Such a backwards system, will never buy the paper again

Karen McGuire: There is "ONE" small puddle that forms at the bottom left side of our driveway when it rains. Today, as in the past, everything is dry but that puddle. The driver for our paper just threw it directly into the middle of that puddle. Why, did we do something to upset them? We actually read this paper and enjoy it but not soaking wet. If this was the first time I wouldn't be saying anything but it's every time.

J.W.: Rude warehouse workers.I was on a tight schedule and couldn't wait for them to get around to opening the door so I called the J.Polep main number from their website and let them know I had been waiting for someone to answer the door. The lady that answered the phone was very pleasant so as pi$$d as you are from waiting, be nice on the phone. If the office gets enough calls about waiting maybe things will change. Be Kind on the phone! It doesn't help the situation any if you are rude. Drivers already have a reputation for being rude so prove that not to be the case and be a professional. Be PROFESSIONAL !

Dessel Dessel: 6 am delivery and arrive a day early. There’s overnight parking in the trailer yard. You have to park closer to the fence. Frozen delivery is in the back and dry delivery located by the trailer yard. They will take delivery for dry in the evening but not freezer load. Delivery in the morning is first come first serve. Only door 11& 12 is available for delivery. But door 12 is available first. Be careful of backing up because their delivery driver don’t care about accident. They running all around in their box truck and walking in the lot. Quick unloading. Overall, not too bad

Polep should have to let them know right delivery address for night and consider truckers’ time and money)*** anywaypass the gate —-get the receiving docks on building #4 —-park & wait for unloading —-get a message for lumper fee payment —-paperwork at the Office*** poor & unprofessional management*** quick unloading, but bored long counting

AbyssX Tormentor: TERRIBLE! a Distribution that lacks an organized field in management is a failure organization. General night shift management is simply awful in many aspects, such as.. Safety is not priority coworkers are hurt on the job and forced to continue picking in the line. Employees are overworked working 16/18+ hour shifts daily from 1pm to 6am, sometimes worse. Illegal actions done daily in the warehouse. I currently work @jpolep. [During job interviews] alot is promised! Many work 60+ hours weekly, anyone with 40+ hours and decides to walk out, will lose their jobs by General night shift management Steve. the threat is illegal and forced upon employees. there is no schedule, time for entry no time for exit. as stated at the interviews until "FINISH" due to all the firing company doesn't finish till 7 am or sometimes 'til 9am. Better warehouses with better pay and better management, beats this place by all means.

ElTinyBoi: The entrance is pretty tight from meadow st. But do-able . There’s no guard at guard shack . Just come in and park to the left by the barriers . Check in is by door 12 , ring door bell and they will take your number and wait in truck and they will send you the lumper fee to your phone . They will bring your BOLs when they done . Friendly cool people, 30-40min unloaded full trailer. Easy backing
