Joan Siu: Second time for my family of 4 to visit Boundless Adventure at Berlin, MA. We had 2 adults and 2 kids (8th and 4th Grade). Both times we visited during our April vacation. My husband went with my teenage kid and I went with my younger one When we visited the first time, even the easiest Yellow course was a little intimidating, but now we can finished 2 green courses. Finally something older kids enjoy and keep them moving and challenged without a screen.

Elizabeth Quinn: 2 Playgrounds, picnic tables, baseball field, the sprinkler park is open in the summer time. Fireworks for 4th of July. Clean park. Very nice.Playground: The playground is good size with swings for little ones for older children. They have a structure with slides, a bridge, pole, etc.... The park playground are kept up well. It is clean. There is a climbing area with rope to climb on. Stepping stones. Etc... There is a few picnic tables also. There is a small playground next to the parking lot, which is in the back side of the park. Summertime the sprinklers park is open for kids. The park itself holds Worcester's fireworks display with a band/orchestra each year. They do a great job !

It has everything from basketball,baseball,tennis,which I personally grew up loving tennis and the play ground and during the summer we enjoy the splash pad with friends or just ourselves. Its a fun place to bring your children if your looking for family activities!

Lauren Carlotto Perry: Beautiful!!! Sadly underutilized by the city. There is a magnificent amphitheater there - huge! - why aren’t there any regular concerts or plays going on there??? Shakespeare in the park? Huey Lewis and the News?? I know central Massachusetts has plenty of local talent, they should be playing at Colombo Park - festivals and food trucks - Art in the Park. 🙄 I digress. The park is lovely.

Mrs. Clay: Rated at 3 🌟 because I spent a lot of money here for my daughters birthday and didn't have the best experience with the food. I ordered food and decided to play with the kids while waiting. I could smell food burning from across the venue and shortly after my buzzer it going off to notify me that my order was ready. As I get closer to the counter I see the chard pizza and immediately knew that was where the burnt smell came from. I voiced my disapproval and they had the nerves to tell me "the pizza isn't burnt, that's just how the cheese looks when it melts". Like I never had pizza before and couldn't tell the difference. After further disagreement, I got a refund but that was completely a disrespectful and embarrassing experience.Otherwise I did like that the workers on the floor doesn't their best to assist the kids on certain courses.

Alicia Alvarez: My son Julian celebrated his 12th birthday party- what can I say besides it was outstanding! As soon as we enter the door we were greeted by Zac who patiently help me sign all the children’s waivers. Immediately after the Hostess Michaela said hi and took the children & parents to the VIP room. Other staff members help me up the stairs with my party stuff while Michaela was organizing the children. The children took off sneakers and socks and put the urban air socks and we’re ready for Michaela next instructions. Michaela directed the kid to the activities- then came upstairs to help me out with the party stuff. At pizza time- Michaela gathered all the children and served each one of them. Also the pizza wasn’t cold- it was just right. After they ate Michaela escorted them downstairs for dodgeball- which the kids had so much fun. When it came down to cake time Michaela once again gathered the kids together served them some cake and allow me to enjoy the party because she was handling everything like a boss. I appreciate our Sweet & Kind Hostess SuperStar Michaela! First time ever- I was allowed to enjoy the guests and my son at a party. Usually, I’m the one running around like a crazy person doing everything- not here not at Urban Air- honestly I enjoyed myself. I do recommend the snack bar. The entire establishment- bathroom-play area- game room & the VIP room are super clean. Didn’t see one thing out of order! At the end the party- I was able to meet the manager Malik and what a Sweetheart he is. Also heads up if you’re going to do a birthday party or just get together I recommend the VIP room- so worth it! Thank you to the whole staff for making my son 12th birthday party a phenomenal event! 🎂🎈😜

Treturus Savantur: Fun environment, only issue is the staff pretty much doesn’t know what’s going on. Seems like a lot of teens doing their first job. Which isn’t the problem, their supervisors do not train them well enough. They had someone starting there first day and they immediately put him in charge of assisting the children on the glider that swings you around the whole park. And of course someone got stuck up there and it was literally a 2 hour wait to get them down. The employees didn’t even now basic answers to the questions. Smh

aeagan08: Buy tickets for $33 to get a 2 hour play time at least half of which is spent waiting in line for the main attractions (sky ride ropes course and wall climbing). Overcrowded and understaffed. Save your money and go to Altitude or even McDonalds playground for that matter.

Abbey Gardner: Absolutely awful, the staff don’t do anything, kids literally jumping on the trampolines with food and drinks. Trash all over the floor. No coordination or rules in this place. It’s just a big accident waiting to happen.. we paid so much money for our child to not even be able to jump in the 7& under section Becuase it was bombarded with middle school aged kids.. 0/10 stay away from this place at all costs!!! Don’t waste your money it’s a joke.. I would LOVE to know how it’s not a fire hazard with quite easily 500 people plus in there crammed into a confined space like sardines in a can.

MILA: The place was really crowded since it was February vacation and some kids were being mean to other kids but other than that the place was really awesome and I loved it.

L. L. Bigby: This place is awesome and really perfect for all ages. Proces are super fair and a great way to get exercise while laughing and building memories. Other than the wide variety games and physical activities this place also halls great snacks, food, treats, slushies and adult beverages! We drive about 45 mins to get here and will come back often! What a blast!

Sarah Sherwood: We have been here at least 3 times and recently had my son's birthday party here. It was a hit with all the kids and the parents had a hard time getting them to leave at the end. Our party host, Flo, was fantastic - very attentive and sweet. The party is a better deal than many places around!

We attended a kids birthday party here and when it was time for cake/etc, there was no indication or announcement. Just a couple parents mildly suggesting where the kids should go. No big deal though.Recently added a huge jungle gym to the middle of the place. Nice to see that things are refreshed sometimes.

Jeanette Bajgot: I Had a Birthday Party here this past weekend. The place was a zoo. Very unorganized no direction for guest or party host when arriving. Check in unorganized. I had no cart to put party supplies on and had to find one for my stuff as well as my guests stuff and gifts. I ended just putting the cake on the front desk! Party room ready last minute. Felt like I had to keep checking in to see if I could set up! I started Setting up while they were still wiping tables and sweeping from last party. Super RUSHED. I paid over 500 dollars for a party I couldn’t even enjoy with my little one. One of my gifts gone. I specifically put it on top of the cart with my girls name on it but it never made it into the room with the cart. All gift carts just sitting out unsupervised for anyone to grab your stuff! Called let message asking for a call back and nothing. Called again today requesting call from management and nothing. Save your money I paid over 500 dollars for a party that was suppose to start at 215 check in jump from 230-330 then eat pizza and cake in a half hour. Kicker I was serving my guests!!!!!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY. I will say my party room girl was super sweet. I told her I felt bad for her. Maybe they should have a supervisor on the floor helping the team with the parties or space them out. We have gone there to jump on our own time and definitely agree with what the previous review posted. Her pictures are accurate and still not fixed duct tape everywhere. So many Kids tripping hurting toes on sharp edges. So disappointed. Wanted to set room up for guests water on the side seeing how thirsty everyone got. I grabbed 8 bottled waters 3 dollars a pop from the facility went back for more none left and had to wait 10 minutes for them to go grab it and it was warm!! Do better. For what parents are paying for a party should be ORGANIZED.

Heather T: Super fun place for kids of all ages. We went for my sons friends birthday party and he had a blast. The only complaint I have is they only let us have the party room for 30 minutes. Not a huge deal seeing the kids were eager to get back out on the floor. And we somehow managed to eat pizza, cake and open gifts in that time period. But if I were throwing the party personally I would have requested to use the room longer and paid whatever difference there may be, if that's even an option.

Sara Bowler: We have been to launch one other time and it was busy, we went back today right when they opened, we were immediately greeted with a friendly demeanor and sweet staff. They were attentive and kind. The staff saw that my little boy had hurt himself and was sitting out, and she offered him an ice pack which made the world of a difference in his trip.They asked us if we would allow our family to be in a tik tok video and gave us free passes for it.We recommend going weekday afternoons. There was only 2 other families there (3 children total).The only reason I give a 4 star rating is due to the arcade section being so small, and some of the few games being out of order. Other than that, place is wonderful.I do also think $25 for 1 hour of jump time is a little excessive but I think overall it's a great place with great staff, especially for the fact that they are teenagers and we're very customer service oriented.

They made sure my family had an amazing time, they were very attentive, caring, and loving toward us. There is not enough words I can express of how grateful I am, for making it up to us. Our experience today was amazing, my children had a blast, we were treated with love and respect and I couldn't be more thankful. Sarah Karmacharya: We went recently and was disappointed. Lots of safety issues. The dodgeball trampoline area was closed and 1/3 of the other trampoline was blocked off. One whole section of trampoline was missing behind the retracting belt barriers. Then random trampoline rectangles were blocked off, but I still saw little kids jumping on them and had to tell one girl it was not safe. Equipment looks worn and broken. Duct tape to cover seams near ninja wall is peeling, trip hazard. Brackets for glass wall was broken by the balance beam foam pit. In the middle they are building a large jungle gym that is blocked of by furniture.Three other game machines were broken. The price is not worth it.

Kelly Jones: Been here twice in the past few months for birthday parties with my kids. Very disappointed in the condition of the features.Trampolines blocked off, a whole trampoline missing, padding falling off or missing, broken/missing locks in the bathroom, duck tape everywhere!Additionally the staff are very young and show no authoritative presence. Kids breaking rules and endangering other kids gets no comments or corrections from staff.Half of the arcade games were out of service as well.They are building a new feature in the middle which is great, but perhaps we should fix up what we have before we add more things. Seems like they are more concerned with making money than with safety. Eventually someone is going to get really hurt and all their waivers aren’t going to save them when the condition of their activities are poor.Your money is better spend somewhere where your kids safety is a higher priority.See photos for reference.

Justin Wood: Came here for a classmates birthday party. The staff up front didn't give any guidance, just "scan this code" for a waiver and then here is your band. Nothing else.Took us 20 minutes just to realize that the birthday kid was already here and playing and we didn't have to wait. (Along with other parents for this party)The staff were barely doing anything at the attractions and many features, including where the rock wall, was not staffed for half the time we were here...Then there were many areas dirty or outright broken, half the jump cost was blocked off with several other sections just attentions off. Staff were not directing children away from the broken parts, only attentive parents had to. Some trampolines in the blocked off section were outright missing, same with padding in other areas.The good choices were slim, with only two types of chips, both doritos, one flaming hot the other cool ranch, several types of chocolate, splashing machine brokenand pizza the only hot food. Not suitable to my milk allergy child.I do not exist to be back given the lack of care in all those areas. Safety being my number one concern with the state of the area today.

Ashley Thibeault: This place is very fun for kids and has a lot of neat equipment but it is super dirty. I took my children there for toddler time. There were used Band-Aids, used first aid equipment-gloves, gauze pads, tape, etc. all over the facility. Which is very scary for a parent of a toddler who crawls around and is able to pick up things and put them in their mouths. Very gross. Unfortunately will not be bringing my children there again. I'm fairly certain that is against OSHA standards as well.

Christopher Thibeault: Cleanliness not important to this business. Came at opening and trash cans were still overflowing from previous day. A number of bandaids and bandages and even dirty rubber gloves from someone doing first aid were present around the foam pits. Probably won't be back unless this changes.

Roberta Bush: Very much enjoyed walking with our 6year old granddaughter around the farm. We saw sheep, pigs, peafowl, miniature donkeys, miniature horses, alpacas, and goats. There are some playground facilities there are well. Designed for those under 12 or whohave never seen farm animals. We enjoyed watching the pigs being fed. Verify hours of operation before visiting.

Jori Dudzikowski: I love coming here when their hours are open. It's a wonderful escape and feels very healing to be around all the animals. They have a great variety of species: pheasants, peacocks, sheep, goats, alpaca, mini horses, donkeys, and chickens. There is also a super sweet barn cat there that is so friendly and cuddly, sometimes I come just in hopes to see him walking around, he's a total cutie. It's also free! Wonderful place to bring young kids or if you need a little animal therapy. I feel instantly filled with joy every time I visit this place.

Judith Baron: Last night a group of us went to mini golf at Apex in Marlboro. Caleb greeted us and was very welcoming and hospitable. He ensured that we had a fun experience by timing our entry. Caleb likes his job and enjoys interacting with customers and it shows. We had a great time. Thank you Caleb!

Hasna: First and foremost this is actually my first time visiting a big amusement center. It has between 3 to 4 floors. Offers bowling, laser tag, go kart racing, bumper cars, mini golf, ropes course, sports stimulator, entire floor of arcade, and other services. It is crowded over the weekend, we were at Apex entertainment center around 8PM. Some of their services were fully booked due to early reservations! However the waiting for everything else was decent & not too long. Anywhere between 1-5 minutes. Also very affordable & budget friendly. Perfect for birthday parties or family day! Will definitely suggest everyone to make reservations for the most popular services such as ; Go kart racing, Mini Golf, Bowling, and etc. Overall it was a solid 4/5 we enjoyed ourselves & the kids were also very happy and satisfied.

Joanne Davila: We went to Kids Apex over the their spring break. I have a 9, 3 and 1 year old. I would say they were all entertained. The staff is super friendly and the environment is clean. I wish the play scape was larger but overall the kids had a good time.

Gina OConnor: Caleb was absolutely WONDERFUL explaining how Apex is set up and the various activities. He was so enthusiastic and his customer service was outstanding. It made our 1st visit (4/18/23) so easy and fun!!!

David Freese: Super cool place. Lots to do, all of which is a lot of fun. Price adds up though with the more you do and it's a good idea to plan and book activities ahead of time

I also can't say enough about how friendly the service was. :)One recommendation I have is that if you want to do the go kart racing reserve your spot way ahead of time! It seems to be a really popular event!

Gy H: My Granddaughters love it there! The kids play zone is big enough to keep them entertained for an hour and small enough for me to keep an eye on them. We went into the kids zone today, Caleb was very friendly and got us checked in without having to fill everything out again since we’ve been there before. My 9yr old accidentally elbowed my 6yr old in the eye, Caleb saw she was hurt and very upset and offered her a cold bottle of water, that made her feel better after holding it on her eye and drinking some! We’ve also used the arcade and bowling alleys which were great as well. I drive an hour to get there but it’s definitely worth it!

Not only is it a spacious and fun environment but it was easy to maintain the party due to the amazing assistance of the staff. The children had a great time and even the adults. I want to thank the staff for all their amazing work. Definitely going to schedule more birthday parties in the future.

Rishi Arora: We had our 3 yr old's birthday party here and I am extremely pleased with everything. Starting from scheduling, jump equipment, cleanliness, food, and organization, everything was top notch. It gets booked fast so get them early. Its quite a good place for jumping even for older kids (6-9), huge area to have fun, bubbles, music, the kids loved every bit of it. The food (pizza) was also quite good and they let us bring one dry snack of our choice as well as cake. They managed the whole party (checkins, waiver, jump time, food, cake, gifts, decor) very very efficiently and I didn't have to worry about anything. And the people were very polite and courteous, i would hands down recommend them whole heartedly and certainly going there again. My one little gripe was that they count adults as attendees as well so it costs a lot more even though adults aren't going to be jumping. But you already know this upfront.

Matt Gagne: We had our 5 year old’s birthday party here. This place is really great for this age group. The facility is clean, well kept, and the staff are great. It is clear that they take pride in what they are doing and in making sure everything goes smoothly. They made the party surprisingly easy to manage. All the kids had a great time and all the adults had a smile on their face watching the kids. A top notch spot. The pizza was also surprisingly good for this kind of venue. We are very pleased.

Judith Young: What a great place to stop in! We did a public jump for an hour and half on a Saturday and it was just us here! So cool! The staff was very friendly and my two kids loved the transition to two different areas for different inflatable toys. Everything was clean and tidy. There was a bubble machine and disco lights! The kids went nuts for it. At the end of the session, your kiddos get an ice cream and juice box and a ballon. They had a blast. Smiles all around. We’re coming back for sure.

Erinn Taft: Giving a 3 star review only because my daughter and her friends had a great time at the party. BUT the new way they are counting adults into the party size is completely rediculous. I got the 25 person party which in the past would mean 25 participating people/kids. Not now! This means 25 people total including adults just sitting and watching their kid play! I was outraged to say to the least. After paying $150 deposit and then balance of $369 for party. The Manager approached me to advise that too many people are at the party and were being charged $100 more! Now to be clear. I invited my daughters class and then 3 cousins. All together 21 kids including my daughter. A FEW parents came as a couple so yeah, there was over 25 people. I tried working with the manager and she then tells me that because the parents are “using the facilities” and breathing the air basically that she has to charge for them also!!! Unbelievable. So parents be prepared to either put on the invitation that only one parent is allowed Or that kid can be dropped off!! Not okay for 6 year olds in my opinion. I will not be back and share this experience with all my friends and family.

Kim was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as far as booking & setting up our party, and our host Marissa made sure everything ran smoothly and all the kids had fun! Everyone was polite, considerate, and professional. The cost was pretty average for this type of party and it was well worth it for the bouncing fun and not having to clean my house after a party with a bunch of preschoolers!

Rishi Arora: I had my 7 yr old's bday party here and this place rocks, there is so much for kids to do they went wild. The place is huge so on the flip side I couldn't keep track of most kids. I picked the A-list package and we had to forgo a few things, there was so much activities packed in it, hands down the best value. Kids loved the additional arcade card and 1hr future jump time as a return favor. Their food (pizza) was pretty good too. There were a few missed spots though - there were just so many people and parties there that it was hard for the staff to manage. Our party host did okay but left a lot to be desired. Me and some of the parents had to help out during food and cake time. One of the cheese pizza was burnt, got charged for an extra pizza too, still waiting for refund after 2 weeks. Not much help was provided by laser tag dude to help kids. Improvements

Shelby Hesketh: The place was very small. There were so many kids just on the trampolines and the zip line there was only a person there 1st and last 10 minutes. It wasted all my time. Arcade was SO over priced one of the games was 12 credits.. and the prizes were overpriced for one blow pop it was 125 tickets and half the games only give 3-40 tickets. Everything else was fine but there were also kids cutting in line and not being safe.
