lisa silva: Having issues with Maxine and they won’t return my calls.
Jeremy Dugan: I received my CPAP from J&L on 6/27. I immediately found out the mask I was fitted for was wrong. I have called 14 times and left 14 messages with either Customer Service or Respiratory Therapists to get refitted for a full face mask. I was told a fit guide would be sent to me (nothing sent!). Today, I was told this is a Supply issue but I still don't know what size mask I need. This rep started the conversation with an over the top attitude and I asked her if I did something wrong. She didn't answer, so I asked, "did I do something to deserve this attitude?" ...she responds, "I'm sorry, goodbye," and hung up. So I've now had a CPAP for 6 weeks, after waiting 13 weeks for it to be delivered.This place is rude on the phone regularly (today's was just the cherry on top), unresponsive to messages and customer service requests, and hangs up on you.If you have a choice, do not choose J&L.
Michael Saliba: They used to be great prior to merging with Lincare. Dealt with Lincare in West Htfd years ago and and treated to the worst customer service I’ve ever had. They overcharge Medicare for items you didn’t request as well as uphold Lincare’s horrific customer service. FIND ANOTHER PROVIDER!

Lora Barrett: I have been trying for three weeks to order a portable CPAP machine. First J&L lost the referral from the doctor. Then I called and was told someone would get back to me. Then I had the referral sent again. I have called three more times and no one has ever gotten back to me. We’re talking about a $600+ machine that I am going to pay for out of pocket. One would think they would want my money, particularly since I have had a regular CPAP machine for 2 years now.
Erica G: If I could give no stars I would. This is the most disorganized company I have ever dealt with. If you have a choice, use ANY other supplier. Save yourself the headache.
R. Aversa: If you need CPAP equipment DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY. From my first appointment there was literally no communication. I had to figure out everything on my own. I was never fitted properly for a mask and I never received supplies when I needed them. If you have questions and need to call in, they use some sort of generic answering service and it could take hours for someone to get back to you. I finally decided to change companies. When I went to drop off my machine, the receptionist looked at me and walked away. I sat in the waiting room for over an hour. There are plenty of other companies out there to use.

Frank Nunez: Stay away from J&L Medical Services. Customer service and billing practices are horrible. I have spent 5 month trying to resolve a billing issue caused by them and they wanted to bill me for the insurance companies portion also. Buyer beware.
Lisa Dietz: Their employees are very unhelpful and very rude to the customers. Left several messages with no return calls. I’ve been having an issue with my billing for the last seven months Getting nasty pre collection letters saying that I have not made any effort to Communicate with them about my outstanding bill, when I’ve called them every month starting back November 2019 till June 2020 on the same bill problem, because I returned some supplies back to them and they never gave me credit on the supplies that I returned.

PRIMARY CARE: The company itself may be unorganized, but the RT that I saw was amazing! She was very knowledgeable in all areas of concern such as my sleep apnea, use of my c-pap, how to clean tubing, and what to do in order to improve my health condition.. Thank you Stephanie !!! Because of you I sleep better.
Jackie Dejesus: The worst company to deal with for C-pap. I wont send any more referrals there and I will be transferring the ones I already have! They get a Zero from me.

Valerie Chadwick: If they had zero stars, I would have put that. The one employee was aggravating and rude. It seemed like she wanted to prove we were doing something wrong with the machine. She was no help at all, didn't care about taking care of a person's needs. I left the office swearing and slamming the door. That woman is a barracuda. Stay away if you want to keep all your body parts.
Gerald Mann: They took over Lincare accounts. Never notified customers, new address, Lincare never helped when called for info about new address. No local telephone in office, only one employee. Can only contact thru messages left at central switchboard. Time to look for a new D M E.

Yoly Echevarria: The ladies Aleesa and Amy did a fantastic job. The service was amazing and very professional. I will recommend this place 100%.
Jamie LaBay: I went in for my 3 year olds breathing machine. This was the 4th place I had been to with my prescription order and the first place to greet me pleasantly and actually help! Aleesa called 2 people and worked diligently to make sure I left with our machine and didn’t have to make another ER trip for a treatment. Office is very clean and bright. Thanks again Aleesa for easing this momma’s mind and your awesome customer service!
Nikki McCuin: I went in to buy a moist heat pack to ease arthritis pain. Aleesa recommended the Theratherm. So glad I got it! She was very knowledgeable and I felt confident she knew what I needed. Great service, great products! Definitely recommend this store.

Waited over a MONTH for supplies only to find they never ordered them!Waited a month and a half for some supplies to be approved by insurance and sent out, only to find that the order was never placed. They had all the forms they needed, yet couldn't manage to put in a simple order.I've had problems with getting supplies in a timely manner right from the get go . . .UNACCEPTABLE!!

Terri Davis: My husband who is a double amputee was fitted in February for a power chair and they are saying it's our fault that the insurance lapsed which it never should've because we paid the premium. They dont take responsibility for their mistakes that they make and they lie constantly. I just called to check on power chair that was supposed to be delivered today, but apparently now it's just been ordered and has to be put together and so on, and it takes time and blah blah blah.....STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.. WE WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN FOR ANYTHING AFTER WE GET THIS CHAIR...

Brian Lautenschleger: Went there to order a pair of Dr. Comfort shoes and I was greeted by 2 of the sweetest ladies- Marissa and Diane. I look forward to picking up my new kicks and hope they are both working.
Jane Robitaille: I was in desperate need of medical supplies for a family member and found this store by an online search. I made a purchase but it turned out to be the wrong fit. Delila could not have been more helpful over the phone. She knew exactly what we wanted, said she would have it within two days. I returned the first purchase unopened with no problem and picked up exactly what I needed. While there the staff helped me select additional supplies best appropriate for the situation. The new selections turned out to be perfect choices. I must say that everyone was very helpful, friendly and kind. I also love the convenience of location! Thank you Delila and staff.
Mary Foley: I was a little hesitant when I saw the review they had an average of three stars. But it was the only place that was able to do what I needed. I’m glad I did because I found them all to be fantastic very helpful very knowledgeable and the gentleman that helped me for my brace was excellent. He explained way more than my doctor did he told me what the brace was going to help me with and show me exactly how to place it on and how to make adjustments if I need to as well as offered if I needed any help to bring it in and they would help me would highly recommend them the three stars average review must’ve been for the old employees that were there because the ones that I met have been fantastic and they don’t deserve the 3.0.
Zackqueline Wallace: Louis and clark in easrlongmeadow. I received a Used tens unit and was refused an exchange basically told me I'm not telling the truth. I recieved the unit with the battery already in it pads open and already attached to holding strip the battery in the machine was one they dont carry and the case dosent close properly.. The tens unit only stays on 30 minutes and stops working properly.Called the spervisor Sue on Monday she asked me to hold on while she calls the Eastlingmeadow store she couldn't get anyone and said she would call me back haven't heard anything yet. What's so hard about exchanging the equipment and not telling the customer she's not telling the truth. Bad business practices. My insurance covered this tens unit but now I will have to go out of pocket to buy one somewhere else
