Jeffrey Goulet: Always seems to have what I am looking for. Little snafu with price on the shelf, vs what the product rung up as....but that happens, and it got fixed.
Carissa Vargas: Total waste of a trip. Phone call went fine and in store employees were nice, but we were still completely turned away without much of a conversation. We had called before coming in, but were told something totally different in person. Somewhere the line of communication was dropped and it was a total bust. We were just told they were too backed up and our order wasn't really listened to, even though the store was mostly empty.
Jammer 2omega: Front entry was entirely dark. Broken lights.Stood for 10 minutes waiting for assistance at the print area. While a single employee helped seven people. They called for help twice. Management and threw other employees stood there talking. Within sight of all the customers. Doing nothing.

Nick Swan: I worked here and can honestly say, just save yourself some frustration and take an L and just go to the West Springfield location. Or for that matter. ANY OTHER surrounding location. The staff are amazing and super helpful and just doing their best to make sure they get you in and out...except for one individual: the store manager. For him alone, I will not be going anywhere near this store, not even with a 5 mile pole.

First: the young woman at the fax area was extremely helpful and patient.Second: a young man in the printer area guided me to find the power cord I needed for my old printer that had been lost in a move. Both went above and beyond providing me with an excellent shopping experience. .I only wish I had their names. I should have asked to speak with the store manager when I was there.

Jackie H: I went to stables to have some important documents laminate it… I was under the assumption that stables wasn’t doing as well because it seems Walmart and target are taking over our industry, however when I walked in I was greeted by at least five employees all genuinely saying welcome to stables and they all looked like they were happy to work there ! I can’t remember the young lady who helped me but she gave me a quote of how much it was going to cost she listened to my concerns knowing that it was important documentation and had it ready the same day… I went back this weekend to pick up my items and I actually walked through the store which I must say was beautiful well organized well-stocked and I wanted to buy stuff just because everything looked so pretty even though I didn’t need it… I actually talk to the manager outside he’s a great guy and genuinely wants to help his customers and have a good experience… If I need anything from Staples in the future I will definitely go to that location and I definitely recommend it for people who need office needs even if you’re closer to another stables I’m going to tell you to go to this one!

Goddess Vibes: Cara totally ROCKED out an exceptional and detailed invitation suite for us. I sent inspiration photos and she made it come to life! The invitation & reply cards had gorgeous purple and fushia hues, shiny gold lettering, a collection of beautiful fonts, and a specially designed mandala! The set was complete with shimmery pearl envelopes and even color gradient on the addresses! They are DAZZLING and so high-class. I think it is going to blow our guests mind honestly!!!!

Lindsay Brandts: Several months ago, Cara created Save the Dates for my August wedding. I knew how easy working with her was so it was a given to work with her again for our invitations. Cara put so much time, care, and effort into her product! She listened to my ideas, gave me a variety of options to choose from, and worked with me until the design was just right. On top of the beautiful invitations, she also did the (amazing!) hand lettering on several signs for our wedding. By the time I ring up my 1st item she already finished with the other customer, left her register and proceeded to pace around me texting on her phone . If she didn't want to help out any customers she shouldn't be working at business that deals with only customers! Going to be looking at different options from now on . Keep in mind I was the only customer that needed to be cashed out. Mendee, do better
Jade Kenney: I came to this location, overwhelmed with my list of art supplies for college. The associate that helped me, Evelyn, helped me with multiple tricky items and was patient and kind. One item needed to be returned and Evelyn was polite and wonderful through both experiences. Thank you!!!
Jennifer Parker: Normally I have a good experience. Today was frustrating. I go in to pick up my online order. As I've done dozens of times. The entrance and exit are directly next to each other and in between are the bins for pick up orders. Legit, just bins with orders and last names hand written on receipts. You typically walk in one door, grab your order and exit. You don't have to talk to someone unless your order is too big for the bin. In that case, ypu walk up to the desk, tell them your name and they hand you your items and leave. Today, my order was behind the counter. The employee tells me she can't give me my purchase without an ID. I've done this dozens of times and have never been asked for my ID. I explain, normally I just grab a bag or its handed to me. I've never been asked to prove my order was mine and didn't have an ID on me. She told me, well do ypu know your order number? No, I didn't memorize my 11 digit purchase number. She was rude and gave me a hard time and called her manager over. Her manager literally asked me my name and then handed me my items. I don't know why I had to endure a ten minute rude conversation for all that. If you're going to change policies, then you should make your customers aware. Or at least be consistent. No one picking up from the bins shows any identification. And I've picked up at the desk more times than I can't count and have never had an issue.
