Kendal Kenyon-gomes: I am so happy I called Know the Flow Sewer & Drain to help me with my plumbing emergency that occurred the day after Thanksgiving at 7 pm. I never expected how helpful and courteous they would be. Neil, who answered my call was patient and kind despite the panicked and crying state I was in while trying to explain the problem I was experiencing. He was able to talk me through the immediate problem of extremely hot water pouring into my basement and was at my house within 20 minutes and able to fix it. I did not hesitate to accept his offer to return the next day to complete the repairs. Not only did he show up at the time he said he would the quoted price did not change despite the additional work that was needed to correct the problem then was originally thought. I definitely plan on using Know the Flow Sewer & Drain for any needed repairs in the future considering how quickly they responded and how reasonable their prices are. It is a great feeling knowing there is a local/honest and courteous business availble in western massachusetts.
