Yuri Sarkisian: Excellent mechanic who always goes above and beyond for his customers. Needed a last minute fix on a very unique Jeep situation tied to my soft top and Kevin was there for me. Honest and super knowledgeable are the best two words that come to mind when describing this shop. Highly recommended for not just jeeps but any car old or new. Although I'm on the complete other side of town, I still visit K2 for all my repair/maintenance needs.

I was looking for a good, honest, knowledgeable shop after a bad experience with another shop.. Saw the other good reviews and I decided to give him a try. ABSOLUTELY HIGHLY RECOMMEND Kevin and his shop. He was able to quickly my dipstick tube and realign some shoddy work another place had done and stayed open a little later so I could drop/pick my car up. Mike Heil: Mark and his team did a great job fixing the back end of our brand new minivan that someone else hit in a parking lot. They handled all the insurance paperwork so it was very easy for me! The minivan looks fantastic, and the paint job is spotless and matches perfectly. They even detailed the inside of the van! Would recommend them to anyone!!

Philip Cook: 10/5 STARS FOR THIS PLACE!!! I got rear ended and the insurance made me go through this place so I did not even choose it. I could not bring my car in during business hours due to my job and they accommodated me by signing the papers remotely and dropping my car the night before. Throughout the time my car was there the owner would call me with updates and explain what was going on. The best part: when the car was repaired (perfectly done, they cleaned my car, filled the fluid levels) they called and told me to pick it up. I work 80 hour weeks 6 days a week and would not be able to pick it up. The owner of the shop DROVE MY CAR TO ME AT WORK AND RETURNED MY RENTAL FOR ME!!! Amazing experience I am only going there from now on and have been telling everyone to go there. You could tell the owner loved what he did and took great care in his work. Taty Rautenberg: I had an accident with my brand new vehicle with less the 1,000 miles 2 yrs ago, It took over 2 months to get my car back, they told me they would reimburse me for the extra I had to pay for rental, it never happened, I went there many times, Peter always had an excuse. Now, 2 years later, I had another fender bender to find out that my bumper is all glued in internally, they did not change the clips but fixed and reused the broken parts they charged as new to my insurance company. This was a 20k Job and I got silicone instead of new clips, I dont even know what else the scammed my insurance comp of it. I will most definitely look into filing a complain with BBB.

I called saying when is the car going to be done since it's been there for a month already he said this afternoon on Saturday. So we went Saturday afternoon to pick up the car and apparently they ordered the wrong parts and we would have to wait another 2 weeks for the parts.. needless to say 2 months without a car. We spoke with the boss and he was apologetic. But straight up lied about when the vehicle would be ready but did nothing to help my sister situation. She didn't have rental and I asked if he could give her a complimentary car since he said it would be done that weekend and it's now taking 2 more weeks, but no. He didn't help at all. So if you have 2 months to waste this is the place for you otherwise go to Sunnyside ford in holden!!! Hands down no brainer!

Cecilia Diaz: This is the best mechanic shop here in Worcester and I say this based on many experiences I had with bad mechanics around the area. I have an old car which may bring many issues but this mechanic has taken care of all of them. I went there to only check a sensor problem and they went beyond that and told me everything that I needed to fix to my car. Besides that they have a great customer service and are always willing to answer any questions you have concerning you vehicle which I loved. Also, prices are always reasonable and was about half of what two other places quoted. Definitely recommended 100%!
