Jane Dymek: The experience of fostering a dog was horrible. The dog’s needs and my willingness to do everything humanely possible to adopt a dog with special requirements did not satisfy the “manager” of WARL. I went home without my dog which stayed in a loud, poorly run environment instead of a loving large fenced in yard. I told the “manager” to call if there was a reconsideration. I fostered for a week, technically it was not “my” dog but was more than willing to adopt him and take on the “liability “.I can’t imagine what more were they looking for? I did not feel heard, welcomed or recognized. A sad experience with a sad dog left behind.

Nick Lecuyer: Worst place to go to. Tried to get one dog and offered to pay the fee twice and was told no that they want to let more people see the dog first. Then they let another family adopt the dog even tho I was the first one to see the dog and give a application before everyone. Owner is not friendly at all and will never go there again.

Boris Svirchuk: I had a very negative experience with this pest control company. About a year ago I needed my rental unit to be treated for Bed Bugs and Roaches. All initial conversations were done by the phone, during which I was told that treatment for bedbugs consisted of two treatments and was given a quote. I was also given a gurantee wording on roaches that they would keep coming back until issue is fixed. Both statements were misleading which they later denied making making over email.All retreatments were additional charge which were never ever mentioned beforehand. The retreatment charge amounts was never mentioned or discussed and originally were represented as 'covered' under initial payment.I ended up doing a complete teardown of the unit, which fixed the problem. The only reason I did retreatments after teardown was because I thought it was already paid for and 'couldn't hurt'. I cannot definitively say whether their treatments would have eventually been successful or not. But after first treatment I did not see any improvement over a couple of months.Personally, I would avoid this company due to dishonest practices, but if you do business with them, make sure to get quotes in advance and IN WRITING.UPDATE/REPLY TO OWNER:As i wrote in my review, this was not what was said over the phone. Payment was another issue. First invoice went directly to me, which I paid immediately. When I disputed second invoice, John decided to invoice management company directly, which then invoiced me. Beth Malloy: I call Pro Tech when, the home we’d just moved into, seemed over run with carpenter ants. Our children were young and it grossed me out to see them on baby bottles drying on a rack. The day I poured them out in my son’s cereal I was done. That was 22 years ago! The folks that come out always let us know the day before they come so we know to keep our dogs in just during the treatment. Occasionally I’ve called them out for sweet ants. They also removed a massive bees nest in our attic. I was very pleased to find it was covered under our contract.Pro Tech comes highly recommended by my family.
