Rebekah Marie: Sarah at Walgreens 501 Sumner Ave Springfield MA refused my Veteran father his heart medication. Apparently she is above the Pharmacist, PCP. And the federal government. She refuses to accept his prescription from his PCP stating my dad printed his OWN prescription. The military pharmacy accepts the PCP's script, but they closed last week before the holiday weekend and we were unable to pick it up there. The pharmacist at Walgreens accepted the script, and said it'll be about 20mins. She scanned in the script and we waited. When we go to cash out, this Sarah, comes up and literally said "I already told you No. This is just a printed script and I am.not taking it." Great job Walgreens . You're incompetent staff is refusing heart medication to a 65 year old Vet.

Angel Gomez: Wow… I have heard it all. Tonight, I asked for assistance and one of the employees told me I can’t buy the product because the manager has the key and she’s doing manager stuff. Also, line of customers with one register open, while the same employee was walking around doing nothing. This store got the worse customer service and laziest employees ever.

Deja Cradle: This location has took a hit from good staff leaving within the past two years. The recent reviews do this location experience justice. However the pharmacy technicians here are a bit unprofessional, today the main window was broken and there was a black and white sign, highlighted would’ve been helpful, ( I did witness insult of people’s intelligence) however I went inside to pick up my mothers prescription, thank god there was a lead there because the young curly hair woman almost gave me the wrong prescription for my mother! This has been my third issue with this location and I will be transferring my mother’s medication to a better location with more professional staff.
BillieDee SmithPirela: I've been having problems getting my prescriptions filled for the last couple of months and the ones I pay cash for seem to always be a different price every other week. The staff in the pharmacy be talking inappropriately about customers and other employees. Only one of the young lady's that works back there is helpful and knows exactly what how many refills I have on my medications. And I highly recommend that you don't go there at night. It's not a safe place at night.

For some reason the prescription was canceled by the "head pharmacist" I don't know who that is, but my doctor had to order it again, and it was canceled again.I spoke with my health insurance company who told me the prescription was 100% covered, and they don't know what the problem is with the pharmacy.I've offered to buy them from the pharmacy, who WON'T sell them to me because they say "a prescription is needed for them and there's no current prescription, because the head pharmacist canceled it" -----🤔REALLY???It's a very NEEDED specific vitamin-mineral supplement and I now have to go to eBay to bid on them.

Wendy Lin: I called the pharmacy as a healthcare provider, and couldn't even get a hold of anyone. I spent 20 minutes on hold and then the phone continued to ring for 10 minutes before the staff hung up on me. My colleague attempted to call and was left on the phone for 45 minutes before they hung up on her. Absolutely unprofessional. I'm glad I wasn't an ER staff member calling to figure out what medications an unconscious, trauma patient was taking because I likely would not have been able to get any answers from them. Completely unacceptable.

However, the new guy (owner/manager Miklos) clearly doesn't exemplify the meaning of having a "Better Life". While in the store, I heard him yelling at a customer a couple of aisles over. They always offer great help and information how to better your health.Of course I am a woman of faith and believe in prayer but also believe in eating healthy and natural medicine . I want to thank the ladies there that have been very helpful . I have to say during COVID we almost lost my husband father due to lung failure . He was given three days to live . But I thank God for all the prayers from the church and also the ladies that were helpful when I went there to buy him some natural medicine /vitamins & teas. My father in law today is alive and no longer on a machine . And doctors cannot explained it because his lungs were not functioning . Faith moves mountains and also eating healthy . I also want to share I had an ulcer in my stomach and gastritis which is very painful. Of course i prayed and also had the ladies at the church pray for me , but I also went to this little store and was advised of what to take in which I did . I had to return within 4 months back to the hospital in Westfield for more test. I have to say when I return the doctor told me , everything had come back negative . He said keep up the good work whatever you doing is working .Thank you for your help and great advise .. truly means a lot .. God bless you 🙏

Sara Victor: I suffer from migraines and I went in to Better Life Whole Foods in shear desperation. I had looked up some natural relief for my migraines online and went down there to look more into these natural remedies, and possibly purchase. The worker I came across was very kind, very compassionate and extraordinarily helpful. She help me find the product I was looking for and then even recommended a product that had helped a family member of hers. Her knowledge and recommendation was more helpful to me, then anything my doctors office was able to do for me. And even told me to try one of the products and if it didn’t work then she would take it back for a full refund.l, but of course it did work lol. Very happy with the customer service and products there.

I have been turned away now twice trying to be covid tested. They would rather I continue to walk around while potentially having this disease and spreading it to others. It’s pretty gross that they find this to be acceptable especially after hearing that other Walgreens are willing to allow people to be tested without a vehicle. So, do better.

nataly mo: Negative star if i could. Worst customer service ever, my daughter tried to coupon at this location and the cashier told her shes not allowed to coupon their. Mind you she was using mfg coupon and a catalina in 2 transactions. Clearly the cashier was not happy my daughter was saving money. I definitely called corporate for not wanting to show policy and keeped saying we shouldnt coupon and she was going to take the catalina machine aways because its not right that we ate saving money.
Omar Silva Charbonier: I’ve never seen a Walgreens’s Pharmacy so disorganized like the one on Springfield St, Agawam.They do have enough employees (I’ve seen 5 behind counter) and yet no one picks up the phone plus these employees have NO knowledge of pharmaceutical services! Terrible services at this Walgreens’s Pharmacy which may cause dangerous consequences. I had an incident with my mother who’s diagnosed with Lewy Body Dementia and high risk Diabetic however the person who picked up the phone at pharmacy didn’t have a glue what dementia and diabetic was🙄. It took 3 rides to pharmacy, several long wait calls to end up with no meds because the person who answered the phone misinformed me the actual problem and said to come pick up med.The issue was an insurance denial for new med, because PCP wrote script for a “brand name” which Walgreens were charging $1,000 for it. The employee at this pharmacy never mentioned this when speaking with her.I immediately called the PCP to request to write another script as simple as that but since it was after office hours I’m waiting for that call…

Jonathan Bruyette: The photo department is lazy. I went in to have a sd card put on a cd and well she says its not working but you could clearly see she just couldnt be bothered to do it. Not even an hour later my sister goes in and someone different was working and did what i was looking to get done. My sister asked if it was broken and the man replies "NO NOT AT ALL" . So here i stand the photo department stinks and the lady is lazy if you dont want to do your job then stay home
Wanda Farnum: Employee working at counter for pictures developing was completely incompetent to say the least. They lost my pictures and Don't know anything! I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of help finding what happened to my pictures as i can't redo my sons wedding.
Karen Collins: The Walgreens Pharmacy on Springfield Street in Agawam has a long wait time if you calling the pharmacy. I waited over 30 mins and the. The call drop. I call back and there are always two calls ahead that’s ridiculous. Walgreens needs to do better with its phone system.

This means confusion and multiple trips. They run out of medication, (how is this possible @ a pharmacy?). They simply let it go unless you call. Customer forced to listen to annoyingly long automated "helper." Customer only gets info regarding the med. if they continue to call back. This isn't helpful. It's poor customer service.This Walgreens is exceptional in several ways. Staff members are friendly and helpful. It's a fun place to shop. Overall, the pharmacy exceeds expectations; many of the staff here have been willing to go out of their way to assist me.While I miss several members who were promoted, I'm happy for their success.This store is much less big, impersonal corporation, more home-town fave.Thank you!

Pantson DaGround: This Walgreens is the bees knees. Staff is helpful and cashiers are very friendly. Ben is the best! I often find good deals here, like the really low clearance prices. I like that they get cool exclusive toys. There’s a Redbox our front which is handy. It’s a convenient store to visit whether you need milk or to develop photos.

Melissa Gardner: This Walgreens is pathetic. The store cashiers are using their cell phones while they ring you up, particularly at night between 6pm and 10pm. They are not paying attention to your questions. You have to repeat yourself because they are too busy texting! The pharmacy is SLOW. I call in a RX and ask for it after 10 am. It's not ready until 4pm! Choose another Walgreens where work ethic matters and customers are a priority!
