Philip Cook: 10/5 STARS FOR THIS PLACE!!! I got rear ended and the insurance made me go through this place so I did not even choose it. I could not bring my car in during business hours due to my job and they accommodated me by signing the papers remotely and dropping my car the night before. Throughout the time my car was there the owner would call me with updates and explain what was going on. The best part: when the car was repaired (perfectly done, they cleaned my car, filled the fluid levels) they called and told me to pick it up. I work 80 hour weeks 6 days a week and would not be able to pick it up. The owner of the shop DROVE MY CAR TO ME AT WORK AND RETURNED MY RENTAL FOR ME!!! Amazing experience I am only going there from now on and have been telling everyone to go there. You could tell the owner loved what he did and took great care in his work. Judy: We went to Thomas Waldron because they were one of the Geico recommended auto body shops. This was an accident repair. The driver's side from front bumper to rear panel needed work, and the suspension had been damaged. The service was excellent, we received periodic updates which I appreciated, ended up getting the car earlier than estimated and received the car a lot cleaner than when we had dropped it off! We have had the car back for about a week and I think it is actually better than before the accident! I would definitely go back there and recommend to others. Now i hate walking up to truck for what i paid in cash, especially w so many other options on this street.

Michael Smith: Owner Alex Harris was a witness to an accident I was in by someone who came into my lane and ruined the entire front right side of my brand new fully loaded 2018 dodge Ram. I was very upset. The driver who hit me had no license and wasn’t trying to give information. Alex came right out, got my truck backed into his garage, took all pictures needed for the appraisal for damage. I then asked if they could pull my bumper out so my truck was driveable to get home. They did that in 5 minutes. Alex and his staff couldn’t have been more professional . I was communicated with every step of the way. His staff is amazing, Cherrie, John, Alex, all went way out of their way to help me. My beautiful fully loaded 2018 black dodge Ram is now fully fixed, looks and runs awesome, they also did a free interior detail on my truck . Laith Alnajjar: Since some invoices were provided the following review is for the fact that the body work that was done wasn’t perfectly done.The bumper wasn’t placed correctly and one of the clips was broken from the side where if you touch the bumper it will wiggle it’s a FACT. Along with the gas cap not perfectly aligned.I tried calling in about it, but they started making excuses about it that when I picked it up I liked how it looks.
