Bradford Hart: Purchase an oil filter here and they literally just gave it to me over the counter loose. This is a critical part that if any dirt gets in it can destroy an engine. Not doing good service to their customers or their engines. A paper bag at least.
Alan Prescod: I took my Lincoln MKC in for oil change and I was received with a warm welcome and greeted by name. Shown where the waiting room was and asked if they cauld get me a coffee. The employees were friendly and would chat with me of and on as I wait for the completion of the work. The rep then came and told me that the lug nuts needed replacement and that they took care of it. Awesome, nice, sweet, taking care of my safety and caring. Outstanding service. John Baker: On March 25, we saw a 2023 Ford Explorer that just seemed right for us. In fact, our 2012 Ford Taurus SEL was purchased from Sarat Ford and we have nothing but good things to say about their service department.So, on March 25th, the Explorer that we liked was at another Ford Dealership under the Sarat brand called Family Ford in Enfield. We were told to make an appointment to come back the next day and test drive that SUV, and sign the papers. We agreed to $ 42,485, for the Explorer and we got a great deal with our trade in, plus incentives and we agreed to a down payment of $ 10,000. Great so far .... Now things start to fall apart.We arrived at our appointment on March 26th, only to be told taht there was no one available to drive the Explorer up from Family Ford. No phone call to advise us, no advance warning that the Explorer was not there.... nothing.Ok, the salesman was all apologies, and we left with another appointment for the next day, March 27th, and told the SUV will be there. So, we arrive, and no Explorer. It seems that the Sarat Ford brand at Enfield went to an auction instead of bringing the Explorer to where we waiting. We waited for an hour for this.In the final analysis, the lines of communications within the Sarat Ford brand has literally no dependability, no sese of business seeing $ 42,485 on their income statement, much less consideration for the salesman's work and efforts to earn his commission, providing for his family.I have yet to see such a "I could care less" demeanor, total disrespect and belligerency for what end of the checkbook these people are at.If anyone, and I mean anyone, wants to see why the imports are killing us, look no further than the Sarat Ford brand of doing businesss..

Ed Babski: Last year I bought $120,000 Shelby Super Snake from Sarat Ford. I recently brought it in for an oil change. When I went to pick it up I noticed on the paperwork that they put the wrong oil in my Shelby. They put 5W30 in, and right on the oil cap it says it requires 5W50. If I didn't notice this it would have ruined my engine! They didn't even apologize for the error! I had to wait for them to replace the oil with the right oil. But did they? The service tech was more concerned about the price of the oil change than whether they put the right oil in. Owner (Sarat) DOESN'T RETURN PHONE CALLS.

I brought my vehicle in for a warranty repair (replacing a rear main seal due to an oil leak) Repair took 4 days, vehicle still leaked. Brought it back, was told I had a different leak (transmission gasket)... repaired it, brought it home... vehicle still leaked. Came back a 3rd time, was told rear main seal was faulty... replaced it again (took 3 days). Brought it home, vehicle still leaked. Came back and was told they cannot figure out what is wrong. Additionally, driveshaft bolts were not tightened after completing one of the jobs and my vehicle broke down on the side of the road thankfully not while I was transporting children as part of my business. Never received apologies from anyone and still have a vehicle with an oil leak. Called Ford Customer Relations for approval to have my own, competent mechanic repair my vehicle and submit for reimbursement... they were of no help at all. Like I said... pathetic.

Spoke to a gentleman and was directed to the service department and there I met a young man by the name of Cameron Green. Told him my situation about my car and they booked me an appointment for a few days later and I went for this appointment and Cameron green was the person I spoke to. He was both professional, attentive, and being a woman. I figured I'd be a little intimidated in a man's world of automotive, but it was not like that at all. He was very professional. Very kind. He listened the car needed to have a diagnostic done and he went out of his way to accommodate me to leave the car and his general manager whose name escapes me. Sorry took me home and picked me up the following morning. Now these people were not obligated to do this because I didn't buy anything from them. But it was an awesome awesome experience and anybody that needs to have work done there very professional. Very honest and I look forward to bringing all my automobile concerns to this company. I highly recommend them. You can't go wrong with that kind of personal attention which is so lacking in our world today. This company has it. Craig Lebeau: Never again! I bought a used Cadillac CTS from them, during the test drive, there was a noise (sounded like brake pads). Was told they were going to go through it and fix any issues. Got a call a few days later saying the car was all set. When I went and picked the car up, the noise was still there. When I called and told them, they told me they couldn’t fix it because it was a GM product and I should bring it to their Chevy dealer. Turns out it was the rear differential needs repair. They have had the car for two weeks now with little or no communication with me as to any updates. I’ve called numerous times trying to get answers, but no one will return my call. I called today only to find out the parts are on back order and they don’t know when they are going to get them but said it could be in a couple of months. I asked if I could just get my money back but the sales manager told me nope, he doesn’t have to refund my money because he is offering to fix it. Never again!!!!

The reason I am giving 4 stars to the dealership as a whole is that when I arrived at the dealership, the vehicle price was 2K higher than the online price. We agreed on a price slightly above the online price and I put a deposit on it. I went back on the website later that day and the vehicle was still listed and the price had been changed to the price 2k higher. Seemed a bit fishy to me. In the end, I'm happy with the car.

michael wiggins: Worst service department as you can get! No knowlegable staff !Brought f150 3 days ago for a diagnostic check and when I made the appointment they said $130 for diagnostic. When I dropped truck off it went to $145 . I have a front end noise that they couldn't find but they found almost $4000 in other repairs but not the problem why I brought it there. So I had to help them find the noise and which I did. The shop foreman went outside with me and located sound within 3min So I was told that I had to fix the recommended $4000 repairs first to rule out everything else first. I decided not to do that because most of things they said to fix had nothing to do with my front end noise. Very interested to hear what he thinks if happens to come across this thread . John Baker: Sensitive to the situationWe received a statement for work done on our 2012 Ford Taurus SEL for a little over $ 200. We made out a check and mailed the statement and what we thought was the check, back. Unfortunately, because of things, we mailed a COPY of what we had, including a COPY of our check, back to Marcotte Ford. We got a call about this mix up, and a polite call it was, and we assured the lady we talked to that we would be right down in the afternoon and pay our bill. When I arrived and told the cashier my name and why I was there, she called the lady that called us, and we spoke briefly, and I paid on cash what was rightly owed Marcotte Ford.Now here's the thing, the cause of this mix up on our end, was as embarrassing as it was a personal issue. No one made an issue of it with the cashier nor the lady that called us. This was handled politely, as it was personal.Thank you for your understanding, your reasonableness, and especially, my thanks for the way I was treated by the cashier and the lady that called us.It's rare to find people in business who understand, and take the time to reason, beyond the balance sheet.Thank you.
Jeff Cinelli: This review is long overdue. I suspect Google will cut me off before I can finish all that I'd like to say. Bottom line, it's difficult to find a dealer that provides a better customer experience than Marcotte Ford. Sales: They really strive to get you in the vehicle you want, at a fair price. They don't sell over sticker price like some dealers. People come many miles just to purchase a vehicle here. Service: Second to none. There's a separate facility at the complex for Commercial vehicle service. Service is not an afterthought here, it's a priority. From the time you're greeted when you pull into the service bay until the time you drive away, the customer service is top notch. Rental: Think about how many dealerships have a rental dept that provide you a free service loaner if your vehicle repair is going to be tied up. Some places are catching on. Others only offer you a courtesy ride. These guys pull up a new vehicle for you to drive off in while yours is being serviced. And if you need a rental for any reason, Call Marcotte's rental dept. Parts: These guys know their stuff! Food: They have a cafe right in the middle of the dealership. Not only do you get great food, but you can get some work done while you eat and wait. Overall: This family owned business really cares about the people that walk through their door. I've been going to Marcotte for more years than I'd care to mention. And some of the personnel have been there longer than I have. If you're considering a Ford vehicle, be sure to visit Marcotte. If you're unsure of what kind of vehicle you'd like to be driving, consider this: Sooner or later, every vehicle will need to be serviced. It's worth your while to establish a relationship with a dealer who treats you right, start to finish, and provides that exceptional service. So if you can find a vehicle there that suits your needs, it just makes sense to visit them. And if you're worried about being high pressured into making a decision, just go visit their cafe for breakfast or lunch. It's open to the public. While you eat, look around you, and experience what a positive atmosphere at a dealership really feels like. You won't be disappointed.

The person who answered the phone grunted, "ugn" I said, hi I'm calling about your car listed on Craigslist. He replied, "ugh". After a few back forths, questions responded with grunting, the guy finally asked, rudely "what car are you talking about?" . I then asked if I called a dealership and his response was "ung". I hung up.

He tried to take advantage of her cause she's old ND fragile. Please don't go to this place. These ppl are not good at what they do. Thank God my husband was with her. So she didn't get robbed for her money and credit. Do better ppl. God's watching .

Allison Arthur: I found a great vehicle and staff really works with you. But the Car had a bad transmission and Engine light came on the day after I wrote this review. They took not only $500 down payment, my husband credit is 700 , so they didn't have to work hard to get us in a vehicle. Now they take the Rouge back so supposedly fix and gave us a loaner. Now they are threatening us to bring loaner back and just pay for Uber until they fix the Rouge. LEMON LAW. They are ONLY for people with bad credit. Not us.
