Jennifer Sibilly: Service department review:I had a full rear brakes replacement on my Corolla, which is a pricey service. A few days later, I started hearing rubbing in the rear wheel area and scheduled another appointment. Turned out to be a faulty spring, likely unrelated to the brake job. They cleaned and inspected both sides, noise went away, and I was not charged for the return visit.Their oil changes and service jobs are definitely more than your average mechanic shop, but I was pleasantly surprised at this gesture to fix a very disturbing grinding noise at no cost. Thanks for keeping my 190,000 mile car running.
R Karcz: Not happy at all. Would give zero stars. The woman at the front desk couldn’t be bothered to greet me when I walked in to the dealership. She was scrolling on her phone. The car we purchased was not ready to go for us. The salesman knew days in advance that we were picking up the vehicle. The car was sold to us completely filthy and not detailed. There was a dirty bandage in the car and a nasty bug in the glove box. We mentioned it to the salesman but he couldn’t be bothered to care. The car needed emissions testing to be registered for Connecticut. It was not done prior to us arriving. We had to wait 2+ hours for them to drive to Enfield from West Springfield, do emissions testing and they returned the car with NO GAS in it. We were lied to about our trade in and was told it was going to auction and they couldn’t give us more for the trade. My old car is now on their website selling for top dollar. The salespeople are so unbelievably rude & lie straight to your face just to make a sale. I will never buy another vehicle from any Balise dealerships.

I religiously brought my Tacoma in for service b4 5k miles .. found out they only changed it every 10k miles ..I grew concerned about the quality of oil and bought one case of Toyota full synthetic oil and filter .. I assumed they did not change my oil or they must be using recycled non-synthetic oil ..It was thick like molasses and darker than asphalt ..It’s a shame to be taking advantage of customers and not disclosing the reality of what they are doing .. 1200 miles since it was changed …I don’t blame the dealership but at least educate the consumer and/or even be honest .. it would have been an up sell of I knew ..

Joseph Hubbard: I have a Hyundai Elantra GT, that I purchased from a different Toyota. I now live close to this location, and brought my vehicle in for an oil change. I had previously bought a service package with my car that was supposed to be good for a free oil change, but this location would only honor a certain percentage off as opposed to the whole amount. My advisor was very pushy and unempathetic while I was trying to figure out the difference, I agreed to an oil change at the difference and went home while the service was being performed. I had called my previous Toyota location, and they explained that other locations do not have to honor my pre-paid service to the extent that they had. I was okay with that, but wanted to ask a supervisor at this location about it. After waiting 6 hours for a text back, I came in and asked to talk to a supervisor. The advisor then tried to explain that we had talked about this previously, and I told her that I had spoke with the other Toyota and just want to talk to a supervisor. The intent of this was to just say, I know that this location and the other are different businesses and have different policies, but I have future business here and it would mean a lot to me if we can talk this out, if you cannot honor it- that is fine. HOWEVER, that conversation never happened. The advisor then talked to their supervisor behind a glass wall and came back and said "we will wave the fee this time because I didn't have you sign an agreement earlier". This was completely disrespectful to me, I did not expect them to wave the fee for this reason and would have paid the balance. The fact that this company thinks so little of its customers, that when asked for a supervisor- they still do not respond and thinks the $30 it cost for the balance was worth more to me than having a positive, enlightening conversation with a loyal Toyota customer is disrespectful. I would have valued that supervisor getting up from their chair and having a conversation ending in "we cannot honor that same policy at this location", rather than an pushy advisor come back and say "it's free today". Nevermind the fact that I had explained my future business was dependant on a conversation with a supervisor, and I was told "we do not diagnose or do challenging work on your vehicle because it is not a toyota, so we do not make any money off you to cover the fee from the oil change". I didn't even know that they wouldn't service my vehicle if something was wrong, I was under the impression they would. I am overall unsatisfied with the character of the employees I dealt with at this location, and will be seeking service from a different location. In my experience, Balise Toyota customers should not have to deal with pushy and unempathetic employees who only disregard customers feelings and lack the ability to explain their processes and routines to their customers thoroughly.

Borry Bc: I love my car that I purchased at this location. But in having done so I also bought the auto and rim insurance. I have called the over 5 times to book an appointment so that I can get it looked at and I was told that they do not have anyone to come out. They stated that they will give me a call back when they get a hold of someone. 6 months later, I’m still waiting for someone to look at it so that I can have it fixed and or replaced. My rim insurance will run out before they fix the issue. I feel that they should not sell auto and rim insurance if they can’t provide the services. Is anyone else having the same issue? Not sure if this is something that needs to be reported to the BBB.

Junhui Yang: I just bought a Camry from here, and the experience was truly great! The initial contact via phone was with Tina. She is very professional and she didn’t make me feel pressure at all when I was just inquiring about prices and hadn’t decided if I wanted to visit in person. She provided transparent costs of the car models that I was considering, and there was no surprise when I came purchase in store. She made me feel valued and personalized service - I called her the next day after my initial call inquiry and when I just said my name, she immediately remembered who I was and what car I needed. The salesperson, Adam Soufan, I worked with is also excellent and beyond my expectation. He is very knowledgable about the cars and very efficient in providing all information and documents I needed. Since I needed to get the car as soon as possible, he provided suggestions and timely assistance to get the car satisfactorily delivered to me at my expected time. He is very responsive to my messages, calls, and requests. The purchasing process with Adam was super pleasant - in addition to the awesome sales services he provided, he also makes people feel positive and upbeat. I would highly recommend working with Adam if you are getting a car! The delivery process of my car was also very smooth (and the car was with a full tank of oil!). I am very satisfied with my new car and the purchase experience at Lia Toyota of Wilbraham!

David Gardner: I traveled from Rochester NY to Lia Toyota Wilbraham MA to lease a 2023 Toyota RAV4 XLE. Traded in a 2022 Corolla LE that I travelled from Madison AL to lease in 2021. John Kupec, the General Manager has always been honest and awesome to deal with. Rick Greenaway the Finance Manager made it quick and easy to complete the paperwork. Goncalo Costa was a very professional sales consultant. They even sent a runner to meet me at the DMV in Troy NY to register the vehicle on my way home to Rochester immediately after we completed the paperwork. I have recommended them to family members that were very pleased with their purchase experiences.

This is not a 'Full' diagnostic, although Edward Ramos service manager states a full is a full diagogntic of the customers concern, not the entire car. The definition of full per Webster dictionary is and I quote, 'complete especially in detail, number, or duration, a full report, gone a full hour, my full share".They claim they care but when you give an issue specific to potential harm of a client they will state and I quote,"not sure why this is my problem", said Ed Ramos on a recorded line.By law a company speaking on a recorded line must state such recording is taking place prior to the inception of the conversation.Swallow the $150.00 and get $500.00 service, the $500.00 pays your tech more times over. Ps, basic research shows this review will change 20-30% of your customers opinion of going with your business. A new car pays for 200 techs to get paid Mr. GM, each 150 saved cost much more....Good job burying your own business...Simple business advice; 150 is not 500 and if you tick off enough customers that 150 takes away a new service or more important 30k in a new car.Your general manager will ruin your business....Update following iggnorant GM response: the problem was not the time lapse between full dignostic, manager told me they only do a full based on concern not the full car. General manager and aService manager clearly dont communicate. Ps, alternator was failing all last year and you would have caught that on the full diagnostic, voiding the reason for this visit.Ps, responding with pure iggnorance supports my comment.

Dajara Wright: I went to this dealership to look at a new car. I was not fully committed in buying anything but was open to ideas. I worked with Mike who was kind, patient and within an hour we had a deal on a car I wanted. I signed all paperwork and was told to come back in the afternoon.When I came back to meet with the finance manager, Ryan. The experience shifted. Ryan instantly assumed that because I had braids that I was from an island. He asked where I was from because of my accent; and when I said nowhere he said “ah I thought you were going yo say Jamaica. I have lived in Mass my entire life and have not a single accent especially one from an island. He then proceeded to talk down to me and questioned where I worked although I clearly outlined it. After he went over my credit he then said I dont have the offer that we agreed on early so it’s going to be more. I ended up walking out without a car although we agreed about 4 hours prior. I sent an email to the Manager that night. The next day I got a call from Mike apologizing but reporting they were looking at a different car. That was a lie because I signed for a specific car. He reported his manager wanted him to call to offer me a different car. I politely declined and hung up. While Mike was not the problem and Ryan the Finance Manager was racist and belittling and the General Manager couldn’t even call me himself to acknowledge my email I would never return there. I hope other women of Color do not have the same experience as I do.

Thalia Delarosa: We purchased our Ram Rebel from Lia Toyota back in July of 2022. After purchasing the truck we realized that after hitting bumps on the road the truck squeaked on the right side and the noise only increased when we put our windows down. After speaking to the service department at Lia Toyota the same week we purchased they made an appointment with the Ram dealership and the Ram dealership “determined” that it was the bushings and link kits. After so much back and forth Lia Toyota canceled the parts order TWO times and then we were made aware that the parts were on back order. They assured us that they would fix the problem but that we had to wait until the parts came in and if those parts weren’t the issue they’d figure it out. However, the wait time was unknown. By the time the parts came in we are out of the warranty miles/date. BUT my husband had to contact the service department on January of 2023 to check if the parts arrived (we were told we’d receive a call when they came in if he wouldn’t have called god knows when we would’ve been notified) This process was already a nightmare because my calls weren’t getting returned appropriately by Lia Toyota, there was miscommunication with the both dealerships causing me to call back and forth, and the attitude we were receiving from Lias service department specifically the service assistant manager Kelly was very upsetting. The attitude was so inappropriate we made sure that we brought it to her attention. After my husband contacted the service department and was notified that the parts were received we scheduled the appointment to get the truck fixed. We were so relieved because finally a truck that we pay so much for was finally going to be fixed. I was notified that the truck was ready for pickup and that the issue was resolved. I questioned the assistant manager Kelly if the truck was driven and if the problem with the noise was resolved. She proceeded to lie to me and tell me that yes it was driven and it was resolved. As soon as we picked up the truck and my husband exited Lia Toyota the noise was not only still there but it was WORSE AND HIGHER. This noise can be heard from other cars (as I was driving a separate car and could hear our truck behind me). I contacted Lia Toyota and they apologized however I had to call them 3 times in order to finally get a response and schedule an appointment so they can access our truck AGAIN. They finally contacted me and let me know that their service manager drove the truck and determined that the noise was coming from inside the car. That there was something loose with one of the seats. LOL. So I proceeded to make the assistant manager aware that this noise was something that was coming from the outside and you could hear it from other cars. She then proceeded to tell me that there was nothing else they could do. I can’t even believe the treatment that we’ve received from this service department. All we wanted was our truck to be fixed as we pay an insane amount for it monthly. This is definitely a dealership that we will not return to and it’s unfortunate because we had a good experience with our salesperson. Hopefully, Lia Toyota of Wilbraham does not brush this review under their rug and takes action against their service department. What a disappointment.
Anna Breton: My service advisor advised me that the passenger side mirror was damaged by an impact and that it would not be covered. I explained that it was not from an impact and that it was cracked along the placement of the defroster wiring (a mechanic had checked it and said it was a common problem). She insisted it was from an impact, basically calling me a liar. When I pushed back she then said she wasn’t qualified to determine the cause and she would speak to her supervisor. I informed her that if it wasn’t going to be covered I didn’t want it fixed. She said they would have to order the part anyway and I’d have to come back. I informed them when I scheduled the appointment that the mirror needed to be replaced but they didn’t order the part so now I have to go back.When I picked up my vehicle I was told to go pay. I was then told the location of my vehicle and had to ask for instructions on how to use the remote starter they installed.The experience was disappointing. Rude people!
Sarah Jayleen: Customer service here is poor.I have been a customer for Lia Toyota for about 3-2 years now. I have always went to this location for any service I need for my vehicle. I live in West Springfield and I  drive to Lia Toyota which is about 20 mins from my home knowing there is a Toyota Balise west Springfield location closer to me, However I loved the customer service here and that is why I have chose to drive out my way to this facility. On 12/31/22 I had an appointment for 1430 pm however, I stopped at sonic for some food and figured I would stop and get some food since the wait at the dealership was going to be long. I got there and a Caucasian male named Dale approached me and said I had came late to my service appointment and was unable to help me. Kelly king was there as a witness and I believe both came to an agreement to deny service on my vehicle due to them wanting to go home early. I left the facility very upset. I needed an oil change and the air and cabin filter changed. I have been late before and I  never got rejected for a vehicle service.EVER I am not returning here as a customer ever again. I drive out my way to come to Wilbraham  facility when my car needs service and I get  rejected. That is not right. From now on I am choosing Balise toyota in West Springfield much closer to my home.

Dan & Cora Desautel: After waiting 5 months for a “rare color” Lunar Rock RAV4, it finally came in. Unfortunately, the purchase and sales agreement provided to me in July was not honored when I came to pick up my vehicle. Instead, I was expected to pay an additional $800 for MSRP changes and pay $400 for accessories on the vehicle that I did not ask for. AND still have to pay $200 for the accessories I actually wanted on the vehicle. They tried to make it right by taking $400 off the deal, still expecting me to pay $1000 extra. Therefore, I walked away from this “very rare color” vehicle. On my way home, I called 4 other dealerships and 3 out of 4 had a Lunar Rock RAV4 coming within a month. So my word of advice to you is … do not settle for this small-time dealership. All of the Toyota dealerships are getting a random assortment of vehicles every month. There is no such thing as “ordering”. Call around to get what you want because there is no loyalty and no deals with the current market. I will never do business with this dealership again or refer anyone to them. The people I worked with were salesman Mark, Dave B, and Manager Riley.
B Rowe: Been going to Lia for years and have never been disappointed. Alek Godlew has always been my go to salesman there. He makes the process easy and painless which cannot be said for all car salespeople. Will continue to go back for any service or future sales needs!
Ray Hanechak: Aleksandr Godlew is our Sales Rep and he was excellent throughout the purchasing of our new Highlander. We had to wait for 3 months for the Highlander to arrive but Alek kept us informed when new information was available. We were leasing the Highlander we had and the lease was over in October. Alek provided us with the information for extending the lease until our new SUV came in. We have leased / purchased 3 SUVs from Lia and 7 other vehicles throughout our life. Our experience dealing with auto dealers was so bad we hated to purchase any vehicle. Alek made this purchase the quickest and easiest time for us. We can't thank Alek enough for making our experience so GREAT!!

Andrew Lass: AMAZING!!!! If you are like me, a bit wary of buying a new car and, worse, from a car dealer than check out Gale Toyota to be proven WRONG! This is the second time in my life (I'm 70+) that I purchased a new car. We wanted a van and noted that Toyota now makes an AWD hybrid Sienna. The reviews are excellent. However, our model is in very short supply. We were told it could take up to 8 months to locate one. Alex called us two month later with the good news. The whole purchase process was flawless (in spite of being out of state) and we are now extatic. To lay out a sizable amount of $$ and feel not only happy about what you bought but how you bought it, what a treat! In a sellar's market to boot! Our sales person Alex is an absolute gem, gentle and considerate, he hovered over us, explained everything and made me laugh. And Dominic, the general manager, who welcomed us the very first day we pulled up, waving keys (to try out a used Sienna), and came out to thank us and wish us goodby! I mean, they should open a coffee shop, a place to hang out. THANK YOU ALEX, THANK YOU SO MUCH, we now have a van we can both drive, safely, with my wheelchair tucked in and our young nephews silly, noisy, and safe in the second row captain seats!

Deke: Horrible service/rude treatment from the Sales General Manager. Nobody deserves treatment like that. We went to another Toyota dealership in Manchester and found much nicer people overall, with much better dispositions and superior service. We closed the deal immediately with them. He seems to have either a complex or maybe I caught him on bad days. In any event, when I heard the same from others I decided my experience was not all that unique. I took my vehicle to Honda Dealership in Chicopee to get a diagnostic check and a thorough inspection and I was told by the technician that I got a good deal on my vehicle and it was in great condition. I’ve known Mohammed for 10 years and I know him to be an honest trustworthy man. He takes good care of his customers. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

All the cars look like they come from auction, he fixes one or two things to make them turn on and won't even guarantee they pass inspection. Don't waste you time because he sure will.

Was lied to and told theres in-house financing issues but upon getting refunded found out that this Snake oil salesman sold the car to someone else after wasting 2 months of my time. Repeatedly had to remind Mohammad to send and/or fill out paperwork required by him. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Theodore Perry: Honestly I was concerned that yet again I’d be purchasing a vehicle from this city. Given my past experience with “our vehicles have broken air conditioning and it’ll take us years to fix anything” service. But this little gem, far exceeded my expectations. The owner was fair, timely and professional. And to top it off, this was the first time I’ve ever purchased a car and drove it off the lot and had it pass the state inspection on day one. They knew what was wrong with it and fixed it all in under 48 hours. Should I need another vehicle for my family, I will be sure to stop in again.

The dealer was really nice and helpful, he even stayed longer to fix a small front light bulb for free after we have completed our deal. The car passed inspection but there may be an issue with the fuel filter and the car had a hard time to start, so I'm waiting for him to give me a quote or something since the car is still within 7-day warranty. Overall, I would recommend to check this place out if you are looking for a used car.

Melissa Therrien: I bought a car from Dock Perry, brought it somewhere to be checked out and the place I brought it to recommended that I bring it back as the car has multiple leaks, needs a new transmission and has no catalytic converter. I’m more then sure he had his mechanic take it off before I bought the car. Selling a car without one is illegal. I contacted Dock cause he said if I brought the car back for any reason he would give me my money back. Now he don’t want to be true to his word. I have all the proof from the shop I took it too. I have contacted the attorney general’s office and the BBB as well. I will tell anyone I know to stay away from him and I will never go back either

I showed up at 2:30 and they still didn’t have the car back. They gave me an excuse about not having enough workers to pick the car up. An hour later they finally pick up the car. When I get there the car was in pretty bad shape. No description on the website either. Oil was all over the place, broken side mirror, ripped seats, a missing hose, body damage. Wouldn’t even pay 3k for the thing. But he’s got it listed for 5k.

mfaqiry1987: if i could give 0 stars i would!!...i dont usually EVER write reviews but i just had to let people be aware of how deceitful this place is...they tell you everything is ok with car and even let you test drive for a bit so everything seems ok that time only.....even gives you bogus papers to show it wasnt in any accidents...but every place u take it to diagnose something, they tell u this car been in an accident and thats why XYZ is damaged.... as soon as u buy it and drive off the lot get ready to spend money on repairs and repairs....i tested AC day i look at car in dealership, blowing out hot air and he says his workers are not there to diagnose it and maybe just needs some Freon .if i wanted to come back and drive 3 HOURS EACH WAY for them to diagnose the AC...i took his word AND MAN WAS THAT A LIE....I NEEDED TO REPLACE COMPRESSOR, CONDENSER, AND LINES CUZ OF the "no accidents" which he claims it was never in....needed shocks and struts..needed brakes and rotors...Leaking EVERYWHERE underneath!!!...alternator gave out in a few weeks and had me stuck in long island during a hurricane to get it repaired ...IVE SPENT MORE MONEY IN REPAIRS THAN WHAT I PAID FOR THE CAR...CHANGE THE NAME "BEST VALUE AUTO SALES" ...your cars have no value

Emily Bray: Edit: Since the owner doesn't recall selling to me, my name is Emily bray I was the pregnant woman who bought a 2011 Honda Odyssey back in February spent over $10,000, only to take it to a repair shop a week later to be inspected and had to spend $2000 on repairs his warranty didn't cover. Now 7 months later I've been left stranded with my infant on hot summer days because the cars electrical does what it wants. The car has broke down 3 times and I've had to get towed to a shop every time. I've spent $5000+ on repairs. I needed a new alternator, sway bars, battery, timing belt, brake pads, rotors, front axel, and my transmission flushed. The car shakes at high speeds due to the transmission and I was told that the only way to fix it is to replace the whole thing. I am out of money because of this guy. DO NOT BUY FROM BEST VALUE AUTO.
