Nick Sircar: Kirk was very good. He helped my upgrade my old Ao2s to a nice fast 5g phone. I was able to qualify for a payment program at 0 percent interest. I upgraded to a Samsung galaxy s21 fe. This phone is way faster and better. Kirk gave me discounts on a new case and gave me extra data. I am sad this location is closing. I enjoy going to the only corporate metro store in the area. I wish the employees the best on their future endeavors.
Jamal Biggums: This guy named Alex was amazing. Helped me with everything and looks like he could pull hot chicks without trying. Definitely recommend seeing him for anything. I only purchase accessories with him and phone issues with other reps. He made me love metro and I am a sticking customer

Dorothy Robinson: The customer service from Metro was great I was switching a phone to T-Mobile but they still were very helpful. I didn't go there but got the help I needed over the phone. She spoke to T-mobile form me and didn't mind taking much time to solve the problems of transferring service.

Heidi Cheng: What’s “common sense” is that your employees should learn how to properly address, clarify and redirect your customers. Why do your employees laugh at clients for reasonable inquiries? Your employees should rather be laughing at *themselves* for being so incompetent and poor at their jobs and being unable to control their petty emotions. I feel sorry for Verizon on Boston Rd somehow maintaining a storefront and covering up for bad behavior. Say goodbye to your current clients.
Khiem Nguyen: Ive been here for my issue…need help to access my verizon account. And the the guy give me some numbers to call (it was like I annoy he was doing his private stuff? ). After couple hours googling myself and call customer service, my issue is still…To the manager, you should check those employees getting paid for doing their own stuff and not helpful at all to verizon’s customers.Dissapointed!!

Roger P Wheeler: Major problem with Google Assistant App, assistant will not keep your location and your location never leaves your home address and unable to fix it. 3 new phones 50 phone calls 1 visit here and nothing gets done. They play with your settings for an hour then try to order you yet 1 more new phone. VERIZON CUSTOMER SERVICE IS USELESS. PROVE ME WRONG.
