Evgeniy Kuznetsov: These guys installed Trailer hub seal, After one week the seal started leaking again, they forgot to remove the old seal metal ring and they installed a new seal on the old one. They don’t want to admit their mistake and are finding multiple stupid reasons that aren’t reasonable to not return my money.
Rick S: Honest is the key word here. I trust Tony to only fix what's needed and I take his advice every time. Great operation and trusted mechanics, can't ask for more.

AL habib Imaging: I came here 9 in the morning with a return air sensor issue they started working on my unit 10:30 and 11:30 i am hooking my trailer griffin is a great guy and knows what he is doing. Professional people. Really appreciate their work.
Oleksandr Savchuk: I came in with sensor issue and technician connected computer and issue was fixed in 15 min .But to drag the time technician did pre trip inspection twice and also included a charge "shop supply" but couldn't explain what that meant when I asked what supply they used.I don't recommend this place.I ended up paying for 2 hours which cost me 313$ for 15 min job.I would completely understand if they charged me for an hour but 2 hours come on...

Hankthetrucker h: This is my second time at this place (the refrigerated department.) The first time I came here my reefer shut down earlier in the day I went to Dave's truck Repair and Brandon got it started he suggested I bring the reefer to this place to find out the problem the tech at Carrier Trans cold told me that since the problem was fix he could not determine what happen even though I explained how Brandon fix the problem I was charged over 400 dollars for basically nothing I mean the tech basically took a flash light looked around the motor and said nothing wrong here's your bill. I went back to place because my reefer needed a to be charged I may have to take it back again because I have had a error code since my last visit. To charge my reefer was 888.01 I did call Carrier to let them know about the problems I have had since they charged the reefer I will let yawl know what happened
Michael A Oddo JR: Friendly and helpful staff but beware this place is a very high priced and charge book time for all repairs regardless how fast its done kinda messed up if you ask me but it is what it is if you gotta get rolling forward its what you gotta do just wish they help O/O a lot more not everyone has a Corporate Credit card you know!?
Carl Bernard: Always have a good experience here. We have this crew fix many of the major issues with our reefer units. If given a bit of advance notice can drop off trailers to be repaired. Also in a good spot just a mike from Performance Foodservice and Big Y DC in Springfield, Massachusetts. Also is just about 10 minutes from the Pride Ambest Travel Center off of exit #6 I-90

I came in wanting an oil change done on my RV, and they discovered when driving it that one of my rear brakes was completely ruined and I needed a new rotor and brake pads. I was on the way back from a 10k mile road trip and didn’t have a lot of time to spend waiting for work to be done but I needed to make sure my rig was safe!!! Sarah Carling: This company is a joke. They lie to pull you in. I did a lease Prichard, I'm now way behind on everything and can't getthem to get me enough miles to get a paycheck but oh if I was company driver they could. Getting me a lawyer, didn't sign up to work for free, suing for my truck payments and them breaking contract. Promised at least 2500 miles a week.. only one time.. my Elkhorn take home average was about 300.. don't pay for squat. Have not eaten in 3 days, nothing but water to drink. Over it. They won't pay for me to get my dog home so I'm gonna let them come pick their truck up. Over it. They are terrible to work for.

Amber Tanis: The mechanics at this shop are great dudes. They communicated everything that was going on with my truck; kept me in the loop. Yeah, the lounge area is bare bones, but there is laundry, microwave, toaster oven, fridge and comfy chairs to chill in while you wait. There is a company van if you need as well.
Cody Darby: They claim to hire felons but they do not. I don’t understand why companies claim to hire felons and it’s not true. Felonies over 5 or 7 years old are ancient history. Most of all jobs will hire you past that point. At that point I could work in a factory making more than they offer as a production worker or chemical mixer with better benefit packages and be home daily plus room to advance. Don’t waste your time if you’re looking for a trucking company that’ll hire you. If your charge is over 5 years old go get a better paying job somewhere else. Also, they never said anything back. I reached back out instead of them telling me directly that they couldn’t hire me after knowing of my felony.
Bluu Jaii: Access to drivers lounge is possible if you already know the code or they're still open. No paper towels or toilet paper in the bathroom. No television in the driver's lounge. Washer and dryer is like the only real plus
