put me on hold, but you know what, the real fact was that he lied about it and what he did was just transferring my call away, again! well, I understand that they may be busy, or having other issues that might make them not so patient to day, but treating your customers like an idiot is another issue and it is not a way you do business with your customers. Keep doing this you will be driven out of the market. Go for UPS, they are just too much better that this.

Dawn S: Saturday hours are posted online and on the doors as 9-1. Got to the PO at 12:40 today and the doors were locked. Guy inside didn’t bat an eye. 4 other people arrived in the time I sat there, banging on the door, waving to him. He walks in the back and never came out again.

John Rhoades: 80% of the time I'm supposed to get a package, I get a "Sorry we missed you!" slip instead. They never actually knock or anything. They ignore the slip when they come back and I've signed it and checked "leave package here" or whatever it is. They always tell me my package is at the main post office when I go down with the slip. It never is. For some reason they think my house is on the main office's route. It isn't. I end up going back and forth between the two for two hours, and finally they decide it must be out for delivery, regardless of whether I've asked them to hold it for pickup. This exact scenario has destroyed at least 20 hours of my life. It's almost farcical.Yesterday they delivered a package to someone else at my house, but didn't deliver the already one day late overnight delivery I really need. Instead the tracking was marked "could not get to front door, mailbox, or driveway". Insane.

Kim: Honestly this has been the worse experience I've had with a company/government office. I sent information to the US Social Security Administration back in January 2015. It was return receipt. It's been sitting with the post office since then saying it's in-transit/delayed. What the hell does that mean? And how can it be in that status for that long? Once I found out the status I tried to file a case in February but haven't heard from anyone until I just received a "formatted" response. In addition I tried calling the USPS to speak with someone and that was a nightmare. I opted for the call back option so I didn't have to sit on hold. The first time they called back it gave a busy signal and hung up. So I called again and opted for the call back method again. This time I did speak with someone. She wasn't very courteous. She asked for my phone number and I said 'You just called it' but she told me it was automated and that she would give me her supervisor. I didn't even ask for that...I was on hold for 7 minutes before the system hung up on me...again.I am doing all of this for my mother so she then tried contacting the local post office in her town and they saw the case I filed. They said they would get back to her within 24 hours. No one called back.How difficult is it to keep up with mail that is supposed to be tracked and in a computer system? Their customer service really sucks.After more digging it appears the address given to me for the Social Security Administration was an old one so I don't believe they are there anymore. What I don't understand is why the letter was not returned back to the address listed on it? Isn't that the purpose when the mail is undeliverable?If companies had their customer service and ran their business the way the USPS does they wouldn't be very successful.Extremely disappointed customer!
