Ian Hathaway: The first thing I love about this place is the staff. A friendly group of real down-to-earth people keep this place running smoothly and make every visit feel like I’m coming home from a long trip in which I have experienced multiple flight delays and unwanted layovers until finally a breath of fresh friendliness fills my lungs as I saddle up to the bar. The second thing I love is the food. The recently expanded sushi menu provides all the delicious flavors I crave when cylindrical food is on my mind. And who asked for a low-cost ramen option when getting over the hardest day of the week? NO-ONE! We were all too scared! But they knew what we were thinking and provided their Monday special without even a second thought. The third thing I love is the drinks. While I’m mostly a beer drinker, my wife enjoys their delicious mixed drinks crafted with care and kindness which melt away those thoughts and aforementioned flight delays. The fourth thing I love is that when we come to play cards at the bar, the lighting makes the cards a funny color, and who doesn’t love fun new playing card fluorescence?!

George Alvarez: The service is good and quick, I had the tonkotsu Ramen and it wasn't good, the broth didn't tasted like tonkotsu it tasted like chicken broth and not a good one, the other person at my table got a creamy broth ramen, she asked for extra extra spicy and it wasn't spicy at all not even mild, the broth had a good flavor but very watered down and her beef was chewy. We had a appetizer, can't remember the name I think it was scallion pancakes and it was good.Parking: Street parking, hard to find.

Jay Goober: Visiting son at school and we all had a great lunch here. Pretty inside, high ceilings, super clean and friendly attentive service. Four different ramens were all presented well, full of variety, excellent broths and shockingly large. Tasty calamari app lightly fried, scallion pancake enjoyed by those into those. Gotta give her credit, she was running around and was constantly busy. We got the R5 & R10 ramen.Both were amazing! R5 was pretty HOT but R10 was buttery, garlicky, smooth bowl of goodness! It was raining that day so it was the best comfort food! The pork bao buns were the best I’ve had so far. The Tokoyaki was also delicious!

For my entree, I opted for slow braised oxtail on a healthy serving of miso bomb rice. The Don' buri comes with ajitama soft boiled egg and Chinese broccoli with crunchy garlic and scallions. This dish has lots of umami! It's hard to eat with just chopsticks, but it's well worth it! Very satisfying on a cool, cloudy, misty day.

Dan Pinton: Pho brisket and Buddha : 9 spice wings : Bao buns. Hot teas. Double dragon fire sushi. See menu. The pho fills you up. The darkness pho is smooth and warm. Buddha is spicy. Brisket is filling. They are all excellent. Fire sushi is a must. Teas come in small pots that provide a good amount. The 9 spice are hot but not killer. Crispy on outside. Very good.

Fred Filios: The stars are probably a bit generous, The Korean. Dishes were good and the sushi was bad. Sushi just tasteless with low quality fish, with too much goo to cover it up. The Korean buns and other dishes were tasty. So ignore the sushi and you can have a good meal. However, a bit later I was very thirsty. Too much salt - the downfall of too many restaurants. It is BYO,which for me is good, and there is an excellent wine store close to the restaurant with excellent whites and roses reasonably priced.

The service was slow because there were 6 tables full and only 1 waitress. I wanted to love the ramen - it is made with a slow cooked pork broth - but the broth was lackluster and the pork, while a decent sized portion, was half fat, which I do not like.
