(2017 volvo 780) called at 745am was in a bay by 845am and ac was working great by 1130, Paid(very very fair price) and was on my merry way. This is a last minute ac job in August. They came through for me when I needed a great shop the most. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Buks Botes: My wife and I are from South Africa and we purchased a motorhome in 2017 for our extended travels in the USA. This is our second season and we are doing 6 months in the US and a cross Canada (Montreal to Vancouver) for an additional 3-4 months. This will add serious mileage to our coach and we had to service our 30 feet Newmar gas vehicle - and how do you find the best guys around given the fact that we had no references and or contacts - we were just passing through. We have experienced some great service during our travels but, were also subjected to mild and the odd occasion, severe exploitation when we had to do minor repairs to the coach as well as a service for our Honda CRV.I spent a few days on the internet trying to find someone who came recommended and reviewed - I ended up with Bay State Truck Services. They had no negative reviews and seemed to be a decent outfit. I made an appointment over the phone to take the coach in and a few days later we left our campgrounds and drove over an hour to get there. I spoke with Russ and Craig, president of the company and I introduced myself and discussed with him my expectations for the service and the fact that we will be doing a long distance road trip in unknown territory. We need someone to check over our vehicle and make sure we wont get stuck with problems.Craig seems to be running a very efficient operation; buildings looked neat and well kept, the grounds were tidy and the first impression was that they were running a professional and well oiled operation - no pun intended! I had a budget in mind based on previous repairs and a similar service on my Honda - the look of the operation also pointed to good service which obviously would come at a price. I checked the vehicle in and just around noon, the phone rang and Craig told me that I could come and fetch my vehicle.To end a long story, I was presented with a bill that I thought was a joke at first ……….. about a quarter of what I was budgeting for. They did a fabulous job - I did a number of miles since the service on Jul 13 as I wanted to make sure all were right before I posted the review.Guys, you could have taken advantage of me and I wouldn't have flinched to pay four times more than what you charged me - I wouldn't have known any better other than to pay up. All I can say is THANK YOU for excellent service and workmanship, your kind and professional conduct and above all, your honesty and integrity. I still think that you UNDERCHARGED me but I will also pay it forward when the opportunity presents itself.God bless and may Bay State Truck Services prosper a thousand times over.

Promised at least 2500 miles a week.. only one time.. my Elkhorn take home average was about 300.. don't pay for squat. Have not eaten in 3 days, nothing but water to drink. Over it. They won't pay for me to get my dog home so I'm gonna let them come pick their truck up. Over it. They are terrible to work for.

Yeah, the lounge area is bare bones, but there is laundry, microwave, toaster oven, fridge and comfy chairs to chill in while you wait. There is a company van if you need as well.

Cody Darby: They claim to hire felons but they do not. I don’t understand why companies claim to hire felons and it’s not true. Felonies over 5 or 7 years old are ancient history. Most of all jobs will hire you past that point. At that point I could work in a factory making more than they offer as a production worker or chemical mixer with better benefit packages and be home daily plus room to advance. Don’t waste your time if you’re looking for a trucking company that’ll hire you. If your charge is over 5 years old go get a better paying job somewhere else. Also, they never said anything back. I reached back out instead of them telling me directly that they couldn’t hire me after knowing of my felony.

Bluu Jaii: Access to drivers lounge is possible if you already know the code or they're still open. No paper towels or toilet paper in the bathroom. No television in the driver's lounge. Washer and dryer is like the only real plus
