Alyssa Perry: Great service, good conversation on the way over, and yes, Worcester Airport Taxi & Car Service takes Visa credit cards -just be upfront about it and make sure you present your card before the ride. It'll take an extra minute or two to process. All in all, this was my first time using Worcester Airport Taxi & Car Service and I think they've got a repeat customer in me.

I have had it with this operator and I have been using this service for years. The male operator is always respectful but she really enjoys the hang up button and not providing customer service and being disrespectful. I wish I knew her name.

Huai te: They asked me that what time i need to get a ride ?I booked to get a ride one day ahead and i ask them to get a ride 2pm but they never told me how long i have to wait.i waited for 1:30 hrs then i got my ride. When i got my ride it was 3:30 pm very bad services. I would never use it unless i got free code for ride. If you don't to be waiting too long don't get this service. I don't recommend to friends.

Keith Putnam: Never in my life did I think I would be saying this but if your deciding between red cab or yellow cab, CALL YELLOW!!! Red cab just charged my wife $10 to go from our house to Dunkin Donuts and back which is less than a 1/4 mile away (she has a severe back problem). When she uses Yellow, they use a meter and it’s never more than $7. This is disgusting! Not only did they way over charge her but the person showed up in a regular vehicle not even labeled with the company name, and when she told the man where she was going he ‘snickered’ at her. My poor wife suffers extremely on a daily basis. Your company has some nerve!

You call again after 20 minutes. They say 5 minutes I say are you sure ,yes. an hour and ten minutes. They don't even check with the driver anymore. I have been late for work. Missed appointment.. Just say you are busy. I can't rely on them anymore. Frustrating.

They charge all different prices for the same stops/dropoffs. They seem to charge according to what your community or home looks like! Christine Vancelette: The driver went to the wrong location at first and he was calling me demanding to know where I was. He didn't speak English and he blasted the radio in Spanish the entire time. But the absolute worst was that he drove like a maniac! Going 55mph on regular streets! It was one of the scariest rides I've ever had. Then he had no idea what the fare was, so he just comes up with $20!!! Uber was only $12.50! Never ever again would I use this service or recommend them!

Paul Gray: I recently flew into KORH and had a mixed experience. The facilities were 5 stars for sure. The staff at Rectrix was also 5 star..... but..... here's why I'll go to another airport next time I'm in the area. There are no, none, zero tie downs! The winds were howling and the line guys said they just "triple chock" the planes. Never heard of that. They mentioned hanger space at a rate of $120 per night!! I was going to be there a few days so no thanks. Their line guy sent me to the other side of a hanger where I guess the locals tie down. A few days later I called asking them to fuel up the plane and was informed it was not permitted for me to park and tie down where I did. There were many spaces available so it wasn't like I was taking someone's spot. Even had to supply my own ropes.Just an overall unusual experience. I stress again the staff and facility were super nice. Couldn't ask for better.

Jim Silva: They charge $200/hr past 7pm to simply let you through the gate to access your small single engine. They can blame Massport all they want, but this is a prohibitive policy that is completely unfriendly towards GA. An FBO closing at 7pm at an airport of this size is unheard of (Rectrix BED - 9pm, MAC PWM - midnight, Signature MHT - 24hr, North Atlantic BVY - 8:30, the list goes on). Avoid ORH and Rectrix/Ross at all costs.

Another time, they were very helpful in parking me so I could do a quick fuel and oil check. I know "bugsmashers" are not their main clientele, but they still treat you with great service.

Honest mistake, at the time everyone there was very helpful so much in fact that one of the employees that owns an airplane flew me back home.I rate Retrix a one star because management didn't take responsibility and repair the damage.I have been and still do go to Rectrix at other locations for fuel and it is always been great service which is why I am surprised they handled it the way they did.
