Bell pump was ok, no hello or goodby but at least don’t eye ball you like you are some kind of an alien.Will probably go again if needed, as there’s not much competition, if someone else, more customer oriented had what I needed I’d probably not have bell pump as my first choice.

If you are just shopping for price and don't care about quality or service then this may not be the place for you...but beware, you get what you pay for. Here you'll find genuine products (NOT Home Cheapo or Lowes versions which are built with lower quality parts to hit a price point). I would have paid double what we paid today for the service we received. Our experience today with Olga was exceptional. She answered all our questions, gave great advice, and helped us find complimentary items for our new kitchen and bath. Wish we came here months ago, but so very happy we did now....and we'll definitely be back again!

Justin Verville: Customer service is a real problem. The showroom takes days to call you back on a simple question about stocked items, then they don’t even have prices ready for you. I couldn’t be anymore friendly with the lady on the phone and I was talked down to like I’m in idiot . Okie dokie Been going for 15 years. See ya around

Only issue I have with them is the music is too loud sometimes and also it might take quite a long time to get service, which is always excellent and professional. You have to know what you need though, and ask for the right thing.

Get all the way there and only have 1 of 3 parts I needed, and would have to order the rest. Would be there in two days. Meanwhile I have no heat in my house. Guy cons me into coming in, then try to overcharged for an oil pump. Screw their parts supply.The guy's name was Matt.

Michael Fortin: Overall, my experience with these guys has been good. Unfortunately that wasn't the case yesterday. I called and spoke to someone in the parts department regarding a hose replacement for my Kohler faucet. The guy told me they were available and should cost about $15. I asked what time they closed, hung up, and drove the 25 minutes to get there. Once I arrived at the Parts dept. things went side-ways. The men at the front desk said that all Kohler replacement parts had to ordered and that the $15 price I had been quoted for a Kohler part was not accurate. They fetched the guy I spoke with over the phone. I did not get his name. He was working in an office to the far right of the parts service desk. He grabbed a Kohler catalog, typed on the computer, talked to other people and finally said he had good news and bad news. The good news was that he had identified the part number. I knew what the part number was since i had done my own research on the Kohler website earlier that afternoon where i had also ascertained the suggested retail price of the hose which was close to $40. The bad news was that he part would have to be ordered. He then proceeded to reshape the phone call i had with him stating that he never said the part was in stock. Obviously i would not have driven down to the store if i had known the part had to be ordered. That could have been handled over the phone. I left very frustrated at the ineptitude of this parts person. I have obtained the necessary part elsewhere. I will have it tomorrow. So much for customer service.

CHICKI CHICAGO: After not being able to find what I needed in a replacement part for a kitchen faucet at my local hardware store, it was recommended that I go to Springfield plumbing supply. I walked in and told the gentleman at the counter what I was looking for. He suggested that I speak to the lady in the show room. I was willing to buy a completely new faucet just to get a pause button on the faucet for my kitchen sink. I was told that the lady that runs the show room was running five minutes late. I didn’t mind waiting because he gave me a chance to look around. Five minutes later I was told that she was still running late. I still was OK waiting. 15 minutes later she shows up and apparently her Allergy Shots didn’t go so well because she had an air about her like she couldn’t be bothered to be there. She asked me if I knew what I wanted. I explain to her what I was looking for first and before I can tell her that I was willing to buy a new faucet, she cut me off and told me that I would need to contact the manufacture of the faucet that I already had in order to get a replacement part. I let her finish and then I told her that’s the reason why I’m here. I’m willing to buy a completely new faucet just to get the pause button that I desire. They only had one faucet in stock that matched the design that I had at home. She said to me that she was going to get me a price and asked me what color I wanted. I told her black because that was the color of the faucet that I had at home. She gave me three different options, none of them black, and asked me which one I wanted. She never showed me samples so that I could understand exactly what those three options looked like. I guess I was just supposed to know out of the air what everything was supposed to look like. I don’t know the difference between brushed nickel bronze chrome whatever. I just know that the one in my kitchen is black because it matches my Decour. When she told me she didn’t have Black I was expecting her to show me the other samples so I could decide whether or not they would match the rest of my kitchen. When she didn’t I decided that it wasn’t going to work for me this faucet. She then said well, you’re gonna have to look for something else. And proceeded to ignore me. Instead of trying to show me other options that might work. I decided since she didn’t want to be helpful or was just going to leave me to fend for myself it wasn’t worth me sticking around and I left. I do not recommend people going there early in the morning especially if this is the type of reception you’re going to receive. Maybe after the sales lady has her coffee or calms down after her allergy shots she’d be in a better mood. But if you only have one person running the sales department and this is it I definitely would never recommend anybody to go here.

Tom Paris: I worked for Springfield plumbing for 12 plus years going in early filling orders on my own time shoveling there steps so everyone could get in to find out that the owner DJ wasn’t paying me my overtime liying saying I wasn’t supposed to get it to find out for 4 plus years he was supposed to I watched this man sell stuff out the back door for years and said nothing treating employees horrible blaming things his son did on other people this man will lie about anything so beware

The gentleman "Tom" told my workers that he didn't understand them. He told them that they are in America and to learn how to speak English. Both of my employees do speak English. They are hardworking individuals that pay taxes and contribute to our economy. I cannot allow my employees to be disrespected in such a way. I WILL NO LONGER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. United Plumbing is where my account ended up.
