Lynn Nagle: Excellent, excellent food! So fresh! The customer service was A+!My only two bits of feedback would be the crab raccoon needs a little bit more filling and flavor. The other bit of feedback is the forks are not sufficient and bend too easily..thank you! We will be back!

trinity riv: Been coming here since a kid! I watched the owners grow jst as much as they watched me grow up.. Almost 40 years! Great service absolutely amazing food! It's about time they retire!. Never seen anyone in the place except for husband and wife. Now kids are in the building which is great! I think they are finally trying to stay home and relax!. Yes u deserve it!. Since the kids have been there the food has tasted different. But the service has been excellent! But the quality has gone a bit down hill.. Almost as if the kids don't want to take over the family business!.

Sarah Figueira: I ordered the following: Combination L, extra spicy, with white rice; lg. Pork lo mein, wonton soup and an extra pint of white rice and eggrolls. Being Polynesian myself, I did not see anything traditionally Polynesian on the menu, with the exception of terriaki beef, which I did order (combination L). The menu was a typical American Chinese takeout menu. Having said that, the food I had ordered did NOT disappoint! I love me some American Chinese take out and overall my experience with this genre of food in the City of Worcester has been underwhelming and sometimes downright disgusting. I have ordered food from various American Chinese take out places within the city and I must say so far I have been a little bumbed not having a goto American Chinese take out. There is another American Chinese takeout I thought could be the pennicle of American Chinese takeout in Worcester, but I must say, this little gem, will give them a run for my patronage. The white rice was perfectly cooked (starchy/sticky, just like makuahine used to make), the teriyaki beef, not as traditional as I'm used to, but had a nice charred flavor and they did listen, when I asked for extra spicy (most restaurants do not do that)The crab ragoons and eggrolls had a typical taste, but were NOT drowned in grease as so many take out places do around here. The wonton soup, very nice touch with the addition of the snow peas and cabbage! *Applause*Nothing was too hot were it burned your mouth.Food portions are standard and typical for this genre of food.So glad I found this hidden secret. The physical establishment, is typical for an American Chinese place. Parking was not bad for the time of day, I visisted, but I can see where this would become a problem, if they have a busy night.
Denis B: I don’t know if it’s the language barrier but they need to work on their costumer service and people skills. They sounded rude and when they gave me the food it was like they threw it on the table. Not coming back that’s for sure.
John T: Just average Chinese takeout.
s. gle: I.M.O.O best oriental cuisine this side of the city. I like chicken wings and when I get Chinese food I anticipate the traditional teriyaki style chicken wings this place has not the K.F.C. type stuff some places serve.Food: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More

Pamela Cannalonga: I had high hopes for this place. Very friendly and quick service but I noticed , and especially the last time I bought food here the bags & boxes used to hold the food has a very strong oder of mildew. Last time I was sick as a dog after eating hear. They need to address this issue quickly they are a good lil restaurant.

William S. Safer: I had been going to another Chinese restaurant. When my brother got some take out from Min's Wok for dinner one night, I was invited over. That was the most delicious and fresh Chinese food I had ever had. The portions are great, and your items are cooked perfectly! I have gone to Min's Wok, a number of times since. Always fantastic. I do a TV show, and I'm going to mention them on a future show! Keep up the awesome work!

Shauna M: My sons and I love Mins Wok. We've been going there since they were in headstart (they are now 20 and 15) The food is very tasty, not too over powering with seasonings. I especially love their scallion cakes (extra crispy), followed by the crab rangoon. The owners are very pleasant along with fast service. That's the only place my sons and I and will order food from.
Brittany Hilton: Great food. We order here for New Years as an East coast tradition. Thank you for providing chinese food we can all enjoy. We will continue to be returning customers.
Baaye Fevens: Food: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 2/5More

Diane D: Very inconsistent. Last week it was awful. Peking ravioli withut dipping sauce. Veg lo mein just tasteless.Everything was just bland. It was empty when I picked up so hard to blame a busy night. When your spending your hard earned money and a night of take out is an extra for you, it's frustrating
Cathy Tardie: Tried Min's Wok tonight for the 1st time. We've been looking to try somewhere new. It was great! We got appetizer combo #2. Can't wait to try other items. We'll be back.

Kendra G.: I got shrimp fried rice and shrimp egg rolls. The rice has no flavor or veggies just shrimp rice and onions, the egg roll was very soggy on the inside with over cooked shrimp and cabbage- $15 and very disappointed and had to spend more money on more foodWon’t be back
Juan Perez: Don't like there foodFood: 2/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 3/5 …More
Mark D: Absolutely terrible. What a waste of money never. Ever ever again would we order from such mean angry people. Wow I’m soShocked at the terrible customer service
Amani Santiago: BUSSIN!!
Djay2369: Food is amazing! But the owners especially the woman has a horrible attitude no customer service very disrespectful over the phone when placing a order. Will never spend another dollar at this place.
Estrella Cielo: excellent but they have a problem the lady's son doesn't know what customer service is they don't attend well and I specify it is the youngest son because the eldest is very kind including the lady for that reason I give him 4 stars
tu me conoces: There's a guy there taking phone orders, let me tell you something "YOU NEED TO LEARN HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE OR KEEP LOOSING MONEY"!!!PTT: NEVER BUYING FROM YOU AGAIN!!!
Kayanna Reece: ordered food and it never came
Kitten Payne: Overall, really good food. Their orange chicken tastes like orange! Good fried foods. Decent home made duck sauce that they happily give you plenty of. Tasty crab rangoon. Good egg rolls.Their spicy items aren't very spicy. May want to ask for a small amount of extra kick.Dough is too thick on their dumplings but the sauce is amazing!ETA, years later, I still stand by this review. 100% the best orange chicken.
Alissa Wellner: Just ordered for the first time. Despite other people's comments, we wanted to give them a try. BOY WERE WE PLEASANTLY SURPRISED. This place is AMAZING. A little pricey on some things, but, quality of food is worth every penny. Great spot to get a treat every once in a while. Highly recommend the shrimp with broccoli and egg foo young. Absolutely delicious. The broccoli was still a little crunchy, proving that it was fresh. And the egg foo young has the traditional CREAMY brown gravy that I have been searching for ever since I moved to Worcester. We will be coming here again.Vegetarian options: They have a whole section of their menu for vegetarian recipes. Dietary restrictions: They have options on their menu that allow you to get a main course without any form of starch, and, healthy sections (steamed main course) for people who might not be able to have sauces for whatever reason.

Red Pepper: what do users think?
Jon Webster: Vegetarian options: In general the food we received from take-out was terrible!!! The Crab Rangoon's were very commercial in flavor (too sweet) and consistency (too smooth with no pieces of anything in it.) The wrapper for the Rangoon was pre-made commercial junk. The dumplings were 80% dough, and the vegetable delight did not appear very fresh!!! The duck sauce and hot mustard were packaged in small plastic throw away wrappers and tasted terrible also! The place we usually go was not answering their phone so we took a chance. We will never go to the Red Pepper again.
Rebecca Mallozzi: Love it, but PLEASE offer delivery!!
tony jones: Delicious food. Busy restaurant. Super fast service. I ordered spicy cumin lamb and it was out in three minutes. I was the first customer of the day, however.I would give a five star but my meal, though delicious, was pretty basic with just meat and onions. Vegetables would make it feel more complete. It was really good though. I would definitely return!Happy eating!
Richard Best: Food: 4/5|Service: 5/5More
Judy T: Very tasty food and authentic. We got the beef with fried tofu and hot pot and spare ribs with garlic also an order of house fried rice. Everything was delicious and came out fast.
Mati Alcantara: Delicious, authentic and super spicy🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️
Sonam N Sherpa: Great food and good portion too. Ordered take out from here for the first time. And I have to say, it did not disappoint.

Dawn Owen: I wish we lived locally because we sure have had a tough time finding food that tastes like this where we live (SC) The service here is fantastic. Our waiter was very attentive and we really appreciated that. The hot and sour soup was DELICIOUS! We enjoyed the scallion pancakes. My husband had the Hunan Chicken and he was delighted by its flavor and spice level. I had the Beef with scallions, ginger and garlic and loved it. I definitely recommend that you give them a try and next time we're in the area, we'll be sure to enjoy more of their tasty foods 😊
Nicholas Brennan: Place has delicious food would highly recommend!Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Guangbin Chen: We had green pepper fish and vegetables for lunch today, all the dishes are delicious and the staff are friendly. Strongly recommend for you to have a taste!
Colleen Shimkoski: Very authentic and delicious. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because waitress was on laptop and very inattentive. The food is worth the wait, but I do hope that service is better next time.
Clay Mangiameli: Highly recommend Red Pepper especially for good Sichuan food, this is a step up above your typical American Chinese fast food restaurant. One of my favorite restaurants in Worcester and go at least every other month. If you like spice this is the place. I would reserve to get any fried dish like their amazing "L01 Deep fried chicken" for dine in only as they do loose their crisp if doing takeout. Some of my favorite dishes so far:- L7 Cumin lamb, L1 fried chicken, E7 shredded beef, J14 Hot beef noodle soup- L14 mala pot (lots of seafood and good for several people)Their spicy wontons are also incredible and quite spicy.
Todd Nagy: Great, authentic Szchewan food. BYOBFood: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More
daniel lafratta: Great food as always. Reminds me of the food in Taiwan.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Katherine Qualls: The skinny: One of the best authentic sichuan places you can find in the Boston area.Overall was very impressed by this spot - it sits unassumingly in Worcester away from the hustle and bustle of Boston or Chinatown. But if you're ever in the area and craving chinese food I'd recommend you come here. We ordered a few dishes to share: Dry Braised Pork Intestine w Spicy Sauce in Hot Pot, cumin lamb, tendons in chili, wontons spicy and the sliced fish tofu with spicy sichuan pepper. The favorites were the fish and the tendons - perfect mala spice - just enough to taste the different flavors - without overpowering the dish. Would definitely recommend these. Everything else was absolutely delicious as well. Cumin lamb had a great spice balance and came in a large portion. Wontons spicy were the only item that I was not super impressed by - solid but was flavors were bland compared to our other dishes and a little less juicy than I would have liked.Would I come back: Yes - this will be my go to place for authentic sichuan food when I'm in the area.
Barbara: Food was very good and authentic, the one thing I didn't like, that the hot Pot is a meat dish that's served over a heater not a soup. Is a bit misleading! But nevertheless it tasted good!Parking: Enough parking available
