Always take a quick nap during these massages.Update: This place has not changed in the last few years in regards to the services they have. However, the prices have increased, no surprise everything’s going up. When it comes time to pay you are asked what tip to put on your card. If you give cash and you don’t give them $10+ they harass you and attempt to guilt trip you into giving the amount they want. The assumed owner (older guy taking cards) just sits there and does/says nothing. It’s terrible customer service. Pay your employees so they don’t have to beg for OPTIONAL tips. Will never go again or recommend.
Cynthia M: Good massage but at the moment of paying they demand a 20% tip if you give less and they look at you badly if you don't give them what you ask for. Tipping is not mandatory and although I gave 15% that was not enough for them.
Victoria Rivera: Relaxing once you sit in the room ladies really pay detail to your problem areas and you will leave relaxed a quick suggestion would be a few mins to relax after the massage perhaps a warm cloth for your eyes while you collect yourself from the experience other then that I will be back for sure

Santala Anderson: My husband chose this place due to the rude and disrespectful staff on Boston road. Well upon entering it was dark no staff until he yelled out “ hello” the lady want him to pay upfront and demanded 30% tip for an hour service that has not yet began. So he left and will never return. Foot Finesse need to be investigated and shut down.
Anna Pettersen: I called to see if they had any appointments. They said come now- I literally walked in 3 minutes later as I was in the parking lot and they said they are busy and to go across town to the other location. Horrible customer service. No wonder it’s always slow. Just lost yet another customer.

Hugh Pfabe: Purchased a gift certificate for a couples massage, a service advertised on the website, as a Christmas present for my fiancee.My fiancee has now been calling and texting for weeks trying to book an appointment.First she received a reply saying that the masseuse needed to find someone in the area to do it with her... If you don't have a second person available, don't offer the service.Now, two weeks later, multiple calls and text messages later, there has been no reply.No scheduling. No offer to refund the money.

lindsay west: Made a last minute booking for an hour deep tissue. To say this was the best massage i have had in a long time is an understatement. The place was very clean, masks worn, and hand sanitizer used. I left with no pains in my body, which is a huge deal, since i live witn chronic pain. The masseuse made sure to really focus where i wanted her to, and paid attention to my breathing, asking every now and again if i was ok. It was overall wonderful. 10/10 would recommend.

The only thing was that I requested a package I saw on website but she said it couldn't be done due to time restraints even though I was being scheduled a month ahead. I figured she would give me a day the whole package can be done but she said I would have to do in increments.UPDATE!!!I received a rather awkward phone call from owner who was displeased with my review. She was rather defensive from the start and like I said it was a rather awkward call. I was going to actually try services on the appointment scheduled but now I won't be now cause this call was extremely unnecessary and uncomfortable over all. I stand by my first review with both good and bad sides.

Allison B: While I decently enjoyed my experience here with my massage and facial package recently, the atmosphere leaves little to be desired. It is very cramped :( my package included a glass of wine and I was sitting out in the waiting room area in my robe and slippers drinking my wine as the team chit chatted within a few feet of me. The bathroom is probably the biggest room in the whole place! It had a washer and dryer stacked in it and overall just felt messy. Not ultra relaxing for me. Their treatment rooms are also very cramped, especially for my facial. The ladies were great but something about it just felt a little unprofessional. I unfortunately did not feel 100% relaxed during my visit. The massage therapist and esthetician were great as stand-alones but I disliked the atmosphere and for this I don’t believe I will return.

Not sure how to describe it best! It marked the beginning to my healing! Make going to a spa part of your self-care routine. I am a primary care provider and I will reinforce even more the need for massages to relax the sympathetic nervous system and activate the parasympathetic nervous system.
