Motors City: New England uniform are the worst. The make you sign a contract for 18 months initially and when you want to get rid of the contract they'd tell you that the contract was for 4 years. They are liers!!!

Quintin Burton: Terrible customer service. Uniforms come back ripped and dirty. It’s been 3 years they are supposed to trade old ripped stained pants for new ones. Have never done it yet. Had numerous meetings. Will never allow you to talk to upper management The local manager came with his assistant when we thought the owner was coming. He then stated he brought him as a witness. A witness to what??? Horrible. Don’t do it.! Oh and by the wAy the 1 person who rated 5 stars has the same last name as the Vice President.

James Stephenson: Terrible customer service, no pride in their work. We started using this company for uniform service at my business about 6 months ago. We had nothing but problems the entire time.Our uniforms would come back from being "cleaned" with raw dirt and grease still on them, they lose uniforms, they don't show up, and management ignores me when I call. Then when my office would ask the driver about it he would respond to the women in my office with profanity and attitude.They also over billed us. One billing issue basically came down to them not having the right size uniforms. So one employee had half of his uniforms but we were charged for all of them for about 9 weeks. To date we still never received the uniforms or credits that we were promised.All of these problems (any many more) were brought to the attention of their management many times. We were either promised a resolution only to have them not deliver, promised a meeting to discuss issues only to be stood up on 5 separate occasions, or told "if you're not happy then just cancel and you can buy out your contract".My expectations weren't all that high when we started the contract. I figured I would order uniforms for my employees, the uniforms would come in, I would pay the bills, and they would keep my employees looking clean. Apparently what really happens is I just pay, pay some more, my female employees get harassed and sworn at by their drivers, and when I get uniforms back from cleaning they're filthy. I just think there are many other choices out there for uniform service, beware of this one....

Of course, because the first place does not give it away, we have to earn it and that is our goal to be number one by serving our clients, I love what I do and the company fits my needs as head of family, when I need advice , it appears more than one that they don't hesitate to help, I really do not regret having touched the doors of unifirst, which are always open for clients and employees.

Rem M: Absolutely horrendous. They truly do not care about their employees yet they preach about becoming a “family”. I’ve never been so disappointed with a company in my life. Most of these reviews are also about the drivers which btw make 3x what everyone else makes...but you don’t hear anything about the plant facility itself. What about the people who actually clean the stuff, not just drops it off/ picks it up. Almost no room for growth in this company.

Lately their selection of deodorants (both American and European) have increased as have their oral hygiene options.Not really the place to find coats and suits, like you used to years ago.Important to note... they still do lay-away all year round here. Most stores got rid of that years ago. And I believe you have 60 days to pay it off.
