Tony Pouliot: Used to cost $60 for a full synthetic oil change here....now they've jacked the price up to $85!! Owner blamed the increase on higher gas prices....LOL! So long, Spfld Tire & Auto!Every one of your competitors quoted a LOWER oil change price than yours! I made 5 calls because I was looking for a walk-in appointment later that day, not because I couldn't find a better deal. I went down the road and got a synthetic oil change, filter.and tire rotation for $50...which was $35 less than here. Shop around,.people - this place is OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive!!!

Rachel T: Got my tires here so I came back for a flat repair and rotation. The guy at the desk argued with me about paying for the flat repair and rotation stating there was no record of me purchasing them there which I did. I got an alignment as well. As soon as I drove off the lot I noticed my car pulling in the opposite direction from before. When I called back they couldn’t take me in to fix their mistake for 2-3 days. The most alarming part of it all was a few days later I was driving on the highway and heard a weird noise coming from the front of my car. I was worried so I took it to my mechanic right away to check out and he said my wheel almost fell off! When they rotated my tires they didn’t put them back on properly and this is a huge safety issue. I will not be going back to them ever again and if you value your safety, you won’t either.

Pete Stellato: 4 times my truck has been to this place and they said the alignment was perfect however was still shifting to the right. Then a young guy stuttered and said it could be the camber and they don't fix that. So all these times it was being serviced they couldn't tell the dealership next door that the 2nd or 3rd time? Then randomly there was air leaking in the tire which I found a nail in the side wall of the tire when I left. Steering wheel is turned more than before and the truck shifts to the right. Customer service wasn't good either. Bad attitude and Bad for business.

Tom Avezzie: Don't Bother scheduling appointments! I called to set up an appointment for my tire rotation. There were no morning appointments for 4 days. We scheduled one because of other obligations at 10:30.As soon as I arrived, my customer service rep was trying to get me ready for up selling. How many miles were on my tires, had I already had a alignment, my tires look like they had some wear-do I pout a lot of miles on.When he went to computer-my mileage was 5,000 mile since last set was put on with alignment and balance and oldest tires had about 11,000 miles.That was not truly my issue. When I asked how long it would take to ROTATE my tires, HE SAID IT WOULD BE AN HOUR TO AN HOUR AND A HALF. I asked why so long and stated I scheduled an appointment, so that my time would be scheduled and I had an appointment scheduled for my business. He said he could not be more specific and it may take up to 2 hours depending on how busy they were on other jobs.I thanked him for his understanding and assistant and left.Buying tires here has been no bargain.
Mi Li: Called days in advance to make sure they had the tires I needed and made the appointment to have installed at a certain time. When I arrived I was told they only shipped one of the four tires I ordered. I was leaving for a trip and needed tires before I left. I had to purchase much lower quality tires at a very similar price. I was told the install would take about an hour but did not get my vehicle back for 3 hours. No explanation, no updates on what was happening. While waiting at least one employee was doing shots of Patron with another customer. I will stick with my local owned tire shops from now on, even if I have to pay a bit more.

Elvinight Thalioncu: Been going here for many years but no more new staff/ mechanics and cant get anything done. On 2 accounts ive dropped my truck off and had no good results, ist time they had for a day and never fixed it. The last time which was recently dropped off on thurs the 13th had to work on for friday sat and monday (today) and couldnt fix my truck said it was too big of a job and recomend i go to firestone or dealer. Never had this happen in my life. I suggest not going here if you have a heavy duty pickup or any vehicle for that matter, man i miss the old staff that knew how to work and get things done. Sad indeed.

I definitely do not recommend it, besides being an expensive place they are mediocre, the replacements aren’t good, they over charge money and my in person was a really bad experience.

Eli Yasuna: Brought my car in twice for a routine oil change and twice I got my car back with an additional problem that wasn’t there before. As soon as I picked up my car, there was another light on. They don’t even bother to check if all of the lights are off before they give it to you. I’ve always taken my car to a reputable dealership and never had these issues that they tell me I have. They definitely take advantage of people who are not knowledgeable about cars.

Zac Skinner: They will take advantage of anyone who seems not to know anything about mechanics.They said a ford transit had an oil leak and power steering leak. When we asked how low the fluid was, they admitted they couldn't figure out how to open the hood. My new mechanic 6 months later said nothing was wrong with either.They failed to tightened the bolts on a routen brake job and blamed us for interference. They are hacks, will find problems that dont exist and will charge you for it. DO NOT GO HERE.

Demetrius Godfrey: Needed catalytic converter replaced ASAP. Called got a quote, & they were able to get on the job right away. Replaced all four of my catalytic converters, & also all four O2 sensors. Great price, & bring your own part friendly.

Kristina Chilinski: The service was ridiculously slow. I made an appointment ahead of time and dropped my van off at noon on a Saturday for an oil change and tire inspection. Was told I would get a call back quickly regarding tires. I had to call them three hours later. He was changing my oil and would look at tires. He calls back 30 mins later. I need tires. I give the go-ahead. He calls back 30 mins later. They don't have my tire size in stock. It is now after 4 and they close at 5. I agree to pick up my van and come back Monday...another noontime appointment. I am waiting in store this time. He didn't call the warehouse for the tires until I walked in and then I proceeded to sit and wait for THREE HOURS for tires. I will not be returning to this location.

Gabe: I bought 7 tires for my RV. 6 and a spare because I was taking it to Tennessee to drop my son off. I drove over 1100 and could barely keep the rv on the road. I started hearing a noise from the front wheels and found loose lug nuts on both front wheels. I had to purchase new rv to get back to Springfield. Dangerous experience!!! When I told them what happened. They gave me labor fee back of $119 dollars. Never again!!!

James Johnson: The absolute best! I'm familiar with Pete's because the company that I work for uses them, but they also take care of all your personal vehicle tire needs. My wife had a slow leak in one of her SUV tires and took it to another reputable tire shop. After a long wait they were unable to find and fix it. The next day I took it to the Springfield shop and they fixed the tire in short order. I would definitely recommend Pete's!!
