Lincare: what do users think?
Michelle Perez: Thanks again for your help
Kim Elefterakis: Terrible delivery system. Every call I made I got a different answer and still no oxygen which was due last Friday. Searching for a better company. One star is way too many for this company. Horrible! It's now Tuesday and I still haven't received my delivery. It just arrived 5 days past due.
Don: Dirty, they canceled my appointment when I got there. Receptionist was ok. Never called me to make new appointment. They said they would call asap. I guess i will look elsewhere.

Lincare: what do users think?
Frank Kish: Overall the company is very sloppy with meeting delivery promises. Manchester and w spfld.Their response. You can pick it up yourself. That's great.I'll call uber rt away.
Carol Smart: Calledbthere 5 times got hung up on 2 times then got transferred 3 times gave my order to 3 people. Finally last guy say's all set you can pick-up tomorrow at 2:30 get there wait 10 min for someone to come to window I can here them laughing talking having a good old time while I am waiting. As I was strapped for time to get my dad to his appt., (and cant get there without oxygen for him)so she finally comes to window I give her his name and guess what there is nothing ready for him as they had promised. So I finally loose it and some guy comes over and starts yelling at me because Iam yelling.Oh ya great place, I dont think anyone is running the show over there very unprofessional very unorganized.
Don: Canceled my appointment and never called me back. Place was dirty anyways
Joyce Collins: My husband had a laryngectomy on January 6. He wasn't allowed to go home until the hospital could line up a suction machine for him. We were told that Lincare would deliver the equipment by 2 pm on January 25, so he was discharged. After waiting til after 2 and no one showed up, my son and I went to pick him up. When we got to the hospital, which is about an hour's drive away, we were told that Lincare was at out house and that we had to go back to allow them to set up the equipment, before we could bring my husband home. So we came back and they set up the machines and then we had to go back to the hospital to get him.He needed the suction machine for maybe a week, but we still had the nebulizer which he used for a while. In the middle of April we called the company to have the equipment picked up. We waited two different days for someone to show up as promised, and then on April 15 we drove to the company and returrned the equipment ourselves. They are still billing us for April, May, and June. I contacted our insurance company, as they were still billing them too. I had a phone call on July 5 from the insurance company telling me that the account was all straightened out and we could ignore the bill.
Nancy Bonin: They are not professionals! They don't care, they say theres a shortage of tanks but yet drivers leave empty tanks on our porch take what they want. They are lazy! They tell you excuses so you wont get tanks. They dont care if you dont get out, people on oxygen have appointments! Wait til thet get on oxygen, see how they like it! They also billed insurance 2 years ahead so we couldn't change companies! Isn't that against the law!
david nelson: Not sure how you could get much worse honestly. It must be embarrassing to work at this place or to even be associated with it.
Suzette Guilmet: The most unreliable place ever. Do not use them....EVER. it won't be delivered
Tyler Sheridan: I was calling to see if there wasn’t someone coming to drop off oxygen tanks for my grandmother and while on the phone with them they hung up on me
Paul S: Two recent interactions with this company. Early this morning someone claiming to be "Tim" from corporate headquarters (without naming the company) called and asked for my birth date. When I asked who he was representing and why he needed my birth date, he screamed into the phone "call Lincare" and hung up.Last week, someone from Lincare called and said he had received a referral from my doctor to manage my medications. I knew of no such referral and asked for further information. This "gentleman" then yelled that I will do exactly what he tells me to do or I would not receive services from Lincare. Naturally, I refused his "offer."These people are no more than gangsters. Stay away!
judith Sullivan: Worst company ever!! I am a Social Worker in a nursing home. I ordered home oxygen for a patient on Friday. I called Monday morning to follow-up and was told that they did not have any of the paperwork completed. I said no paperwork was provided to be completed. I faxed what they had requested. I have called 4-5 times since to follow-up; each time I am told I will receive a call back but I never do. I explain that I sent a patient home WITH OUR PORTABLE OXYGEN TANK, which would eventually run out of oxygen. The staff do not seem to be concerned whatsoever about the patient and this life or death situation. Their response is "the patient should have never been discharged home" and "he will just have to return to your facility." WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE!!!!!
Sara Aubrey: This place was a nightmare, trying to receive my nebulizer machine. I was left for four days unable to breathe while they processed and reprocessed my prescription. I had the medication from the harmacy for four days before I was helped!!!! Worst company ever!
Cheryl Brown: Always pleasant and responsive to my requests and questions.
mia jeronimo: This place is awful!! If I could give it zero stars I would. My sister is on oxygen and needs it 24/7 they never show up half the time to fill her oxygen tanks, the people on the phone are so rude and do not understand that she needs her oxygen to survive. They do not care about their patients and my sister has been going to them for 25 years if we could find another place near us with liquid oxygen we would. This place needs to be shut down.
Craig Cote: I'm mystified by the poor reviews? I have found this company's regional office in West Springfield, Massachusetts to be extremely competent, kind, fun and helpful. Prior to discharge from the hospital, I was visited in my hospital room by OV, their sales representative. He brought one tank for my ride home and set up delivery of oxygen and supplies for the day I arrived back home to recover from lung surgery. Subsequent to that, the office staff here have made accurate and timely recommendations on how many tanks per week I have needed and walked me through all my options. I particularly like the fact that I can adjust orders as needed, have had no issues and a big virtual hug to Melissa and her collegeue's for their help all along my road to recovery. They currently have a team with decades of experience and have even offered assistance in setting up services at another location in one of their Maryland offices for when I hope to travel. I can't speak for others, but my practice in life has been that I treat others as I wish to be treated and this staff have been spot on setting me up with this life saving equipment. Much Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Amanda Maurer: Wish there was an option for zero stars. This place should be shut down. They do not care about patients. I am disgusted with this company and feel they should be held accountable for the pain and suffering they have caused. The take advantage of patients who may not know any better. I can't even continue this review. If you or a family member are in need of oxygen, BiPap, Cpap, or any other medical supplies this place provides, do yourself a favor and somewhere else.
Jose Perez: Ignore the first star, I rate this business 0 stars, this company is a very irresponsible, and has extremely terrible customer service. They ask people when oxygen tanks can not be delivered, to pick up the oxygen tanks at the office when it is the company's responsibility to deliver the Oxygen tanks.
Dave Martins: Just got off the phone with Erica I have never been treated so poorly she raised her voice at me zero customer service skills.
dobe: This place should be shut down!! They're always days even a week behind on my orders everything which limits me to go anywhere long or far or for exercise. This company doesn't take their customers seriously by needing their oxygen. They told me I could go down there and pick up my order. I couldn't believe it! They don't understand it's not that easy. It's not the customers fault they can't keep there help. They should treat their workers better . And the manager or who works in the office if you can ever get through.....he sighs all the time making it seem your bothering him. Nothing ever gets donep. I'm looking elsewhere. Any other place is better than lincare. Would not recommend!
jim sowell: I’ve been around the block a few times and I’ve never seen a entire industry specializing in the worst possible customer service. I don’t know what it is but all likewise companies in the greater Springfield , MA area (relating to breathing apparatus) offer nothing but extremely poor service. I’m sorry I can’t offer you a solution to this problem. My next action will be to turn to Medicare to voice my opinion.
chris szarek: Wish I could leave zero stars. Just ignore that 1 star above. Google makes you put at least 1 star. Absolute worst customer service ever! They don't return calls (if you can ever talk to a person that is), they never show up when they say they will. Been trying to return equipment since my dad died on Feb 12, 2019. They never show up for it. Had to resort to taping a note to their front door telling them I will leave it in their parking lot if they don't pick it up soon.(See pic) Tried emailing and got an assinine response because I am not an "approved email sender'. (see pic) But they were quite happy to bill my parents insurance though. Manager at this location should be fired. The only way to deal with them is to be as rude to them as they are to you. It seems to work.
Any Borgatti: Carmela Hodgdon is the Healthcare Specialists and is far more versed in CPAP equipment and your needs then any doctor. Because of her alone I would recommend Lincare

Louis & Clark Medical Supply: what do users think?
angel lugo: Louis & Clark carry good quality items, but they need to improveon the service, they don't answer the phone calls, they don't follow up on the patient's monthly supply, and you have to visit the store in order to get your supply, like an old patient, frustrated on bed have to send a family member in person to get my monthly Supply.
Jose Caraballo: Is allways 3 people or 4 working but everytime that I go I have to wait over one hour In line , slow motion, is super fustrated..... SMH.....
Tracy Hart: I had to return a wheelchair that was delivered to my mother, it was a little to small for her.Zach was the representative that helped us. He fitted her to the next size up and showed us the features. He was very patient and understanding. As far as I am concerned he went above and beyond for my mom.
Hector Santiago: I was never at this business before in my life. I needed compression socks and went there to get them. Went to the Easthampton store. Joseline was very helpful and very professional. I was lost as to what type of socks I needed and she took the time to explain to me. Took my measurements and gave me the appropriate socks. These are the kind of people that one need to mention and bring back what is called Customer Service which is becoming very rare these days. I will definitely recommend this place and person to someone looking for medical supplies. Thanks....Hector
Lumarys Figueroa: I receive my daughter's supplies in that place because I have no choice, since what they have is a monopoly with services and supplies. My complaints are the following: once they gave my daughter's monthly supplies to another person and they did nothing about it, I did not receive the supplies that month, they never let you know when the prescriptions are about to expire, but at the moment to look for the supplies, the delivery service used it only once and it was terrible because they did not send them all together and I received supplies almost every day since there are many, they take a long time to serve customers, calling by phone is impossible and The people who have to call monthly when placing the order do not speak English correctly, so it is very difficult to understand what they are saying or asking.
Christine Mindell: I had a very good phone experience with my order. Joyce was very kind and helpful.
Patricia Daigneault: Today is the third time I have visited this business. The staff is always extremely helpful. Even when they are busy, they do their best to not keep anyone waiting to long. They even have comfortable chairs to sit in. The East Longmeadow medical supply store goes above and beyond to help their customers !!
Cynthia McKee: I had purchased a rollaway walker over a year ago.The ladies in store were very friendly and helpful with my purchase. Today I purchased an Automatoc Blood Pressure Monotor and ordered a few percussion socks that will be sent to my home. The nice lady in the store was very friendly, nice and very informative about my purchases today. Thank you for your help. Cynthia McKee. I will be returning for future purchases in the future. 4/7/22
Nancy Mahoney: I received my prescription right away. Staff was very nice and professional.
Deborah Breault: Wonderful service they have and so caring for an individual they also show you how to use your medical devices would highly recommend
La'Toyia Miles: Very nice ladies were working when I arrived. Facility had all COVID safety precautions being taken made me feel safe from COVID while I was there. Excellent customer service they already had me in their system and was able to explain everything to me and get my authorizations sent so I can get my supplies needed for my son and I she also had very good product knowledge and knew the availability for other medical supplies stores as well which was helpful so I didn’t have to run around to all of them. I would highly recommend anyone to come here for there medical supply needs.
Georgia Gaston: I first had a problem getting a bath stool from Lewis and Clark East Springfield Mass location 2 years ago.My second incident was when me and my 73 year old mother walked in there and asked if they had a script for a walker and they said yes it's in the system. I ask why my script was in there system for 3 months and why hasn't anybody called me.To he lady behind the counter said, it's here if you want it now.I said well let me know what kind of walker is this, because there are more than one kind. She said it's for standard gray push walker.I said well I don't use those I use a rollator. She said we don't have those and we don't sell them here.I said then never mind don't fill that script, that is the wrong one. Then I left that was a month ago.I called Lewis and Clark last week asking to call me cuz I'm looking for some scripts for a leg pillow and some other stuff.I get a call Monday noon they left a message for me, it said your Walker is ready to be picked up.I don't understand why they couldn't call and talk to me to find out what I wanted. And I don't understand why they would fill a script that was that old.I'm a different place now where I'm in the middle of getting something else and they screwing up my resources cuz my insurance now has to be reimbursed for whatever they are charging or they have to cancel the order or I don't know what they're going to do they don't call and talk to me.I thought they would be more professional than a lot of other medical supply stores I've come across, because they go to the senior center one day a year to help do maintenance checks on their medical equipment. Why is this happening to me ???
Jary Valle: I went in for the first time and it was an absolute great service! Thank you
Y M: This my go to place for medical supplies I go there atleast 3 times a month to buy my daughter diapers ,staff is awesome very polite and attentive, I have never had a problem any questions you have they are more than willing to help you out I highly recommend this place .
cathy serrano: This place is awesome. Great service and great experience. Never had a problem with the ladies that work there. They take care of everything and I recommend this place to anyone.
Millie Guzman: Visited them today and Liz was very helpful. Service was great. Thank you.
Curtis Woodard: Louis and Clark is such a great store. I always find what I need and there’s always an employee their to assist when needed. I came if for a replacement on the bottom of my crutches and the girl went as far as to put them on for me.
Pedro Vazquez: Best service!
Beverly Brickey: I have had great experience with both the medical equipment deliveries and the pharmacy.
Walt Lorenz: Trying for days to get someone to answer the phone! Have left numerous messages but never get a return call. Do managers ever read these reviews?

Baystate Home Infusion & Respiratory Services: what do users think?
Amy Asadoorian: I’d give my regular visiting nurse, Amy, 5 stars. Today their customer service should get zero. I had to call them FOUR TIMES today and still have no answer. The on-call nurse covering for Amy did not show at the regular time (8:45am) to draw blood before my vancomycin infusion. Didn’t actually talk to her until 3 phone calls later at 11am when she said she’d be to me at 1:30pm. She needs to draw blood before I take the Vanco. By not telling me she was coming later, my medicine was taken two hours late and now I have to stay up until midnight to get my second dose of the day.She didn’t actually come at 1:30pm today because I told her it was the middle of my staff meeting and I’d be free at 3pm. She said the night nurse would have to do it. Fine. But after another call to dispatch at 3pm I still don’t know when the nurse is coming.I’m not housebound! I am still working during my medical issue. You can’t just Willy Nilly change people’s appointments and expect them to be available when you get to them! Especially if it involves the timing of medication!
Juan Hernandez: This place is closed now
Sun Rise: Very bad and not responsible service. They never call back. All prescription need to be send twice (at least) because they never get it. Horrible customer service. Not pleasant experience
Tom Krafchuk: Their customer service is awful.
Shelley Borgatti-Reed: Very poor customer service. Takes a long time to get supplies
janice worthington: My boyfriend has been waiting 1 week for a nebulizer, they promised to deliver today,it's 7:10 p.m., still waiting. This is an outrage,Dr.Murray called last Friday to no avail, called again today, they lied & said that they were never contacted! Someone at the top needs to be held accountable,we're dealing with people's health.
Paul Peter Nicolai: This has to be the most unresponsive medical services organization on the planet if not the universe. You can never get a live voice on the telephone. All you get are voicemail boxes which apparently are never monitored because no one ever returned your call. I have called for weeks at a time and gone nowhere. If you have a respiratory problem go anywhere but here because here is nowhere.
Lowboy Bootay: I obtained a C-PAP unit from these folks and was told they would contact me every three months so they could arrange new supplies to be delivered to me. Three months passed. No telephone call. So I spent my precious time trying to find the number. I called them up and of course I got a menu system. When I finally got to the C-PAP department, I got another recording saying they check their voice mail once an hour. Really! How much money is this business losing by being so unresponsive? I am giving them one more chance (1 hour) to show an interest in my well being and then I will go somewhere else. I am sure there are other local suppliers that must have better customer service than this.Update--Baystate did contact me within an hour and were helpful getting my supplies. I just a received a follow-up call from them today. Hence, I am upgrading my rating to three stars.Once again, three months has passed and no call to me to order supplies. I again spent time finding the number and calling only to get a recorded message that they will get back to me. Two stars for now.
John Pajak: Disgusting lack of customer service, lousy phone menu that is disfunctional, and the person who set up my CPAP is less than incompetent.
M Rodrigo: If I could give them a zero rating I would. I have been receiving the run around from them for the last 6 months regarding the equipment my mother dessperatly needs. At first I was receiving conflicting information from them regarding her eligability through her insurence company . I finally had to go down there and clear the matter up, In doing so the problem was they would take her current ins info and not update her records on file!! So her faulty equipment was tested and deemed to be broken so they went ahead and requested a prior auth from her ins co but they failed to fax all of the required paperwork needed so my mothers claim was denied. We then had to appeal the decision and are still waiting for an answer! WHY YOU ASK? Because BAYSTATE HOME INFUSION never answers their phone calls or returns them, for ins companies or for the doctors and clients involved,They are disorganized and unprofessional! I dont think they care to realize they are hollding peoples life in their hands with their negligent way of handling things. They suck!!!I will never use them again after this!!!
Samantha Figueroa: I have been getting baby formula through them since my baby needs a special kind and insurance pays for it well they sent me my order with all dented cans this month then I called them to get a replacement they delivered it to the wrong house. They have horrible service and if I could go somewhere else I would they are so unprofessional
Eolandra: I have been going through them for cpap supplies and I have been getting the run around for about a month now. When I went in about a month ago they told me my download was being sent to my insurance company so that they could get approval for my supplies. Almost a month later and quite a few phone calls and voicemail messages with no return calls, I call back to find out they never submitted my download to my insurance company but they promise to do so now. I don't feel very confident that anything will change. My mother also uses Baystate Home Infusion and Respiratory in Springfield for her oxygen machine supplies and she once ended up in the hospital because they would not respond to her calls about her machine not working. The hospital then in turn had a hard time reaching them to make sure that a new machine was delivered for my mom's return. I had to call Baystate Home Infusion and Respiratory in Greenfield to get a more direct number in order to talk to someone. I then had to leave work early to meet the person who was dropping off the new machine so that my mother would be all set when she returned home.I don't know how change will finally happen here but one patient told me she called and filed a complaint with her insurance company and now she has less problems. No one should have to do this and this doesn't solve the much large problem of bad customer service and patient care of all their customers.Update: I just got off the phone with someone who said she was able to get my order filled - I took down her direct line so that I may actually be able to reach someone there.
carlos miguel: Bad equipment bad costumer services dont put your health in risk find another place to rent
Jerry “J” White: Not impressed at all, very poor service along with apparently a few workers that think they are doing us the customer a favor.
Jesnalee Martinez: Gooddddd.

Reliable Respiratory: what do users think?
Frank Poirier: Couldn't give less stars. They couldn't care less about the patient/client relationship. Robo calls about supply refills, after they've closed for the day and not at 5-7pm or over the weekend (alot of good that does the customer). Good luck trying to navigate their "automated system" either. They still yet to get a single order correct the first time. Prescribing Doctor even took the time to call them personally and reissued a new prescription to try fixing all their problems. That was weeks ago and still no call from the company to rectify, just more reminders about refills. The list goes on; wrong supplies, incorrect quantities, constant battle between them and insurance. Save yourself the years (based on insurance requirements) of being locked in to a "leasing agreement" and forced to deal with their lack of enthusiasm to help you. Hoping Anthem will drop them from the network so I can change providers.
Juan Carlos: Good place
Adam Frechette: This company cares more about selling equipment than it is concerned about improving your quality of life and sleep.I have contacted them three times about my mask not being ideal. Every time I get told that they will have someone contact me and remedy the issue and they never do.They have mis-keyed my orders as well when I ordered additional CPAP filters at the start of my treatment and they overnighted another mask, not filters. Now I own 4, yes 4 masks which I do not like and am on my last filter. Their mistakes cost my insurance additional costs and myself. They also stated that CPAP equipment is well below $1000.00 which it is not when I was concerned about out of pocket expenses.Other companies in the area include in home monitoring of equipment at no cost, Reliable Respiratory charges $138.00 a month for monitoring which myself and insurance end up picking up the costs. This basically proves compliance and sends sleep info to an app you can review. The sleep app is so easy to score 100% and is not an accurate measure of good sleep. You can still score a 100% with multiple issues and unrestful sleep making the information not any way accurate in judging your sleep.Reliable Respiratory is supposed to assign you a "sleep coach" who calls you at home and helps you with sleep and troubleshooting as well. I have received 1 phone call in 4 months which was the initial week. Just goes to show that they do not care to be bothered with you once they make the sale.Unfortunately other more customer friendly companies in Western MA do not take my insurance so I feel stuck with this company. If you have the choice there are a few better companies in West Springfield. Use them instead and do your research. Reliable Respiratory is more in it for the money and abusing insurance.
Aaron Pope: They was very helpful and i received my supplies within a few days i will recommend them to anyone for service.
