I paid to get my iPhone 8 Plus fixed, and they did a poor job, causing me to have to pay even more money for it to be fully fixed; $95 initially for the screen, and another $50 for the home button.When I confronted them about this, the owner started to get snappy and rude, telling me to quit my “attitude”, when I was merely stating facts that they were being super unprofessional. Even at the initial moment I turned in my phone for repairs, they didn’t even ask me what was wrong with it, despite it being visibly broken in an abnormal way.The owner was even swearing at me, which is truly belligerent behavior. I wanted a proper job done, and I got the equivalent of a children’s technology kit put together.Besides MY phone, they refused service to fix my mother’s phone after the situation got heated.I would give this review a 0/5 stars because of how poor the service was, and the results of said service, but it isn’t even possible, so I have to give this a 1.I will never bring my electronics here again, and I don’t recommend this “ghetto” place to anybody.

My iPhone 12 Pro Max had a broken back and front glass, a broken camera and camera glass, and the speakerphone did not work. I called about the 10 different repair shops and they all quoted me $600+ or just told me that it would be cheaper to just buy a new phone but not at PHYX Device Repair they fixed everything for $380 and in 2 hours I had my phone back.

I would understand if i came a month later saying it doesn't work but phone stopped charging the next day. Now stating i snatched my phone back when one of his workers handed it to me not even him, I did no such thing. Obviously can't admit when they have done bad work! The reviews posted everywhere just prove my point and I wish I read them before coming to this horrible establishment.

It says someone will be right with you, it is not even close to the end of business hours, and they just play the same message over and over again. Can't do business with someone if they dont pick up. That being said, their pricing is alot more than Staples or any of the other shops

Prices are average to high depending on repair and he is more than willing to explain why or answer any repair related questions.They also sell phone parts for any DIY users and I can't reiterate enough what a lifesaver that it.I would 20000% recommend anyone who needs phone repair here.

I didn't have high hopes that they'd be able, but I went anyway. Jeff was pretty amazing. He was professional, understanding and utterly nice. He explained how it would be repaired if possible. TS Mobile Accessories: My wife dropped her iphone 6 in the dishpan full of water. I called them they said stick the phone in rice for a day or so then bring it in. So we stuck the phone in rice for 2 days.The phone turned on but half the screen was dark, brought it in and they took it apart and worked there magic... Presto good as new! Great customer service and high quality work. I would highly recommend ICircle.
