Joseph Halabi President: Our (family of five) connecting flight to Boston from Paris was canceled due to technical difficulties (still trying to figure out what that means) and we were rerouted to JFK after being put up in a hotel for 30 hours in Paris. Our layover in JFK was going to be almost 12 hours overnight before we were to board a flight to Boston at 8:30am. We contacted Tony from Paris to see last minute if he could come pick us up from JFK and drive us to Boston. He promptly said yes and showed up on time at 9:30pm to JFK waited 2 hours for us to collect our 6 bags of luggage and carry ons. When we finally got out of the airport he kindly loaded all our bags into his waiting Yukon XL which was clean inside and out. He had water bottles at every seat. We got in and the kids fell asleep almost for the entire ride home to Boston. It was so pleasant and comfortable. I would recommend Tony for anyone who wants to make it to their destination on time.
