Dress for Success Western Massachusetts: what do users think?
Janet Goba: Dress For Success Western Massachusetts is an all encompassing non-profit devoted to helping women professional clothing, work readiness education, digital literacy coaching, mentoring- all services are free. All you have to do is reach out!
Desiree Rock: Amazing service! They go above and beyond for those in need of clothing for interviews and jobs. Clothes, shoes, purses, scarfs, jewelry, coats, everything. Omg I'm a happy customer!
W.Sabrina Jamison Keaton: I caught the Fill a Bag Sale. Timing is Everything. The Volunteers were AA Absolutely Awesome. Maybe you can make it buy some things it is a Fund raiser. Thanks Dress for Success for access & whomever posted this event!!
Mimi Rigali: Wonderful organization helping women in our area
Lisa St. Amand: I went to my first D. For. S. event today and wow!! What a great experience!! No one was followed around, the ladies there were amazing! They were so encouraging to go ahead and pack as much in a bag that you can. They even rolled up each thing tightly and fit an incredible amount of items in one bag! It was exciting and set up like a regular store. Stylishly set up and just fantastic!
Stuff Insuff: It’s a nice idea, and I get that it’s free... but wow this place is terrible! You are not allowed to pick out your own clothes. For some reason the woman who runs it makes you wait until she is free and then picks out clothes for you.You are allowed zero input or control over what you try on. I am under 30 and a size 10-12. She would only allow me to wear hidius 90’s pants suits that were a size 16! And then said that was still too tight! I told her I thought I looked frumpy and she said “how so?” Like hello I’m wearing a circus tent here! If I had showed up to any interview wearing that I wouldn’t have blamed them for not even letting me in the door.

YWCA-Western Massachusetts: what do users think?
Annaleigh Silva: Great place just communicate and work with them
Natasha James: Great, wonderful, and amazing. So much respect I Loved the staff there. I was there a few years back so much peace there I enjoyed every minute. Great place.
Autumn Brockett: great place
Marley Quinn: Shame on you! How can you turn down a woman with two kids who is in a life threatening situation? Especially when you have a space that’s open. I’ve been calling to speak to a supervisor to get a reason why I don’t “qualify” and no one would get back to me. I bet because there isn’t a reason. How anyone can support an organization like this is beyond me.
Rakinya Young: ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE, especially in times of despair and desperation, from fleeing violence an chaos. Very hypocritical values and standards that the staff don't ABIDE too, while they inflict more damage to one's psyche by continuous bullying by staff, an very poor treatment. You leave there feeling more unraveled then when you arrived, and if you go to the higher-ups they do nothing unless you're white, so you'll build a lot of resentment towards staff. You will also become angry and bitter by your treatment there, which is normal if you're harassed continuously an degradation sets in, but they'll use the passive aggressiveness against you, which they caused. The African American staff are the worst when it comes to treatment, and very belittling an condescending towards others, especially their own. It is impossible to work on one's self, or perform self-care when it feels like you are in a institutional like setting to say the least. They beat you downnnn so far that it seems impossible to get back up and leaves you feeling lost an empty without no where else to go, instead of the opposite way. It's beyond appalling what goes on there behind-the-scenes but if them walls could talk, you would be utterly disgusted by what you hear. The case manager's are great, and truly seem sincere while trying to help you progress in getting back on your feet an back into society. Only upside while being there's, also another wonderful woman that worked graveyard shift, was the Lord's blessings in disguise for those of us that needed it the most, a divine -earth Angel, sent to mend and heal the suffering of others because she has been through it herself.🙏

Enid Lugo: It awonderful place for the homeless
Janet Goba: A kind, generous, respectful shelter. A worthy cause . Call first if you have winter coats to donate to arrange drop off. As of 12/15/22 they were unable to accept clothing donations due to lack of storage. I encourage everyone to donate and/volunteer for this exceptional irganization.
Amber Laviolette: Resourceful however very difficult staff and hard getting program information.
Dave G: It was nice to be able to volunteer and help out people who need it.
Carmen Velazquez: Dey need to organize people outside in the parking lot
Lizzie Aponte: I passed by to see a friend that called me that wasn't need and I seen more drug transactions there and then anywhere else in Springfield right in front of the camera so I rate this real poor
Letticia Chacon: There always giving back to some people that don't want to change there lives or follow the rules, don't take them for granted.
Daniel Barbosa: Gloria a Dios por la oportunidad de poder servirle al prójimo Dios los continue bendiciendo
Diamond Edmonds: Nurse lacks telling staff and residents about recent uprising COVID cases .Staff still coming to work after being tested POSITIVE and not wearing masks .They’re not taking proper precautions to ensure the safety of everyone .

MAL TRATO HUMANO.
Luis Diaz: Tranquilo
Cathy Harris: Staff is friendly and the setting is structure. But clients feel like that's there home they take advantage of the space like they paying rent.1st day I had conflict with someone. I had to pray about it.Over all FOH is OK for the time being. I'm trying to. Really find an apartment.. making this a stepping stone❤️
tewani mupompa: The stuff was very rude to me. All I did was calling because I wanted to volunteer and help but the stuff was very rude unfortunately
