Barbie Chase: Putting the long wait aside, because I understand that with one person working, things take time. I ordered the avocado pesto, fresh mozzarella and arugula with added bacon and a cup of butternut bisque. Was not impressed with either. The "pesto" was just pureed avocado with no sign of seasoning. The bacon ... Something wasn't quite right with it as it has been repeating on me since lunchtime and it is now after 8pm. The bisque just had a weird taste that I couldn't figure out what it was. But it wasn't pleasant.Now for the Serve safe practices. One would think that gloves would be worn during the making of a sandwich, but not today. Then with those bare hands the worker rang out a customer, took cash, made change and went back to making sandwiches. Um... Hello there is a sink right there for you to wash your hands in between touching dirty money and food. I won't be back. And I don't recommend this place at all. Just dirty.

S T: This is a gem of a little place to grab some incredibly tasty food. We got sandwich offerings, soup and dessert to go! They also offer glass bottles of local soda and they are delish! Really the hardest thing was choosing which items to bring home! Fair warning! This is not a knock at all but if you are western or Midwestern as I am, the chili was a huge surprise. It has a sweet kick to it! Almost like a bit of brown sugar? It was delicious just not what I was expecting at all. The corn chowder was totally as expected, also delicious. I don't imagine they make anything that's untasteful. Will definitely be back!Vegetarian options: They have some!

They always have a fresh take on "basic" sandwiches, creating something new and exciting on a regular basis. They always use fresh, quality ingredients and their soups are to die for! Even if it sounds like something I wouldn't like, I will try it and I always end up loving it. The kale and white bean soup was simple yet complex in flavor, to die for! It's always a pleasure to support our local businesses, and this is one I will continue to support on a regular basis.

However, the soup of the day was the chicken and rice and I do have to say it was not good at all from just the look of it I could tell, almost no chicken in it and it had a foul taste, however the sandwich which was there version of a steak and cheese was great maybe will try again depending on what soup they have
Natasha Klug: Amazing taste. I had both breakfast and lunch here. Both incredible. I asked for my bacon to be crispy and they made it to my request. Kind owner. I loved the pecan brownie and homemade rice crispies. I tried the chicken noodle soup and it tasted like mom made it very classic comforting taste. The Achilles heel sandwich was the best vege sandwich I've ever had. It was beyond delicious. I had the mountain man breakfast sandwich it was so good the biscuits are incredible.. the jam the sausage everything incredible. I tried the sweet potato biscuit with my soup the biscuit wasn't dry and had so much flavor. I'll be back time and time again thank you for the amazing quality food. She assisted me by making the perfect suggestions to truly satisfy my family’s ravenous appetite! We all raved over their homemade soup, delicious lasagna that was season to perfection where you can truly taste the love as that extra ingredient! We accompanied our grinders with homemade pasta and potato salad that made the perfect accompaniment! I made sure to grab enough of their homemade brownies for everyone, which were the perfect sweet finishing touch to a delicious meal after a long hard day. Mt. Man: If you wanna get some good food you have to stop here. The prices are very reasonable. I got two grinder it it was under $20.00. You go to Sub Way and you will pay more and not as good of a grinder. There dinners are also to die for. So do yourself a favor and stop by. You won't be disappointed. I've been going to Richards since I was a kid bringing my dad lunch at work.

A big team to help make your panini special.On my last order that I had last week it was a bit expensive over $40 and it’s a lot but the inside of what they put in is not that great anymore. They’re starting to cheap out on what they put in your sandwich. And they are not heating it up all the way. So I drop two stars.
Fat Tone: Pictured is a build your own panini. Sad thing is I built it and they added tomatoes for some reason. Did not like that at all because tomato juice got all over my food. Other than that food was average.

Peter Bovell: Hot Table has quality food! The premium ingredients make for top-notch sandwiches (paninis) well worth the cost. The sandwiches range from roughly $8-14 depending on the size. The atmosphere of the restaurant is great and offers a café vibe and the friendliest service in town. Definitely one of my favorite local shops.Vegetarian options: There are options to customize your own sandwich so there are plenty of work arounds for vegetarians. But, they also offer certain pre-built veggie options.
Nancy Raymond: I have been to Hot Tables many times but this was the worst. First the girl that made my sandwich put it on the grill and keep staring hard at me for some reason (witch made me uncomfortable) instead of watching my sandwich. I even smiled and said hi to her but she said nothing to me, i thought she is supposed to ask if I wanted it like it was described or do i want to add anything but she didn't. So the sandwich was dark and hard so they made me a new one. This one was under done. I also bought a cup of mac and cheese which had hair in it. it was so disgusting finding a hair in my food!! I will not be returning. I don't even want to give one star because I paid almost $15 for a lunch that I had throw in the garbage but I have to or I cant post.

Steven King: The “medium” was HUGE(enough for two people). Can’t imagine how big the large is. Everything was perfect! Delicious, fresh ingredients. The bread was just right in everything, from the crust and the crumb, down to being toasted to the exact second of perfection. The Caprese was great and hit the spot, but I wish I would of gotten the Cubana like my friend. It was mouth watering. The homemade Raspberry Lemonade was some of the better lemonade I’ve had from a restaurant. It wasn’t super sweet or tart, but nicely balanced. I wish we had some locations in Richmond, Va. It would be a nice alternative to that overrated bread company with over-toasted sandwiches that end up rock hard.

David Sacenti: Subway is still a nice place for a different kind of meal, helped only by their page of coupons recently in a Sunday paper. But some things have changed. Their type of bread selections have dropped way down with a couple of them being plain wraps. And the number of veggie add-ons has also dropped way down to about 9 or 10 with sliced hot peppers, sliced pickles and olives among them which a lot of people normally don't put on grinders, just the cheaper veggies. The girl making my grinders actually counted the number of what she put on them for both meat & cheese and then smothered everyting in lettuce until I couldn't see anything else. The thickness of what's between the bread sides comes No-where near what the pictures on the coupon page or the poster's in the store show anymore...
