Shawn Paxton: I had a great experience at the Pioneer Valley Rider Training basic rider course. It is a bit pricey, but I wanted to learn how to ride the correct way rather than instilling bad habits if I were to ride on my own. As someone who had never ridden a motorcycle prior to yesterday (I'm writing this review the day of my last class), I feel very confident that I am able to ride within my limits and assess risks when riding a motorcycle. Something the instructors reinforce heavily is riding within your own limits. They don't expect everyone to be the same skill level or go the same speeds, they just want everyone to have fun learning proper techniques for motorcycling, and to recognize their own abilities and ride within them.I had a fantastic experience with the rider coaches. John, Chris, and Andrea were fantastic on the first day. It was raining/sleeting and freezing, but they made sure everyone was doing alright and operating safely.On the second day, we had Rick and Kyle for the first part. Both were exceedingly helpful and instructive, and it never felt like they were telling you that you did something wrong. It felt more like they were giving you tips personalized for you, as they were watching intently to see if something you were doing could be causing an issue. Kyle left partway through the day, and the coaches were Rick and Andrea. All of the coaches were absolutely fantastic, but Rick and Andrea helped me so immensely. Twice during skills practice I felt like I just didn't have the capability to perform the tasks given to me. They took me aside both times and reassured me that they know I can perform the skills, as they had seen me do them before. They told me to take a deep breath, relax, and try not to overthink it. With their encouragement, I was able to not only pass the skills evaluation, but to do so with a perfect score. Andrea even went so far as to make soup for everyone on both days. Thank you Rick and Andrea.I would absolutely recommend taking the basic rider course with PV Riders, whether you are just learning how to ride, or are coming back as someone who has not ridden in a long time. The knowledgeable and friendly staff will always gives you encouragement when you're doing something right and tips when you may need a little help.

Christopher Rice: Great folks great training.Would highly recommendExcept the last day my wife was run into by a student on her personal Spyder.The instructor was rushing everyone along to leave earlyOne of the other students after being rushed on by the instructor couldn't stop in time and hit the back of my wife's spyder.That was the beginning of one of the worst ordeals I've ever had to deal with. They guarantee me no problem they take care of the claim when it came time after we filled the report out they said we signed a disclosure and nothing was their fault. I was ready to go to small claims court to get the $1,200 with the damages I finally ended up contacting our insurance company and I had to subrogate through my insurance cuz they weren't doing their job. Not only are these people incompetent liars but when I get a chance I'm going to get a hold of bombardier and have them investigate the incident I didn't get my certificate cuz I was so mad at him I walked off and I haven't seen any of my money back yet but I'm sure they build bombardier the full $800 price for the course. Stay away.

Chris French: I am very pleased with the overall experience with PVRiders. Scheduling the class was very easy and the office was very accommodating to my scheduling needs and helpful with the questions I had leading up to the class. Zoom class was a good start, extremely informative and well presented by the instructors. This helped prepare for the actual riding. It was very clear what to expect for the riding portion and what to bring for the training days. The actual on-motorcycle training was a lot of fun; step by step instructions, each exercise built on what was learned in the previous one and it was paced well. The instructors were professional and knowledgeable. The tips that they gave during the riding portions helped keep the focus on what we were learning in each exercise. There was valuable information given throughout the whole course and I feel much better prepared to be on the road. Great information, great instructors, I would highly recommend this class and school to anyone looking to get a motorcycle license.

Bobbi Cliche: Almost missed the online class because they did not document my information correctly. Then I wasn't added to the attendance for the riding portion of the course, the instructor was not aware the students were told to come for 9:10am for a 9:30 start time and was yelling at people for being late when they were right on time. An instructor by the name of Tilt is horrible at teaching and has no professionalism. I learned nothing from him and because of his poor ability to teach I failed the evaluation portion of this course. Then he felt the need to announce to the entire group that I failed! How humiliating and embarrassing. Huge waste of my time and money!

They were super helpful throughout the road test process, and helped me pass. William was an excellent and patient instructor. He truly gave me the confidence to be calm and relaxed for my test. He will teach you all the skills to pass on site. He was even able to help me last minute with my parallel parking skills, and it came out great during the test. I 100% recommend this school!!

I called Winchester Auto School to inquire about getting lessons for my son who had never driven a car before.The office staff are very friendly and informative, and they told me that they have a specific instructor named Ed who specializes in teaching clients who have never driven a car before.My son took several lessons from Ed who taught him not only all the correct things you need to do when driving a car, but also how to follow the rules of the road.Winchester also made the driving test process so easy! They use a rental car for the driving test. My son scheduled his test date online with the registry and paid the test fee up front, including the fee to get his license. By doing this you avoid long lines at the registry! The process was simple and very easy!Nash who works in the office as well as the other office staff were very professional and friendly. They made scheduling my son's driving lessons a breeze! And they were always happy to answer any questions I had!!!My son now has his license and is so proud of his accomplishment!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Winchester Auto School!!!

Marc Atkin: We had a great experience with United Driving School. They are very busy with all the Covid restrictions and still made it as easy as possible for my son. He really enjoyed the driving experience and education he received from Claudia. She was great! I was also very impressed with how calm he was during the driving test and yes he passed the first time. I know that came from the great experiences he received from United.
