Hung Duong: I bought a Sienna 2015 and traded in my Juke 2011. Before pick up my van, I asked Josh if everything are ok, he said. Two days later, I found out van come with parking sensors, and it doesn't work. Josh told me to bring the van back to check. When I brought the van to dealer, Charles had a technician check and told me I have to bring my van to Toyota dealer to diagnose it and I have to pay for it and if it cost to much, they will not pay for it, so I didn't take it to dealer. Josh verified my Juke with Carfax and it showed 3 car accidents, now he put it on sale and showed 2 accidents.Watch out for this dealership
Pro Comet: The guy Josh is about unwelcoming as a blackhole. If you qualify with third-party finance party, he’ll change his tone and approach with you. Other than that it’s; take a seat, have an application slid to you, results, nothing? Bye. Not helpful. Doesn’t help you if you have challenged credit. Though he’ll mention the credit decisions aren’t made up by him. But if you have a well paying job, favorable deposit= nope! Skip this place.

After looking for over a year and many heartbreaks while shopping for a new car, I was relieved to find the perfect car for myself here. Other places I looked at took a long time to respond and they never explained anything to me. This place is different from any other auto business, the owners care about their customers and make sure everything is good to go. I got my car in a few days from test drive to driving it off the lot. Charles explained everything to me and made the process so easy. He made sure I got the best price for my car and once I received the car, he went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. The owners are super professional and knowledgable, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good, quality vehicle.
Nick Coury: Found their prices to be competitive and cars well maintained even at high mileage. They stuck with me through every step of the process and were very responsive, even taking my car to a service center for a pre-purchase inspection. During the 30-day warranty period required by MA one of the solenoids on my new car had an issue and they repaired it and a couple extra items without charging me labor on the extra tweaks not covered under the warranty, which was really appreciated.
Karan Parkin: We purchased a used 2013 GMC Yukon Denali from Union Street and cannot be more pleased. We named her BIG Betty White!Both Charles and Josh were wonderful throughout the process. The pricing was very fair, and they fixed literally everything on the vehicle before pick up - from new tires to suspension issues and made the maintenance current. They also did all the run-around to get insurance, registry stuff done. The vehicle is spotless!We have decided that Union Street Auto is our new used-car dealers, and mechanics. Theodore Perry: Honestly I was concerned that yet again I’d be purchasing a vehicle from this city. Given my past experience with “our vehicles have broken air conditioning and it’ll take us years to fix anything” service. But this little gem, far exceeded my expectations. The owner was fair, timely and professional. And to top it off, this was the first time I’ve ever purchased a car and drove it off the lot and had it pass the state inspection on day one. They knew what was wrong with it and fixed it all in under 48 hours. Should I need another vehicle for my family, I will be sure to stop in again.

I recently bought a car from them not more than 3 months ago and I already have to replace the engine and they are not willing to do anything for me. Now I’m just stuck making payments on a car that doesn’t even run. Ima take my L, but I’m just warning people. I also had numerous people told me they had the same issues with them. They also have another dealership in Westfield, Ma I beleive.. Do not buy any of their over priced junk they are scam artist..

Nguyễn Viết Chí Bảo: Bought my first car from this dealer yesterday. The dealer was really nice and helpful, he even stayed longer to fix a small front light bulb for free after we have completed our deal. The car passed inspection but there may be an issue with the fuel filter and the car had a hard time to start, so I'm waiting for him to give me a quote or something since the car is still within 7-day warranty. Overall, I would recommend to check this place out if you are looking for a used car.

Eric Couture: Cars do not pass inspection the salesman lied to me The car was not gone through when they got it The oil change was not done it was black and the oil filter look like has been on there for several months it failed for headlight tail lights for moisture and failed for wipers which I had to replace myself it also failed for front end play and window tint was too dark They took the window tin off and left the glue all over my window and left it sticky They had my car for a week and did nothing They tried to fix the tail lights which they did not fix at all cuz they did not want to buy new ones supposingly the front end was fixed and it was the problem which was not fixed The front end still has play in it after a month owning the car I have to put a new transmission and torque converter in I brought it to the dealer and to a transmission place They both stated that I need a new transmission and a new torque converter because my transmission is going I paid almost $10,000 for this car I am going to be spending another 5200 to $5,500 for a new transmission please do your research do not go to this dealer me and my wife are highly thinking of going to talk to my lawyer and think about going to court also The air conditioner does not work either which the car salesman said it did and the air conditioner does not work. I highly recommend you stay away from this dealership They will take advantage of you They will rip you off please do your research first and go to another dealer.
Theodore Perry: Financed a car here, we were in dire need of something to at least get to work. The vehicle had no air conditioning, a busted wiper bar, 3 bald tires, and a cut seat belt. We were assured these would be addressed and it would pass inspection. 3 months later, the wiper bar is fixed and everything else was not. The seat belt was removed to circumvent the safety regulations. However it failed inspection, the blower motor died, the alternator died, and now the check engine light is on. We legitimately had to take out a loan to do repairs that they failed to do. Save yourself the time and just walk everywhere.Or just buy a car from Connecticut.

Brianna Perez: I have never been treated in such a disrespectful manner in any business I have ever walked into. I just left his business to discuss prices on a car that I knew was over priced. The car was 11,000 miles over. I asked for 1,200 off (as anyone would) upfront in cash no finance (not including his sales prices, taxes & etc) The first time I went to see the vehicle I was with my mother. I noticed Jonathan’s sale tactics were more for sale than it was quality. He consistently kept trying to hassle that the car was clean. The second time I returned with my father and his whole attitude changed. After he agreed with my mother that he would discuss prices with me I ran from my job to him to see the car again with my father. When we got there to look at the car and started discussing prices he immediately shut us down and took away the keys from my father. And stated “ He would have never came out if he knew that we were trying to low-ball him” and started to walk away. He treated us terribly with no explanation other than that the car was a Honda and that’s “self explanatory” as we walked away to return to my vehicle I over heard Jonathan say under his breath that we were “ a waste of his f**cking time” I asked Jonathan to repeat himself and he did and walked away. As a business owner Jonathan you should grow one and learn how to treat people with better manners and MAYBE you would get your asking prices. I will never return and I will be telling everyone up and down Boston road to avoid his business for his over priced vehicles and poor customer service.

Nick Bergeron: I purchased a Mercedes-Benz through him for $11,000 come to find out he got the car for $3000 from the auction upon receiving the vehicle the vehicle had major water damage I contacted him immediately to get it fixed he told me he would fix it. Rather than fixing it he tried waiting six months so he thought he would be OK. At the end of the six months of waiting he indicated to me I should do insurance fraud which I told him I would never do. Then he told me it’s my problem now so I’ll see him in court .

Won’t tell me when my car will be done or where it is been 2 weeks already. He flipped out on me and told me I should have bought a BRAND NEW car if I didn’t want any problems and told me I’m young and I don’t know anything Only because I showed up a week after to find out when it would be done (which I have a video of) He has taken total advantage of me for being a young women. I would not recommend them!! Save your money instead of putting it into this POS “business”.
Attree Cummings: We bought a car Saturday and was told it runs great and will pass inspection because it just passed in September. Well. What we were NOT told was that the oil, transmission and radiator all needed to be flushed!! The rotors (all 4) are bad with new break pads on the front to make it Look good back pads are still bad. There’s a belt that needs to be replaced a light needs to be changed and an alignment with possible new tires. All these things that need to be done and the car will still pass inspection so they are not responsible for helping us fixing any of it. Still need to pay for this and registration and an inspection sticker. Will not buy another car from y’all. The only reason for 2 stars was because in the mean time I was able to leave my old car there for 5days until I could junk it. Thanks for letting me purchase a new car and put all my savings into it.

We had the misfortune of working with Phil, who, after commenting on how short the test drive was, told my dad “she’s too much of a girl!” He also made quite sure I knew that the car behind where I parked was worth $40k, because obviously without that information I would have just blindly backed into it.Save yourself the condescension, the sexism, and the trip. There were a few things he suggested I bring up with the dealer and everything I brought up was fixed. Two months into ownership, I brought my car back my mechanic for a look over before my warranty expired and everything is still great!If you want a stress free experience, during and after purchase, make sure Pat's is on your list of places to shop!

Phil came to the rescue and worked to get my car back on the road. He picked me up when I was broken down and also hauled my Vette back to his garage as I took his car home for the night.He fixed the problem and he didn’t charge anywhere near what it would have cost to fix the car.I took my vintage Vette to a VCCA national meet for judging original condition Chevys.I won first price in my catagory.I couldn’t be happier. Todd: Very nice people but sold me a car that ended up having numerous problems.Should of done more research before buying this car.Original ad stated as being a one owner car but ended up having 3 owners. Some problems were fixed by dealer before final purchase but ended up costing me more money to have done correctly less than 5,000 miles later.

I took my vehicle to Honda Dealership in Chicopee to get a diagnostic check and a thorough inspection and I was told by the technician that I got a good deal on my vehicle and it was in great condition. I’ve known Mohammed for 10 years and I know him to be an honest trustworthy man. He takes good care of his customers. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I've gone in twice looking for a car and he gives the same "no joy rides" or just makes excuses not to show you what you want to look at. Once I told him I was looking to pay cash, his attitude changed. He was ready to show me every car in the lot. He charges top dollar for junk cars. All the cars look like they come from auction, he fixes one or two things to make them turn on and won't even guarantee they pass inspection. Don't waste you time because he sure will.
Mike Grey: AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Understaffed, unprofessional, dishonest. Mohammad Baghdadi Had me waiting over a month to pick up a car that never ended up being ready to drive. I opted to buy a different vehicle with 50 percent down and had signed the title already. Was lied to and told theres in-house financing issues but upon getting refunded found out that this Snake oil salesman sold the car to someone else after wasting 2 months of my time. Repeatedly had to remind Mohammad to send and/or fill out paperwork required by him. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Melyblaze Gardens: If you value your car and safety do not use this shop. I just reported them to BBB, Attorney General office, and consumer affairs because they faked repairs that were not done to my car and charged me for it. My car was never fixed instead of telling me they could not fix the problem on my car they charged me $850 didn’t let me test drive the car after repairs insisted they drive it and while they were driving it my car shut off and stalled and the mechanic said it’s because my car has to warm up. Right then I knew he was lying and soon enough I confirmed this when I drove my car and it stalled again. I called the mechanic and he specifically told me he doesn’t care he’s not giving me a refund and if I bring my car back there he would have it towed. I have several witnesses and have already reported them to the Attorney General office, BBB, and I’m currently seeking legal action because they took advantage of me because I was a women and he rushed me to pick up my car because it was Friday a day before 4th of July weekend and he had already had my car for 4weeks at this point and said it was due to parts being shipped late yet when I called for these same parts the dealer had them in stock. They took advantage of me because I was a woman they opened my transmission when my car was there for a sensor and when they realized they messed up they called me said my car was fixed and charged me $850 when my car stalled not even two blocks from there shop they refused repair and threatened to have my car towed if I brang it back. I’m also filling charges with the police because it gets worse but because of the legal case I cannot share this information. I will tell you do not use this place if you value your car because now I have to buy another car and waste my time in court because these men thought I was going to be a easy victim.
