Ana Cotto: Very nice place. Very spacious and a lot of parking. The manager (Joann) was nice at the beginning when we met to rent hall and during the beginning of decorations, but later during the decorations, catering and party her actions and words were very unacceptable. It seems like she watched every move we made. Commented that my guest were slobs because there was a little bit of rice on the tables. Was rude to the Dj and caterers. Quoted me 1 price but charged another. Pretty much rushed us out even though I was supposed to have the hall till eleven, when I started to just clean one table the next thing I see her (Joann) and the bartender cleaning and stripping the other tables without my consent plus it wasn’t even 10pm. Bartender closed bar an 1 hour earlier. Manager (Joann) Tried moving my Dj and tables without asking Me. For such a nice and pricey location the manager (Joann) is very micromanaging and her comments were rude. My guests loved the place but didn’t like her behavior.. I’ve rented venues before and never had someone watch us or treat us like if we were 5 year olds. Sorry but you could of had more potential renters but after they experienced her behavior they weren’t interested any longer. I think that I should receive at least my deposit back for all my troubles plus I was given one price and asked for a deposit but when I questioned her she said it was part of the price. I hope to hear back from the owner. Thank you

Shereese: I emailed this facility to inquire about hosting an event with them and requested additional information regarding their establishment. Was very polite, and gave them a date I was interested in. They responded with "this date is taken". Nothing else.They weren't interested in giving me anymore info about their services, nor did they ask if another date would work, they simply did not want my business.
