CrissyKiss: This was my first purchase from them and it will absolutely be my last. I purchased a 500$ wig after visiting the shop two times previously, the first time I was greeted by the owner who seemed genuine and very kind and like he cared for his customers. I purchased this wig and explained I’m trying to lighten it and I wanted a wig I could install and wear until my natural hair grows out. I am a hairstylist of 9 years. I am a colorist and very experienced this hair was marketed as able to receive chemical services which I was fully explicit about how I was going to lighten it. I want to add I used olaplex and gentle bleach that has bonders and conditioner in the mix as well as the developer. The wig hair snapped off after being gently treated with 20 volume for 20 minutes. The wig hair smelt of chemicals and left melting hair all over. I spoke with Dana from there store messaged them on Instagram and sent pictures. I was given a call a day later and told that they will do nothing for me. Knowing I’m a brand new customer and I dropped 500$ on a wig my first purchase with them and they decided to say they couldn’t do anything for me, no store credit or anything and then also told me that they would only offer for me to buy another wig and then get a discount on that but not a store credit or nothing which they could have done. Terrible customer service and the quality of the hair is awful speaking in terms of the wig I bought. I wouldn’t invest any money in a place like this or wigs like this because you could be sold a wig that is falsely advertised and then be out 500$. They definitely lost a customer that would have returned. BUYER BEWARE!
