Emily Agnello: The food in person is always great, however it's clear they dont care at ALL about their takeout clientele. We've gotten take out from here a few times, and every time they mess it up. Missing items, skimping out on quantity. The most recent time, they forgot the bbq sauce and the tater tots on the Cure Burger, and the container of tomato soup was only half full, even though we paid for a full bowl. Consistently disappointed and will not be ordering takeout here again unless their kitchen can get it together.

haley Fronto: First off I went there and the first hostess was really nice but my waitress was rude , def , and always missing she took everyone drink order but mines then on my check she put her own tip I found it very rude that that lady choose to not listen to me she choose to try to bicker at me then my friend paid her the tip and she stormed off the woman was a white younger female with brown short hair kinda like a bob if I was her boss I would fire her for her inappropriate behavior as what it might be a grown woman but she was acting like a complete 5 year old

Chris Washburn: A place like this has me wishing to be in my thirties! So many delicious looking entries choices. The atmosphere, the decor. Even the wall art. Music in the bathroom. While offered the dessert menu. Again the offerings and evening drinks. Exquisite, exceptional. The care taken to make sure your time is enjoyable! They even ask about gluten free...
Karen Shimp: Delicious food, great ambianceDietary restrictions: Super allergy consciousFood: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Steak Tips, Mac and Cheese, Oreo Brownie Sundae …More
Michael Pinard Sr.: Went for lunch during a conference and the restaurant was very busy. Even with a big crowd our waiter was attentive and did a great job. Our food took a little while to land on our table but that was to be expected. My Chicken Cordon Blue sandwich was very tasty. Prices were reasonable. The only negative was the disparity of the size of the servings of French fries on each plate. Some people received a generous helping while others looked like they got a kids sized helping.
Bhushan Rane: Expensive a bitFood: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Justin Esiason: Went here and it took us 45 minutes to get served after sitting down. Food is mid. Don’t believe the hype
kevin hartwell: Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5More
Agnieszka Mikolajczyk: Very disappointed in 110 Grafton. My Ribeye Steak was overcooked and burnt…. It was not edible….
Jerry Gillespie: I loved everything about 110 Grill in Worcester. The Kale Brussels salad is wonderful! I had it three times during my stay at the connected hotel.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Erick Davidson: Good spotGood beersDidn’t do foodCouldn’t get attention to even pay billWasn’t super busy… just disorganized
Alex N: Wow not sure if I should be embarrassed with myself for paying $20 for a a couple of pieces of stale white bread with cold cheese or if I should send the restaurant my recipe for how to actually make a grilled cheese. Clearly they have no idea what they are doing. Either way the restaurant should absolutely be embarrassed for charging and serving people this sewage. I honestly never write reviews, even if a place sucks because we are all human and make mistakes sometimes, but I’m genuinely upset. It’s been a long Monday and I have to work extra late so I thought I’d order a quick and simple takeout dinner... guess I would have been better off trying to make my own grilled cheese using an easy bake oven. Negative stars for a negative experience. The stale, nasty sandwich is going straight into the trash. Yet another negative because no one in their right mind wants to contribute to food waste.
Beatrice Lacombe: Garlic mashed potatoes were cold, cheeseburg was ok but not exceptional.Food: 3/5|Service: 3/5|Atmosphere: 3/5 …More
James Stewart: This is what we like to call "old reliable" been going here for a few years and it never disappoints. Love the layout of the inside, very clean, plenty of light and perfectly placed different sections. The service is always Impeccable and food is always great from app to dessert. I recommend this for a nice dinner we headed downtown for a event!
Brenda Bombard: Sorry to say I wasn't at all impressed. Was hoping to find a new steak spot or cool spot in the city. Cocktails were perfect! Appetizer was mezza mez...so so. You can't screw up a fried pickle. Ordered medium rare 14oz Rib Eye with Jasmine Rice and "Roasted" Brussel sprouts. Sprouts were warmed and tossed in some balsamic but never saw the inside of any type of oven for roasting. They were hard enough that I needed my steak knife to cut through them. Jasmine rice was cold and lacked even the presence of salt. The steak was nowhere near 14oz. More like 10 and cut so thin it would have made a nice open face on white toast. So over cooked it was white inside. Like I said, very disappointed. And no I did not send it back. I've seen Waiting...lol May give them another try to see of things improve.
Mandy Consolo: We had two appetizers. One was clam chowder which was amazing. Very hardy. Great balance of of clam and potato and sauce was amazing. Also the margherita flatbread. Very different but awesome taste. Sean served us and is so welcoming, kind , attentive and knowledgable. I will definetly come back. Especially if Elijah and Sean are working. It was a very pleasant and memorable experience. Thank you guys!

Marcos Paulino: Our server Brendan was very polite and helpful. Asked us if it was our first time dining at Texas Roadhouse and welcomed my son as it was his first time. He was quick and very fast to respond when we needed anything. Unfortunately my steak came out a little undercooked (I asked for medium well and it was more pink/red than cooked). So I asked to have it put a little more on the grill and the staff did so. Tiffany (the customer service manager) also came by to check on our experience and it was very pleasant. Would recommend!!

Franklin Regino: Food was ok but took forever. My first drink was good and the second one I ordered was pure pineapple juice. I had 3 different servers and wasn't sure if they were on the same page because we never had napkins or silverware to even go with our appetizers. Some people got bread which is nice but we never had the option. We only go to places with good reviews and am not sure why this place was rated so high. Most of the crowd was older and I assume they are regulars. I think this place was too busy for them to handle. I would not recommend this place until they get their service in order.
E P: Good food, but not exceptional. Atlantic salmon is good, short ribs caN be tough, cod was not good. No flavor and tough. Buffalo shrimp was amazing. Good local option with reasonable prices
Susan McCool: This is my go to place for a real good meal, that won't let you down !! Their shorts ribs dinner is banging and it's my favorite. Anything else I've tried has been exceptional. Sonoma Restaurant: what do users think?
larry ciummo: Decent food and drinks in a nice atmosphere. Limited menu and menu is on the pricey side.Food: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Parking space Plenty of parking Parking options Free parking lot …More
Patricia Coz: Great menu, great drinks. Have not had a bad meal.
Elina Krit: This restaurant is one of the best, the staff was really friendly& the food was amazing& they were very helpful with diatery requirements.
Taylor Eloi: Sonoma has such a nice relaxing, high class feel. Gigi the manager is very accommodating and caring towards your needs. I tried the salmon dinner and it was amazing! Definitely a must try spot!!
Bobby OKeefe: This is not Sonoma of Princeton. This so called award winning resturant is stealing credit from Chef Bill Brady and his incredible Sonoma in Princeton. While it may be true that Brady sold Sonoma to the Beechwood it is only the same name not the same chef, service or food. If you want to try Chef Brady then check out his new place in Leominster, Bradys!
O M: Way understaffed so service is really slow. Waited a long time to get seated. The food presentation was awesome and the ambiance is quite fancy. The taste was okay but the flavors didn't always match. The chicken shawarma is not really a shawarma because it's not cut and definitely not hung -- it's just whole chicken parts.Parking: A ton of parking because it's part of a hotel.
Zachary Paquette: Had a wonderful experience and the food was amazing. The waitresses name was Chantelle she made the whole thing with wonderful service and great recommendations I would highly recommend it
P Easy: Was looking forward to this place but totally not impressed. Arrived and got seated,... hostess just gave us wine menus not food menus, so that was the mediocre start to our Saturday night. We ordered the mussels for an appetizer but apparently they were out of mussels. Our drinks were fine, I enjoyed the local beer draft. My wife ordered the Filet Mignot which was delicious, I ordered the Lobster scampi (40 bucks) which was VERY disappointing. When they placed the bowl down there was a slight watery reddish pool at the bottom of the bowl from the tomatoes. The pasta was not even flavorful and there was about 1 claw of lobster meat in the whole dish. No creamy sauce that a normal scampi would have. To top it off their debit/credit card machine was out of service when trying to pay the bill. I was completely disappointed in this place
Barbara O'Neal: Great food and atmosphere at a classic hotel.
Justin Drake: I will say the waitstaff was great. That being said I'll echo a lot of the sentiments here. Sonoma was one incredible... but as of late more of a disappointment. The lobster ravioli was served as a broth and the filet was meh. Considering what they once were and the price, truly sad
Francis Soyer: Anyone/Everyone that likes fine dining should check out Sonoma at the Beechwood Hotel.I see some of the critical reviews below that were based on COVID shutdown and staff shortages etc., BUT things have changed drastically here for the good. Sonoma has reopened and the new Chef John is EXCELLENT and the menu is absolutely FNATASTIC. Very creative and imaginative. Gigi the manager is also excellent. They are the new team there now, and deserve and award for what they've done.I've eaten at some of the best restaurants in the world (Paris, Rome etc.) - but I will say the new Chef John and the menu he created are as good as it gets. The creativity, imagination in the menu items/choices John has created is simply top notch. The prices are very fair/reasonable (esp now w/inflation).We've been going here for 20+ years and this is by far the best menu and dining experience we've ever had at Sonoma. The food and menu items show a lot of originality and artistry that you typically don't see except in highest end restaurants in some of the big cities - and they still wouldn't match Sonomas menu.Everything we had was excellent. You can't beat this place now.p.s. we have no connection to the staff etc. - and normally I would not go out of my way to do a review like this, except this place (and the turnaround) was simply that good. What a great surprise.
Marco Spataro: Sonoma is a shell of its former self. The pandemic really transformed this restaurant. What was once a premier Worcester eatery has turned into an overpriced rip-off.Despite the other negative reviews and my own recent negative experiences, I had so many wonderful experiences at Sonoma in the past that I was willing to give it another chance. I was once again greeted by the obnoxious sign that begs your patience in light of "staff shortages caused by the pandemic" - an excuse that you may be waiting upwards of 10-15 minutes just to be seated. Thankfully, this wasn't the case for me. I had a nice server and she did a nice job being attentive throughout my lunch, though the restaurant wasn't near full capacity. My first course was the Tuna app with white noodles set at market price and pictured below. The dish was average at best, and contained very very little tuna. The white noodles at the bottom of the plate where hard as a rock and tasted like something you find in the microwave aisle. However, when I got the check, I was absolutely mortified at the price of this dish - $28. This is a laughable price given the proximity of Sonoma to the Sole Proprietor, who sets their comparable tuna dishes far lower. For reference, I have included a picture of the tuna app I ordered at the Sole Proprietor which was less than half the price with nearly double the tuna. I understand that when something is set at market price, you are entering a territory where prices can vary from week to week. I suppose I should have asked just to clarify. Nevertheless, for $28, I at least expected the dish to be prepared with some finesse, and not box noodles.I also ordered a chicken Caesar salad which was just ok. Nothing to be too excited about. The entire bill after tip came to well over $50. I would be happy to pay this price if the overall experience was elegant and refined. It was not. While Sonoma seems to be working on the courtesy of their staff, the quality and quantity of their food has really gone downhill. I will not be returning to Sonoma - look to the Sole Proprietor, Willy's Steakhouse, or Leo's for a fine dining experience.
Jaime Melendez: Super dark place , we don not try the food , there was not much option at the time we went , we couldn’t see the menu so we left
Ciera Guertin: Had the pleasure of Adam as our server, and he was wonderful! The food was delicious AND we got a desert on the house for the wait on the entree. The atmosphere and staff definitely made this experience 10/10. We will be back again. Thank you!
ian hickey: Breakfast was pretty bad. The coffee was Luke warm. The American Breakfast for $22 was terrible. With so many diners serving a passable American breakfast, if you're not even that good, don't bother. Menu said fresh preserves. It's plastic packets of Smuckers. Ripoff. Hard pass.
Liam Dempsey: Ruined Mother's Day. Sonoma is a sad, embarrassing shell of its former self. We made a reservation for breakfast to celebrate Mother's Day but a reservation was not necessary since we were told we could sit at any of the available dirty, unbussed tables. After ten minutes we were "greeted" by an annoyed waitress who told us that we had to wait for her to take orders from two other tables then walked away. Didn't give us menus or offer coffee. We decided to leave. What was once an amazing restaurant is now a second-rate hotel restaurant better suited for a Holiday Inn Express than the Beechwood Hotel.
Tina Lorusso: EXCELLENT Service by Nicole.....and the food was outstanding.....
Maryann Carlos: I use to love this place. I celebrated many occasions here. My last experience was totally unacceptable. It was for my birthday December 2021. First my sister surprised me by paying for my meal. However, as I was finishing my wine waiting for the waitress to clarify the payment I glanced over and seen a mouse scurry right by me. I was mortified. My husband had to tell the waitress about the surprise payment because the Manager never communicated that to her. When she returned we told her about the mouse and she said she would get the Manager. No one ever came, we waited 15 minutes. I am so disappointed. Nothing was done about this and I will never celebrate there again.
D. Mulligan: Save your money. This restaurant is an overpriced embarrassment. Once upon a time, this location had a fantastic restaurant called Ceres where the high prices felt justified. Then Ceres closed and the famed Sonoma of Princeton, MA moved in. And things went steadily downhill. We’ve now visited twice and I doubt we ever will again. The first time the menu itself was underwhelming but we chalked that up to pandemic times, as the food was well prepared and nicely plated. The second time the menu was even less exciting and the food not remotely worth the prices. To start, we ordered a Sonoma salad. For $12, we were served three cucumber slices, one and a half cherry tomatoes, a few slivers of red onion, and a pathetically small handful of spring mix, much of which was wilted and unappetizing. For entrees, my husband had swordfish and I had halibut. All the fish was over cooked and the accompanying sides stingy. At over $30 a plate, we were appalled by the poor preparation and skimpy portions. The best thing on either of our plate was the quinoa with my fish, which was fluffy and pleasant in texture and although totally void of any seasoning whatsoever. Nonetheless, it being a special occasion, we ordered dessert: a decaf cappuccino and a crème brule. The coffee with delightful. The dessert was awful. The top wasn’t a crisp brûlée crust, more of a soggy skin, and the custard was lumpy. It was topped with sad wilted blueberries and—I do not kid—cool whip. And it cost $11. All told, with some wine, our meal cost nearly $150 before tip. If it cost half, I’d say, oh well, that wasn’t great. But at $150, I felt like I’d been scammed. There are dozens of better places in Worcester. Skip this one.
Holly Biedugnis: Awesome food and service!
Sandra Stafford: Went to celebrate our 51st anniversary…was pleased when the online reservation asked if we were celebrating anything…thought that it would be nice if they mentioned it to us. Nope not a word. They were out of two items we wanted on the menu (even though the restaurant was less than 1/4 filled). I ordered a margarita with sugar vs salt on rim…drink came with salt! I ordered a Filet, my husband Rigatoni…and a half bottle of wine. My steak arrived sans steak knife. It took at least 10 minutes before my steak knife arrived. Meanwhile, my husband had eaten most of his meal…and we had not been served our wine. We were both basically finished with our meals before the dinner wine arrived. The server quickly poured the wine without letting us taste it and left. The wine (a Cabernet) was undrinkable…had a strong metallic acid taste/bouquet. Bottom line: food was good but over-priced, service was woefully inadequate…they did not charge us for the wine.

Haley Budge: We are from New Hampshire and had to visit Worcester today to have a repair done and while there, my 3 year old daughter and myself decided to have a girls lunch date at Vintage and we had the best experience! The service was top notch, and the food was to die for! I am 6 months pregnant and honestly can say I will be making the over an hour trip here for the chicken and cheese several times over the next three months! My daughter thought the Mac and cheese pizza was so cool and she actually ate more than one bite, so it was a win! The atmosphere was really unique and I imagine that it’s even better in the summer time with the garage doors open! If you’re looking for a place with a great menu, great people and great atmosphere, you have found the right spot! Can’t wait to go back!Kid-friendliness: All of the vintage decor made for a great “i spy” game! The waitress was very outgoing and friendly with my daughter. Kid friendly food options.

And our waiter was also very attentive and nice will def go back 😁😁😁😁
S Luongo: Best restaurant experience in a long time!Excellent food, l had the fish and chips and my husband had the steak and cheese sandwich with onion rings and we shared the mac 'n' cheese bites as a starter, both large enough portions that l am now looking forward to leftovers (Whoop! No cooking for me again!) tonight. Even more excellent service and best of all the night was mild enough for early November that the bay doors were opened. Will definitely be back when we are next in the area!

Emily G.: Absolutely amazing food!!! Family friendly and enjoyable place to eat. Our waitress was very friendly. I ordered the steak and cheese with onion rings. Everything was cooked to perfection and the onion rings had the perfect crunch with zero grease after taste like you get in a lot of resturaunts. Other members of my party got the pulled pork sandwich with fries and a chicken bacon ranch grinder with fries again all cooked to perfection. Will absolutely be back!Vegetarian options: Beyond meat burger
Wilfredo Gonzalez: Fantastic place to unwind and eat delicious meals. Excellent for dining alfresco, and there was lots of parking.
Erik Morris: This place is laid back and unassuming but surprises with arancini you’d expect from an expensive Italian restaurant as well as fish and chips that were not at all greasy (the fries were perfect).

After we placed our order a new server came and did not have our order in yet and we re ordered only to have a meal missing when we finally got our food. Never asked if we wanted dessert. Dropped the bill off and acted very annoyed. Riblets were swimming in barbecue sauce. Used to be a favorite place, but not so sure about returning.

Ed Wilk: Expect way more than a dry burger special, when that it the core of your business modelFood: 3/5|Service: 3/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
R Bus: Overrated! It was late afternoon and not busy, and waited 10 minutes while four staff at the front desk never acknowledged us or the people that entered after we did. The hostess finally came to the front and asked "how many", then explained she had to wipe a table and would be back. We observed there were already tables set in the dining room so that seemed strange. When she returned and walked us to the table, and announced that "they" were washing silverware and she would be back with place settings. But of course, she never returned. Normally I would have left after this poor service, but it was rumored that the burgers were good, so I was curious. I expected the menu to be full of specialty burgers, but was disappointed with the sparse selection. We both ordered drinks, which were good...and when the appetizer arrived and I asked for silverware, the server asked if we thought we would need knives or would forks be okay. Really? We both ordered medium burgers and both were well done, and I was not impressed by the burger...nothing special at all. This is not a restaurant I will visit again because the service is terrible and the only thing I will remember about the meal is that the homemade potato chips were good. There are many other places in Worcester with great service and great food so skip the hype and find somewhere else to enjoy your time.
Sean Anderson Jacobi: I bit into the enzo burger and my tongue experienced whiplash. The chicken felt like it had been processed through a silly string gun. After two bites, I ordered a box to go and threw it into the dumpster across the street. On the other hand, the fried pickles were satisfactorily crunchy and the wait staff was personable and engaging. Next time a debt collector calls, I'll recommend them to this restaurant.UPDATE 5/9/2021: I was super hungry and was in the area. Tried this place again. Omg, it was phenomenal!!!! The poutine put me in a state of bliss.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp available

Cory “Brueski2249”: Not the best burger I've ever had but it's very good. They have a handful of options for different burgers and sides/appetizers. Simple easy menu that isn't over done. Huge fan of the poutine. Chayanis Hauswirth: Tried this place for the first time. Stopped in for dinner at 8:30 pm. Staffs are attentive, food and drinks are so good. Tried the boss wings which is dry rubbed and putine for appetizer. I got sesame bowl with tuna and its my favorite 😍. My drink is Dragon Lady which is just enough sweet. My friends got burger with fries that look bomb too.
