I love vietnamise food I've tried from different areas and all I can say is I was expecting a better "quality" (because the reviews were great) , but the broth wasn't as good as described by other people on the reviews. It was missing the aromatics and flavor. It's like they just add a lot of extra water to the broth?. Anyways, the beef was good, and the veggies were as well. Autumn Yang: food was fast, but service was horrible. the waiter was very rude and blunt. horrible customer service from him. i had to find my own toppings for my pho around the restaurant. also the food was mid. the pho wasn’t flavorful at all and had no salt. the drinks took forever to make and my drink tasted like bitter water. the waters that came when we sat down had lipstick marks on them before we drank any. i was expecting a lot from this place because of the reviews but i will not be coming back.

Tim Quinn: I knew the place would be amazing when I saw 3.7 star reviews. its the sweet spot for Chinese take out. Anything higher or lower you know something is fishy.Whoever was the cook today was perfect.Other Chinese take out near Longmeadow taste watered down and lack any flavor but this place was spot on. Was expecting a little bit more from the Ragoons but ordered 5 different entrees and every single was great.Amazing flavor on the fried rice.This place will be our go to Chinese take out from now on.

The chicken fingers aren’t greasy and have a nice coating/breading, I love crab Rangoon no matter what so I raw dogged those and the boneless spare ribs were meaty as hell. I’ve never had such awesome boneless spare ribs from anywhere else.I also purchased the pineapple and sesame chicken plates that came w white rice. The two dishes are similar in taste however the pineapple is a bit more tangy. It reminds me of the orange chicken at Cajun Kitchen at the Holyoke mall which was the flavor I’ve been after! Every other place that sells orange chicken makes it spicy.Bought an egg roll - it was good. Nothin fancy. Lol.Lastly I bought the fried dumplings. I thought they were gyoza but after taking a bite I was quickly reminded by the familiar Chinese dumpling flavor.You get BANG for your buck! Prices untouchable compared to other businesses and tons of DELICIOUS food. It was fresh and hot for a delivery.Ordered through grub hub. Delivery driver was awesome and quick. Tipped well.

Maya Vizcaino: They closed the kitchen 3 hours early and gave us terrible service.We got there around 6pm—their listed closing time is 9pm. However, we overheard another customer ask when they close, and they said “whenever we stop getting orders.”They told us to pick any table. We sat down and waited at least 5 minutes to receive menus. Once ready to order, the waitress goes “oh by the way the grills are off” (so we couldn’t 75% of the options on the menu). We never received water and had to ask. I ordered spring rolls and realized there weren’t even napkins, and had to ask for those too.Then, after we ordered thai teas, she came back a few minutes later to let us know that the tea machine had to heat up so it would be a few more minutes. We never got our thai teas and she didn’t even mention it again.Then, they were staring at us, talking loudly on the phone, essentially doing anything they could to make us uncomfortable so we would leave. They brought the check while we were still eating as well (normally fine if you’re at a place before closing, but it was 3 hours before listed closing time).4.6 stars is 4 stars too many.

The wait staff are always very nice and helpful explaining the ingredients in their Vietnamese dishes.Features: No social distancing. The restaurant cleverly has the dining room tables arranged where they're set up 6 feet apart.No outdoor seating.

Ricky Tran: Food was good. It was slightly rushed so the flavor didn’t seep in as much, but still fresh. The main problem was the attitude from staff to owner. Getting the stink eye from the owner and the staff taking an hour to make a limeade when there were only two other patrons and only one UberEats order already completed. Also, the waiter treating the caucasian people who came in after my party by 10 minutes better than us gave me a sour taste. (Note: I only came with a party of two full Asian people) Then, the waiter was unable to answer our questions about the specials and did not give us any water or condiments until we asked but attended to all the needs of the white patrons without question. Even though she said she was new, which is ok, her lack of effort into serving my table, her better treatment of another table after me, and her attitude of not wanting to be there was rather distasteful. I understand that the service industry is hard, but try to provide some decent service. If any excuse is to be made from the owner, remember another party came in 10 minutes later after mines and got friendlier and attentive service due to skin color. The sad thing is: I understand the language they spoke as well, so no lie, it was mad disrespectful. I can speak the full language fluently. I just don’t do it when people don’t think I understand them. I don’t really care in the end, but don’t spread the self-hating culture.

If the owners clean up this filthy mess they could be among the best. But now it's just as Wu-Tang says. It's just an old dirty Chinese Restaurant. Typical Asian fare.

The sweet & sour chicken was awful the chicken fingers are tiny and soggy and the sauce wasn't very good, I threw it away after eating only one chicken finger. The General Tso's Chicken was okay the chicken is supposed to be crispy but it wasn't and the sauce was decent but not the best i've had. I like that I was able to pay online through the beyondmenu app.

Crab Rangoon is now deep fried cream cheese pockets, note the pic of the ? pork? Fried rice (rice, a sprout and maybe 3 tiny bits of pork if it's even that, too small to even tell) served to me upright sideways in a 6pack size bag. Styrofoam clamshell doesn't do well stored vertical in a paper bag!!No flavor except for the excess grease that indicates improper fry technique.On the hunt for decent Chinese place now! 😡😤So bad I just delivered it back. Minus the egg roll, I haven't eaten all day.... Walked .5 miles I was so angry!

We go home and the lady forgot two things she ordered. Had to go all the way back and had to wait again. I'll Never go back there again. The food wasn't all THAT anyways. I wish Peacock was the way it used to be that was the Spot right there. But I'm gonna try it again and see how they are. Because when the original owners sold the Peacock restaurant the food just wasn't all that great. I'll try them one more time and I'll let you all know what I thought. Thank you.
