Holly Shlosser: I went here before and it used to be better but now i think i'll go somewhere else to get my taxes done for free. The thought of dropping my tax papers off and them losing them in the process and ask them to send them another copy and then they don't call back when they are suppose to before deadline. Very horrible service. 😣

I have completed my application over a week ago and I have not heard anything back. I called three times this morning and each time the call dropped after being transferred to the department I needed. Joseph Maynor: Whoever you all had at the front desk answering phones on Friday 3/5/2021 was very very rude. They refused to answer my questions on my case and said some lady was going to call me back and I never got a call. On top of it this lady who answered the phones hung up on me 2x and I had to call back each time, then she proceeded to tell me it's not Community Action after she had access to my information. Very unprofessional and I am left still no response in regards to my case. I wish someone would call me because this is getting very frustrating and I have sent you all documents you requested from me and still nothing.
