lindsay west: Made a last minute booking for an hour deep tissue. To say this was the best massage i have had in a long time is an understatement. The place was very clean, masks worn, and hand sanitizer used. I left with no pains in my body, which is a huge deal, since i live witn chronic pain. The masseuse made sure to really focus where i wanted her to, and paid attention to my breathing, asking every now and again if i was ok. It was overall wonderful. 10/10 would recommend.

Always take a quick nap during these massages.Update: This place has not changed in the last few years in regards to the services they have. However, the prices have increased, no surprise everything’s going up. When it comes time to pay you are asked what tip to put on your card. If you give cash and you don’t give them $10+ they harass you and attempt to guilt trip you into giving the amount they want. The assumed owner (older guy taking cards) just sits there and does/says nothing. It’s terrible customer service. Pay your employees so they don’t have to beg for OPTIONAL tips. Will never go again or recommend.

Cynthia M: Good massage but at the moment of paying they demand a 20% tip if you give less and they look at you badly if you don't give them what you ask for. Tipping is not mandatory and although I gave 15% that was not enough for them.

nicole lopez: I went here with my husband when I got back from vacation.. since where we went in the island the spa was not so great . So we had here a facial spa .. but one that was relaxing . And what I like was that not only do you get the facial she also focus on the back of the neck , upper shoulder, arm/hands which was really good … The products they use are all natural which was also great . And not greasy .. I came out of there very relax and will go back or recommend this place to anyone . My husband in the other hand was not satisfy . He is not a little guy . He is tall guy and has big arms . So He thought he was going to get a deep tissue massage /facial lol . He is use to going to these Chinese places where they really get in there when they give you a shoulder massages . Even though I told him is a facial relaxing massage .. so he will not go back .. For me it was a great relaxing facial and I recommend. Very clean , good customer service , very professional and right on time ..

This was supposed to purchase a 90 minute massage.Every time she went to schedule they told her it was 3 months out before she could be seen.When she finally scheduled an appointment they gave her a 60 minute session and she said that's not what she needs.Throughout her entire experience trying to make an appointment things kept getting changed. Now she doesn't feel comfortable even going there for massage it's understandable and she asked for the money back. They refused

I would also like to say that Allie (?) reached out to me after I cancelled my membership and was very kind and understanding. If not for those things, this would be a single star review.The turnover at the front desk is a problem and they seem to be at a point where they are willing to take receptionists from predatory lending companies as staff for what is supposed to be a relaxing enjoyable spot.My first experience with this downgrade in staffing was sitting in the lobby waiting for my massage therapist and listening to the two women behind the counter talk about their ex's in ways that a professional environment wouldn't welcome. Lude is an understatement. I felt like I was at an inner city bus stop, not a tranquil place of relaxation.Few months later...Today's occurrence involved what I believe was one of the same reps from the above situation telling me by phone that I was being rude because I was frustrated that Elements Massage, for the second time mind you, neglected to continue my appointment schedule causing my appointments to lapse for two months. Her attitude was that she didn't work there when the promise was made so it's not her fault. The fact that a customer service rep in ANY industry would think its important to make sure she wasn't to blame for a customer related concern, complaint, etc. is remarkable to me. She proceeded to tell me she was not responsible which I couldnt care less WHO was responsible, and that she was, "Just doing her job".To which I answered, "poorly". She then disconnected and when I called back hung up a second time without answering, before a third call where she let it go to voice-mail.Elements Massage is where I would go to help me relax. To rejuvenate my mind after 14 days of my own business back-and-forths and life's many stresses. Why would I indulge this attitude at my one place of recovery?Seems crazy, right? And I want less crazy when it comes to getting massage therapy.

Berenice Formoso: I came in to get a massage and some treatment for the skin, and the girl on the desk was very rude and lit she said they only have bookings until July-August, which is 2 months far from now. Prolly that may work for some pple, but for me is very useless they don’t take walk-in or also have appointments sooner; I mean, I’m a client who like get a massage and care skin products once a week, so definitely not a place where I can become a regular customer.

Kathy Richard: When booking appt ask them for specific therapists that can do what you want. Not all therapists are the same. If you want deep tissue or trigger point, ask for someone that specializes in that. I find that being specific will give you better results so that you don't just get a relaxing all over massage.The tables are heated and can become uncomfortable. You can ask to have the heat turned off.The back round music.. there is over head relaxing sounds coming out. Then in the room you hear that combined with water fall or ocean sounds. It can be too much at times. Again, you can ask to have it turned off.I see they have cbd infused oils now. I haven't tried it yet, and I do not know if there is an upcharge for that.

Jenna DeRocher: The massage therapist was excellent. My initial appointment was booked out a bit, not uncommon in my experience right now. I called mid week to see if there was any cancellations and was able to get in within a few days because of it. Would highly recommend. Very relaxing and enjoyable experience from start to finish.

LALA Cello: Great place to go. The only thing is that they cut your time. So if you order a 90 minute massage you’re technically only getting 80 minute massage. But they charge you over $100 if your a member. If you get an hour massage then you’re basically getting a 50 minute massage instead of 60 minutes. It’s not the therapist fault it’s managements. They are short of staff so if anyone is looking to work as a massage therapist you should check them out. Very clean and sheets are changed in between. The therapists are excellent. A lot of them end up leaving too though and opening up their own place. After they get the experience that they need.The only thing is that they don’t have enough therapist. When scheduling to see your favorite therapist the next appointment wasn’t until September and I was like wow that’s a really long time from April. I had to cancel my membership. And look elsewhere for another place that gives you a massage within a certain timeframe and not wait gosh knows how long. You get a really good therapist that you like and then you can’t see her/him until September and then by that point if you go and try to make an appointment you won’t be able to get into see her/him until probably December. They need to hire new therapist.

Tom Tortoriello: We got buy one get one gift cards as a promotion since they were being advertised around Xmas. They refused to book a couples massage until may the following year... now that it's may, 3 days before the appointment, they called and confirmed we are good to go.The very next day (now 2 days before the massage) they called me and said one therapist "won't be around" and we would need to reschedule. They said it's easier to split us up! It's a "couples massage" that they scheduled... and when I said we are not doing them different days, they said "someone will call you" and now the appointment is in 24 hours and no one will answer an email or call. This is the WORST customer service and downright terrible way to run a business. I'm happy to bash them on social media since they clearly don't care about the customers (which I have been to this same location in east Longmeadow for many years)

Sarah Burek: Bought 2 gift cards as a Christmas Present for my bf and I to have a couples massage. Couldn't get 2 massages until May and then they canceled one of them. Wouldn't be able to get back in together until August. When I expressed my frustration and asked for my money back, I am now getting the run around and no one seems to be able to refund me

J Humps: This used to be a wonderful place to get a great massage with professional therapists. However, in recent months, I have had two significantly HORRENDOUS interactions with this establishment. I use massage as part of therapy to manage pain, not just for relaxation (although that is still an important part of it). In the first encounter, the very kind therapist demonstrated a lack of anatomy knowledge and tried to massage bone (I asked him to stop). The most recent encounter was only 3 minutes long because the therapist was so rude that I felt uncomfortable getting on the table (eye rolling and snapping back at me). Time to find another place in town!
