Lumarys Figueroa: Llevé mi computadora a arreglar en jun-jul y me cobraron mas de $300 y luego de 1 mes volvió ha hacer lo mismo. Cuando se lo comento a Tom me dice que hay que comprarle otras piezas que cuestan casi la misma cantidad de dinero. Yo creo que hoy día no vale la pena llevarla a un lugar a arreglar, es mejor comprar una computadora nueva y ponerle garantía y eso fue lo que hice. Por una tableta también me cobraba $200 y era vieja, decidí no arreglarla y por $150 me compré una tableta nueva y más grande.

John Boido: My wife, Wendy took in our computer to Tom that we had purchased a month earlier, which had gotten hacked. It was a disaster in that there were several viruses along with our bank info being hacked. Within a couple of days we had the computer back, cleaned up completely, loaded with protection and running great. Will never trust anyone else.

I searched for local computer repair shops and Ctrl Alt Delete was the only one open (11am on a Wednesday). I stopped in and was greeted by Tom. He took the time to diagnose the problem and offered me a simple fix...at no charge! He also boosted it's performance and provided options to upgrade without buying a new computer. Berenice Formoso: the man who attends is super rude, pedantic and racist. Every time I went alone with my children, he was very rude and with a terrible attitude and he didnt want to provide the service that my car needed (I went twice), but, next day when my husband went to ask, the man did not have the same reactions. I definitely do not recommend it, besides being an expensive place they are mediocre, the replacements aren’t good, they over charge money and my in person was a really bad experience.

Eli Yasuna: Brought my car in twice for a routine oil change and twice I got my car back with an additional problem that wasn’t there before. As soon as I picked up my car, there was another light on. They don’t even bother to check if all of the lights are off before they give it to you. I’ve always taken my car to a reputable dealership and never had these issues that they tell me I have. They definitely take advantage of people who are not knowledgeable about cars.

Zac Skinner: They will take advantage of anyone who seems not to know anything about mechanics.They said a ford transit had an oil leak and power steering leak. When we asked how low the fluid was, they admitted they couldn't figure out how to open the hood. My new mechanic 6 months later said nothing was wrong with either.They failed to tightened the bolts on a routen brake job and blamed us for interference. They are hacks, will find problems that dont exist and will charge you for it. DO NOT GO HERE.

T Thomas: Caused damage to my car they said they would repair. I brought my car in, instead of repairing the damage they caused, they claimed to have found something else wrong, claimed to have repaired it without first having mee agree to repair. I paid for the repair anyway, only to find that my car is the same as it was when I brought it in. Be careful working with this auto repair shop
