Grisel Gonzalez: Cara was exceptional!!! Had no idea how to even begin with mulch… she had me take measurements and just bring to her. She calculated amount I needed to perfection!! Extremely helpful and courteous!! Delivery was done promptly and put exactly where I wanted. Definitely will recommend to work with Andersen!! So happy with our purchase abd the service!!!
Larry Brown: Went here about 3 years ago, I was inquiring about rocks to put around my pool. The kid behind the counter was so rude (don't know why). I walked out and have been using Mulch N More in Wilbraham.

Jason: My experience with this business and owner Mark was not good. He wrote a bad check for a piece of heavy equipment that was purchase for me. I had to take him to court and he did not show up in court. At the time of writing this I have not yet been paid a dime. Court records should be located in the Westfield District Court.

Tomasz Krawczyk: I would advise people to not waste their time with this company ! For one they did not come during the specified time they had said and due to this reason the order that i had delivered was left in the middle of my driveway were i could not even park my vehicle. When i called the company the woman i spoke to said that she had spoken to my wife about the delivery which was a lie. My wife had spoken to a male on the phone. They lied 3 times and after all this she stated that she could have a bobcat delivered for an additional 85$. They messed up and on top of that would like an additional 85$ to fix the problem. Really? ?? People please dont waste your time they are very rude . Both the women in the office and the man who i spoke to on the phone after he had delivered my product.

official stuff: Friendly, fast, affordable. Just don't buy the compost it is full of trash. Stay away from Anderson for compost also, theirs is full of gravel. Sucks when you don't see it till you get it home after a good rain. Live and learn!

Jeff Z: Price was good. Got some 1/2 fill and top soil . Everything was screened well. Delivery was on good (delivered on expected day and dumped exactly where I wanted ) I would use again if needed.
j warner: Best mulch I have ever had delivered. Jason was super friendly, on time for the delivery and took care in dropping it off. The mulch itself is beautiful and smells great (no dirt filler). Will use these guys every year going forward.

They were even great about my calling several times more to order more papers and dirt as the project expanded. Very affordable, high quality, and by far and away the best stoneyard we've been to. Both deliveries, the driver was extremely helpful and talked out the plan of action and where to dump the delivery. He drove the truck like a pro and he clearly cares about his job.Ondrick's prices are unbeatable, every other place quoted higher than Ondrick. Their quality is exceptional as well. Customer service is always helpful and polite. They helped load up my SUV with 60 old world cobble stones.They are our go-to place for stone and dirt.

Which would have been fine, if my vehicle wasn’t parked inside my garage. (Jeep with the top off & it was raining) I called the office. I was told they didn’t have the equipment to move it for me, sorry. I guess the moral of this story is I should have been more specific with the placement of the delivery. I was refunded the delivery fee at least. SMH
